Electric indoor carts, gas outdoor carts, laser tag, mini bowling, rock wall, super nice indoor mini golf and more arcade games than I can count. Has a really good food and drink assortment. Super fun place, weather outside was rainy and it was a great place to be for the day!

There is a good reason this place is closing. Not only is the customer service horrible and overly priced , they really do not care about their customers. Most employees and all but a handful of customers are not wearing masks properly. Nothing is being cleaned between customers. Social distancing is nonexistent. It would not surprise me if this is. It the next hot bed of COVID-19

Had an amazing day at Ashevilles Fun Depot!!! We had a great time. We did the ropes course was fun but a little difficult. Nothing against the company more to do with me not being in shape and some of the obstacles being a little more challenging. Also know that there are no side ropes so its just the path youre walking on and the harness. You are able to hold onto the wire tour harness is secured to if you feel unsteady or uncomfortable. Once you are up there you have to continue to the end unless youre having a medical emergency. Once you make it to the top you must connect your harness to a line that goes straight down to get you down from the top of the course back to the ground....which was unsettling for me. The zip line was fantastic!!! There are a bunch of things to do here from games to go carts. We played games for tickets like skiball, Big Buck Hunt, etc. We did the 4D ride which was fun. We did both indoor and outdoor go carts and had a blast. Bumper cars had me laughing like a kid again. We had so much fun we went from 11am to around 2pm and came back on our same day pass at around 7 or 8 pm until they closed. Cant wait to go back. This place was worth every penny.

I loved the music. But waiting on kids for 4 and a half hours was boring. A bar or games for adults would be cool. Lol. Ive tried the laser tag and kids are too fast. And outdoor gocarts is cool but they were closed.

Laser tag was the best for our group!When you buy a package understand everything if youre new to Fun Depot. Look for unlimited specials and if your with teenagers stay awhile! Staff was fabulous! Especially Elise, in party planning is amazing. All staff were great!

Tons of fun. The putt-putt course was challenging and very well maintained. We played a few arcade games and air hockey, which was nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This is the first time I have been. It was a great family day! Laser tag was the best! It was two levels of laser tag. There is a mini indoor bowling, arcade area, indoor putt putt, and more. It was fun!!!

All the employees were very helpful and we had a lot of fun!! Love the unlimited pass that way your child can do the activities they personally love as many times as they like. No matter the age, Fun Depot has something for all!!

This is a great place for all ages, birthday party might want to skip the mess at your house they have ply areas and rooms set aside for cake But just one on one there lots of fun to be had

Excellent facility to spend the day with friends, family, or a big group. There is something for everyone, such as go cart, bumper car, wall climbing, video games, and miniature golf. Food is freshly made and the mug shake is fantastic. A good alternative if you are unable to go outdoors due to inclement weather.

We had a large group. They offer group rates for a two hour time limit. We had so much fun adults and kids ranged from 17-7 years of age. Some machines didnt work but majority of them do. Best fun place to go in Asheville with your kids.

Its pretty fun. A good evening after driving to Asheville. Like any fun park, expect to pay a little for the entertainment. Nice choice of activities. Lots of turns in the two go kart tracks. Friendly staff.3 stars because of the condition of the putt putt course. A little construction adhesive can go a long way. Also the limited types of games. Most are skill games and not traditional arcade games.

Im honestly sad to have to say this has really gone downhill. Its not clean at all anymore.. the food was truly awful and very expensive... My son was attending a birthday party there which we were grateful for the invitation, dont misunderstand... but it needs thoroughly cleaned and food situation revamped. Terribly crowded and not a pleasant experience. I expect a lot of people, yes.. but just isnt what it once used to be..

The staff stayed on target, was polite but kept control of a bunch of kids, I think 22 of them. There pizza was quite tasty and filing.The games and setup was definitely confusing, especially for first time guest. There number of non-redeemable games was extremely low and limited to shooting or racing games. However we did find this atomic bomb one that allowed up to 4 players to compete. The laser vault (not sure what the exact name was) where you have to disarm the laser beams was not working properly.Overall prices were high for a normal visit in my opinion!

