Very small town feel. Nice place to walk around at....Not very big, but if yyou continue downtown there are so unique stores and eateries.

Great family and pet friendly outdoor space for concerts, festivals, movies, etc. I always enjoy the events offered at this venue.

Beautiful, great variety of food, and usually some interesting things going on. If you like antiquing, coffee or just stopping by for Poke

Open space for the concerts in the park, which is good running space for kids when no event is happening. The down side is the parking lot has cars flying in and out

Downtown Asheboro has that small town feel w/ several Current feeling Restaurants, Bars & an awesome Brewery... All within walking distance of Centennial Park ( well kept & Family friendly ) !!!

Clean, well taken care of plenty of room for the bands that play there. And chilli contest, a day of selling crafts and more. Check out the callender and website.

Cute park, great places to eat nearby, and the Christmas decorations were really good this year

This is a very small park however it does have free concerts. It’s common to see people playing with their dogs, exercising with a group, groups practicing dance moves and a few 5ks are started at this park. It’s with in walking distance to the Asheboro stores and restaurant. Plus it has a good amount of parking.

Nice and beautiful place just to sit and chat with friends. Kids can catch plenty of pokemon and food and drinks are all around the area if you need them. They hold many events here year round. Its a plus for Asheboro.

This park is an open, grassy space and a performance stage located in the center of downtown Asheboro. It is a nice place to relax and watch events. There are a few pedestals and sculpture bases which no longer have statuary which is odd. There are also not enough benches or tables and the space retains water too much after storms. Nice place otherwise on sunny days!

Great venue, great music. Not overly crowded and was able to find a nice shady place to sit and relax.

Very pleasant central area in Asheboro. Plenty of nearby stores and restaurants to visit. Everytime I go it is always clean and the grass is taken care of. There are events there throughout the year that keep it very lively and relevant.

Beautiful, nice green areas to walk and stop for a picnic

Its a very comfortable Park to go to. Its great for kids, families and adults. Great place to meet with friends, walk your dog, the park provides bags for your dogs waste, please pick up after your pet.

Bicentennial Park is a nice place! There are often concerts and fun events here, and its in a great location in downtown Asheboro. The only downside is there are no public restrooms. Portable toilets are brought out for events, but those are gross.

Good clean area for all family fun. Just needs more parking for the bigger events.

Good pkace

During the summer the city puts on free concerts and shows free famiky friendly movies. Big Pokemon Go attraction. Free parking for downtown. Within walking distance of a few bars, resturants, and antique stores.

Parking was easy.

Nice venue, large enough for medium crowds and good atmosphere! Enjoyed the Oktoberfest there!

Nicely maintained park in downtown, ample parking, raised, covered stage for performances. Sidewalks, benches and a fountain water feature. Mobile restrooms that are only open for special events. Good place to walk a dog and there are despensers​ for doggie bags.

Bicentennial is not really a park. It is a glorified parking lot in downtown Asheboro. This would be fine if they didnt close it down for every major festival or event in Downtown Asheboro thus eliminating all the much needed parking in the downtown area. Also home to much of the homeless population of Asheboro since the homeless shelter was shutdown. The homeless are not the issue, but the immature douchebags that think it is fun to harass those less fortune are a huge problem.

Clean and unique. A lot of homeless individuals are wondering around Im the park which makes me feel uncomfortable.
