Just recently moved into this community and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa at the office has gone above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant. She has also been so quick to respond to and answer any questions I have regarding my brand new home.The area is great-it’s so peaceful and quiet and I love how friendly everyone seems. This was a great decision for me. I love the area and my new home. Welcome home at Franklin Village.

If I could give this place & management a 0 star I would. My mom has called the office number & emergency number throughout the day to report sewage backing up in bathtubs with no response from anyone. She has left multiple messages with no response. How is someone supposed to stay in their rented home without working plumbing?!?!?! She currently is unable to use her bathrooms or run any water. Someone needs to respond to her multiple messages.

I needed a place to stay so I am renting a trailer. I havent been there but for a few days but so far its a pretty decent place to stay.

Nice place. Clean and well maintained . Lisa the community manager is very niceHas a pool and plenty of areas to walk your dog. They also have options that can help you buy a home there, which is Awesome

Lisa the office manager is a very nice person to work with and she makes you feel right at home great job Lisa and the maintenance are also a great people I love my new home love the fact that that you have a choice to rent or be a homeowner nice quiet place to live I love it thank you again so much Lisa

The park is nice. The lady that works in the office Lisa she is very unprofessional and a liar. We applied for a spot there and instead of just being honest with us and just tell us we were denied she played us for 2 days saying she hadnt heard anything. We are on a tight time limit and I live in eastern Carolina. Because of her lies we lost precious time.Thanks for reading.Pamela Williams4/13/19

They will tell you lot rent doesnt go up every year but it does. 6 years ago I started out paying 685. Current payment 785.

Many people have said that they are shady about how they operate. Roaches galore!

Price is too high for a lot only, almost as high as renting an apartment.Pool is closed more often than its open during summer months, often blamed on having to be closed down due to cleaning issues.Playgrounds arent well-maintained. They were built and then forgotten.The only maintenance done is to the main office so that it looks appealing to traffic. Residents are responsible for all other maintenance on property and lot, including underground sewer/trunk lines on a rented property (why?).The absolute worst thing is how ridiculous their rent collection policies are. You will have an eviction notice if youre 5 days late on rent and a small court summons if youre 15 days late.Rent increases by more than 10% every year the previous 5 years with absolutely no increase in quality of living to justify it.Honestly, its not worth it. Look somewhere else.

We have been here a year and yes while the home we got needed some repairs Lisa in the office was nice and professional to get in contact with the contractor we love our home and Lisa is a wonderful person to deal with so yea

I have lived here for twenty years, that should tell you something. Lisa and her family are the best!

I been here 5 months and the roof starting to leak my kitchen needs rewrieing and my bathroom has mold in it they tell me it on me to fix it

This is honestly one of the worst places I have rented from the landlord is very noisy and quite rude and has the worst attitude ever will not be renting again from here and do NOT recommend staying here either