Mostly closed due to covid 19 but the parts that were open were fun.

Took 8 kids here for my twins birthday on a Thursday afternoon. The Thursday half off deal is great! We all had a great time and the staff is wonderful. Aaron in particular was very pleasant to my wife and I. Keep hiring great staff like Aaron!

The staff was excellent. The two gentlemen who assisted us with the go carts on the evening of 11/22 were exceptionally patient with our childrenas they went on their first solo go cart ride. This place is fun, well kept and extremely family friendly.

Fun place, could be cleaner and some of the games were broken. Had a good assortment of games. Mini golf was good for an indoor course.

A waste of money since covid theirs nit much to do and price r stil hig I spent 30 dollars for 3 people and we could only do two things/attractions and and u could only do them once so 10 from each person to ride the go garts once/5min and the bumper cars once/5min then we were done cause the cars were empty

They have a little something for everyone. Great mini bowling, a 18 or 19 hole mini golf course with a neon cave, rock climbing, bumper cars, and an outside obstacle course....Great food!! They even had green apple flavored cotton candy and fresh popcorn!!

My husbands burger was perfect he had the fried dill pickle burger. Mine sadly was overcooked and pretty tasteless. When you look online you think their prices are great at $8 for their burgers. Its not til you get there and realize that is JUST for the burger. An extra $3 to make it a combo adds on quite a bit.

Its really nice but the outside is often closed if its cold making the inside crowded. It has food and drinks which is good if your staying awhile and since it gets hot fast.

The high-ropes course is super fun, and is a lot more than it looks like, along with a Zipline exit if you want. The indoor go-carts are slow, but the outside ones are faster. The outdoor go-cart road isnt that smooth, so expect a pretty bumpy ride.We skipped the mini-golf. The entire thing was covered in bible verses. So if youre from any faith (or no faith) aside from Christianity, it might be awkward.

Family Fun For Everyone! Indoor rock climbing, mini bowling, putt putt, go karts, bumper cars, arcade, laser tag, a little playground section upstairs for the little ones. Nice little cafeteria. Finding a parking space can be hectic.

Love the fun depot in asheville. The games are all working and fun and theres so much to do. The food is good and everything is fast pace and you can take uour time and have a blast the workers are even amazing except this one girl who worked at the lazer tag tonight she had long dirty blonde brownish hair and she was just rude and mean ogher than that one girl everything was great. My son loved it it great for bday parties which is why we were there for a friends bday and everything was amazing everyone had a blast.

We were impressed by the condition of the miniature golf course! Very clean, nothing torn or broken, all lights working. Our kids loved it... Especially since we had a place practically to ourselves because of half Price Thursday night! We only had about an hour there and we were able to fit in go-karts, rock wall climbing, miniature golf and bowling as well as a few games! Fun family time!

Friendly family fun.. The only negative thing I can say is they dont tell you how long the place will be open before you buy a package.My recent experience :: The hours of operation changed due to it no longer being summer (i didnt see a sign, not meaning there wasnt one), i came in and bought a little adventures pack and then was told once i was up there (after walking straight there) that my son only had 15 minutes left to play.

Money pit. we had our 12 year old with us and she was bored in 30 mins. cool for the area I guess, but definitely for younger kids. also the prizes from tickets look like the toy section in a dollar store

Asheville Burger & Mug Shakes, the restaurant attached to Fun Depot. We came to drive the go carts and play laser tag, however, we were totally blown away by the food and service at the restaurant. I had the Mountain Burger and it was incredible. The buns were toasted to perfection and the bacon was crisp and yet not overcooked. The natural cut fries had some kind of seasoning on the that I had never had before and were also amazing. They also give you a selection of free toppings and dipping sauces for the fries, like siracha mayo and honey chipotle to name two of the more exotic ones. I am now thinking of making a trip just to eat here again....well worth the drive.

