Susan leaves no stone unturned - pun intended! She has guided us through the purchase of 2 planned rings and 2 surprise ones - and each has been as unique and beautiful as the reason for their gifting. We were given every opportunity to learn about our choices in design, fitting and financing - and now we make it a tradition to visit her shop at least once a year for ring cleaning and a chance to visit with Susan and see her amazing work.

My boyfriend stopped in here just because we were intrigued by the name but it turned out to be really cool. By that I mean we had a good time looking around but didnt see anything in our student price range. They have a ton of glass stuff so be careful walking around. Also the woman in there was super friendly.

After being very excited about designing our wedding rings with Blue, none of them were as we specified during the proceess. His band is so large he cannot wear it, and mine have all had to be sized. Additionally, we found out later the gold which we were assured would not yellow did in fact yellow. It is disheartening to be disappointed with our rings.

I cant say enough about my experience with blue. I was looking for an engagement ring for my now wife (spoiler alert), and had an idea of what I thought she wanted. Unfortunately, finding a ring in the style she liked was not easy. While blue had a number of great rings, nothing exactly fit her very particular style. After speaking with the helpful staff, explaining the types of jewelry and rings she liked, they talked to me about custom designing a ring for her. I wanted it to be perfect, so they sketched me a ring.They walked me through every step of the process, from stone type and size, material and finish. It was great to have someone focused on helping me get what I wanted, not making a sale. Throughout the process, they were transparent about how long it would take and worked with me to get me the best bang for my buck. In the end, the ring was exactly what we had drawn up, and exactly what she wanted. Perfect is the word that gets thrown around, and not just by her.They made what can be a stressful process a breeze. 5 stars.

I had my wifes engagement ring designed and crafted at Blue, and the experience was great (as was the ring). Working with Susan was a DREAM. Not only did she give me a great deal on the most expensive purchase of my young life, she threw in an extra sapphire stone for free, just for the sake of the design. I have since pointed anyone looking for an engagement ring in Blues direction...in fact, both of my wifes sisters got their engagement rings at Blue after hearing about our experience and seeing Annas beautiful ring.And if thats not reason enough to shop there, my wife loves her ring so much, I accrued like a billion Husband Points which has allowed me to play video games all damn day without a single nag from my permanent girlfriend.

The people acted as if we weren’t even there, never acknowledging me and my boyfriend—not even a simple hello.

My husband and I had been to the Biltmore Village Blue Goldsmiths store during a visit to Asheville years before we got married. He knew that I was really taken with their unique and original designs and remembered them when he was planning to propose. He secretly worked with Susan and her team to design an engagement ring that was totally and completely me. My husband was so impressed with Susans patience, creativity and enthusiasm for her art. The ring is spectacular. I, then, worked with Susan to create my husbands wedding ring. We could not be happier with Blue and have returned many times for other special gifts.
