Applied for rent here was refused and degrading for being refused. Horrible management. Told numerous stories on “why” and lied to numerous times. Absolutely horrible management. Degrading people with no respect to other people. Explain why there are so many people trying to sell their properties and why there are so many empty houses and lots.

I have been living here 34 years, all in all pretty good neighbors, just wish the rules were tighter like the 80s when people had to take care of their property.

Managers are an older couple who are forgetful and do poor work of running the park.

I had to drop a co worker off in here. SKIP it. Its a TOTAL DUMP. Lots of unkempt homes, lots of riff raff

I have a friend that lives here and she says the mobile home park is quiet mostly except sometimes on weekends

Google Jennifer Wallace on Fox 2 about this place and the manager. She had children, one with special needs, and a big mold problem and holes in the home, that the manager refused to fix! Jennifer then refused to pay rent and was evicted! Manager did her and her children a favor! Do not rent here. Period.

I rode around in this park looking to move my home and I have been told and have read that they are really bad and do not want to fix problems. Another MHP owner who thinks people who have no choice but to live in mobile homes can be pushed around because the owners have no heart BUT plenty of money. I wasnt impressed with how the park looked either. I am going to tell three friends who are going also tell three friends each, and so on and so forth. If you are looking for a decent park, go to Country Club or Country Squire MHP.