My Daughter plays softball and the staff lady that helped us was encouraging my daughter’s team and told them to keep on working hard. The go karts are new and they are great food is also great I really recommend putt putt I definitely recommend this place.

Church reserved the whole place for a lock in so we got there at 10 pm and left at 3 am so much fun eating playing games and mini golf here.

Been with a group of adults twice (once for a 30th b-day party and once to do the ropes course, but got rained out due to a bad thunderstorm). They were very accommodating and easy to work with. The staff was super nice. The price is great for what you get. Lots of indoor options, especially for a rainy or cold day. We had a blast being kids again and playing games and doing the attractions. It was surprisingly fun. If I had children, it would a great place to take them for a birthday party or fun day.

If you are going for the go karting you most be 65 inches tall and be over the age of ten if you are none of these things you will have to go with someone over 18. The games are great, the virtual is fun, and the bowling is the best.

Great place to have family fun! There is so much to do inside, a small but great arcade. Mini golf, bumper cars, go karts, laser tag, and some 4d simulator ride. However, the best place is upstairs in the kid play area. Its an amazing play area with tons of tunnels to crawl through and slides to go down. There are a few bounce houses/obstacles course. We went on a Friday night once and there was no one else up there but us, then we went on a Saturday morning/early afternoon and it was packed with birthday parties. Ive never been outside yet but the rope course looks amazing. They have card/attraction deals that make having a lot of fun really cheap. Ther food is good but DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA! its absolutely horrible! The burgers and chicken tenders were good. The fried pickles were good but the French fries were delicious! Also, if you have a family its cheaper to order the pitcher of soda then to buy 5 people individual drinks.

Great place to burn off some energy! My 3.5 year old had a blast and for just $10! Remember to bring socks for your kids because the upstairs area for kids 9 and younger requires socks. They also have them for purchase and they were like $1.65.

I’ve been here a few times, once as a parent and another as a teacher and both times I have enjoyed it as much or more than the kids! Keep up the good work...maybe you could run a putt putt tournament? Just a thought

The price menu is very confusing and misleading, especially if youve never visited the Fun Depot. We realized the $50 unlimited play, is not truly unlimited. Most of the attractions have strict age and height requirements (I get it, safety first) but this information should be listed/provided upon purchase. So, Im not recommending this place for anyone under 10. There is a very nice gated play area for younger kids upstairs, but unfortunately we were asked to move and make way for the people using the party rooms. On a positive note, Laser Tag was a lot of fun! But, this place is not worth the money or struggle, especially with younger children. Our boys did have fun, but theyd have fun splashing in a mud puddle.

Reasonable prices for the amenities. Several of the laser tag units did not work, however, the staff was helpful in providing units that worked. Some of the arcade units were in disrepair and the 4D experience did not include any mist or smells as indicated on the ride. Bathrooms were clean and staff were helpful.

We really like coming here for some fun when it rains. The mini golf is fun and challenging, but needs repairs. This place can be a nightmare on the weekends, so I suggest visiting during the week. The bowling and arcade games are fun as well.

They offer Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Go-carts and so much more for the kids. My children and I always have a blast there! Very reasonably priced with a very friendly staff.

Took 7 yr old on his birthday while in town. The staff gave him a 10$ card and a free activity. Rode the bumper cars, played virtual reality game, bowled and accumulated enough tickets for a bag full of toys. Great staff, clean facily and plenty of games. He loved every minute. Will be back.

I would give a 2 star but, the boys outside for the go-carts and the lazer tag made our unlimited passes worth it. The staff overall is AH-MAZING! However, there is only so much they can do given the products they are working with.We bought 6 unlimited passes and out of everything there, we did it all at least once except any arcade and video games.So the indoor track is cool but, not much to do except drive in circles and get stuck slowing down every so often due to the electric car getting overwhelmed or whatever, the indoor bumper cars once again same issue as the indoor go-carts.Rock wall, was nice for our little, little ones.The really cool ride film... it was AWESOME, for one movie. (It broke while we were waiting for our 2nd film to start... and out of like 12... we got to see 1 and ... done. That sucked.A lot.Then the indoor mini golf... man ... how can I say this? Shut. It. Down. Between the rocks in the holes in the dark blacklight portion and the balls getting stuck in random objects that they have setup as hazards... holes that just have carpet as rough, I can go on but, I dont really want to re-live that catastrophe.So, on to the outdoor go-carts.We rode those about 8 times and gosh it was just overall freaking awesome. The guys were great, very attentive and overall made our evening. Thanks guys!!!So overall too expensive for the quality of what we got but, we had fun anyhow.

This place is amazing! Such a wonderful variety of activities, including: arcade games, minigolf, indoor and outdoor go karts, VR games, laser tag, mini bowling, and play area for younger kids. Consider buying an upgrade package, as youll get one or two free activities (as above) along with $20 or $30 to spend on all the games and activities. Our family of 7 enjoyed over 3 hours of fun here and would definitely return. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

We had a good time. Arcade games, go karts, small kids play area were a good time. 3 stars because it adds up quick and is very pricey! The burger restaurant inside had good food! One complaint was how long it took to be acknowledged at the prize area and helped. 2 teenage boys that just didnt do well with their job. They basically ignored my family and I for a good 10 or so minutes. I suggest you stress customer service to the employees and work on the prices.

Good place to have fun with family and friends. Their food is way expensive and not worth the price, it took them 20 minutes long to make the awful burger that cost 11 bucks with some cents, and it was not even a combo. But their cotton candy is good, should try it

I don’t normally do many reviews but....We were traveling and ran into this place while we were stopping for a burger. It was great and my kids loved it! Lots of games, go karts, bumper cars and the staff throughout the whole place was great!! Thought they deserved a 5!

The staff is always friendly and actually reading peoples body language to see who needs assistance. Todays Fathers Day visit was especially great. Everyone wished me happy Fathers Day and really meant it :)

Overall a fun place for kids, and young adults alike. Even older persons still young at heart. The food is a bit more costly than the quality warrants, and is slow to make it to your table. Some of the attractions and games could use touch-ups and updating. As previously expressed the overall experience is ine of fun, and there is room for improvement; as is true for any such other establishment.

Mini golf, a big arcade, rock climbing, blow up bouncy slides, a good size indoor playground, go carts, laser tag, motion ride, obstacle courses...!! What else do you need or want! We went on a rainy cold day, we entertained the kids and didnt spend a whole lot of money. Perfect spot.

Today was my first time going here, and I was NOT disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered without any issues. I purchased a $30 card, which actually went quite a long ways. There is no shortage of fun things to do for all ages. My son is 8, and my daughter is 2 and I was easily able to find plenty for them to do. This place blows lame old Chuck E Cheese out of the water. We also decided to eat there since we were starving and I was pleasantly surprised. Their food is fantastic, and the staff that served us was so kind and friendly. I will most definitely be back here. If you are looking for somewhere fun to take your kids, this is where to go. It is fun for all ages! Thank you Fun Depot for my sons birthday so much fun! ️

This place is so enjoyable and fun. We just went here today around this afternoon. Go karts were fun. But one of the go karts at the outdoor needs a tune up. Thats go kart#2. Hope you can fix it. Any way. My Go kart ride was fun. Also the indoor was fun. And The staffs are very helpful..

Great place. The upstairs fun area for little kids is a great value. If something goes wrong, the staff are friendly, understanding, and make up for it and then some!!

Good bang for your buck. We go more in the winter or on rainy days to use the little kid part upstairs. Its fun for everyone!

Its gone downhill. No one looked happy, especially the young boys that work there, dont smile and do not want to even talk to you, much less be there. We were there hours, playing ticket games...and our card never registered our tickets. My daughter was very disappointed. I gave it 2 stars because there was a very nice lady at the check in and a gentleman in the restaurant that was very accommodating. Definaly wont be our first or second choice for family fun day.
