My whole family has lived in this park for years. It is a great place to raise a family. There has been a lot of improvement in the cleanliness and appearance in this park in the last few years. The management is excellent and I highly recommend

Angela is amazing! She thoroughly explained everything before the lease was signed and has been very responsive to any questions and issues. its great to see the older mobile homes being replaced with newer ones. Angela works hard to make this a very nice community to live in.

Love this park! My husband and I moved here this past Spring and this is our first place together. We absolutely picked the right place. Angela the landlord is always on top of everything making sure the park is clean and everyone is following the rules. She has been so helpful since the day we came looking for a place! Anytime we have a problem with something in our home its taken care of right away and the homes are very nice. Would definitely recommend this park for anyone looking for a good trailer park community!

Being a resident of Vogel Manor, I am so happy with my decision to move here. I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in. Its quiet, quaint, and far enough off the beaten path to make it feel like a little piece of country.Angela has been more than accommodating on any of my needs or requests and maintenance has been super responsive on anything I need.

The landlord Angela is always running around cleaning up. She makes sure rules are being followed. If you need anything or have a messed up question she answers and doesn’t judge. The neighborhood itself is pretty good. Be cool if we had a park pool for the summer. The best place I been at regardless.

I really like how the park is growing and how it is looking. I really like the manager Angela. She helps me with everything I need and is very prompt. She makes the park much more enjoyable to live in. Its always good to have great staff.

Would of gave this place 4- 5 stars, but i just cant. If things were different and manager & corporate/ParkLand Ventures would care and do their jobs. (But they dont) We are put in a situation that we have to move, for our safety and protect my kids. Keep hearing from manager its being taken care of, we dont want u to go. Told us she is moving in 2 weeks ( well 2 weeks have gone by and NOTHING!!!! Same old stuff but different day. U dont want us to go we heard that several times...Please, if that was the case we wouldnt be in the situation that we are in. They let druggies in here and certain people that have been evicted, that does drugs and steal, move right back in here. They play favorites and I can go on and on.8 years this has been mine and my families home, NEVER have been late w rent, NEVER any problems from us. But u guys are choosing who lives here. Someone that does drugs, steal, stalk, harasses people, have the cops over there 2-3 times a week, etc. And this isnt just one person. There is so much drugs and other things that go on in here that they know abt, they just dont care abt the residents.Arnolds new Ghetto.I will never recommend this place to anyone.To respond to rockview heights comment on mine 2-17-2020IT WAS NEVER HANDLED APPROPRIATELY. HOW CAN YOU EVEN SAY THAT??? NOTHING WAS DONE,WE HAD TO MOVE ON OUR OWN, BECAUSE OF THAT. YET SHE STILL REMAINS THERE.

Angela is an amazing landlord. If you need anything even a can opener she is there. I enjoy and love the area.

This place is a dump hole. Drugs, theft you name it, everywhere and no one wants to do anything about it. The manager angela pretends nothing is going on, stays at the office all day and if you want rules then this is the place to live. Cant do nothing or have anything. Oh also how about manager moving in all her friends. Dont really think thats allowed. Thats why last month all good reviews. Those are her friends and they are allowed to do anything while rest of us cant.My advice to any one thinking about living here DONT. Glad to have moved.!!!!

Angela is an amazing manager !! She is always making sure everything is taken care of. She is always driving around checking on things and making sure things get done.

I moved in a while ago and all i can say is that i love it the landlord has been so helpful and shes always on top of things when they need to get done im very happy i found this place to stay at.

The kids and I really like the new park they put in. Angela is very responsive when I need a work order created and issues get resolved quickly.

Nice place to live and getting better. Angela has worked hard in getting the bad seeds out of the community and increasing the level of sta dards in the community. There has not been a single problem I have had that she has not addressed. I think a lot of people expect her to do things that are literally out of her control. I have seen this woman screamed at, called every name in the book and even spat at and she has kept her composure and remained professional Every. Single. Time. She actually cares about her tenants and will do everything possible to make their living situations as happy as possible. I look forward to many more years here and this being a place I can raise my kids.

Just this morning on April 1st the kids was all walking to bus stop and me and another parent noticed a young white male with out of state plates passed out in his car at stop sign in community! Called authorities!Great place to live with addicts passing out, loud cars, and sewer back up problems due to them moving a bunch of new trailers in without upgrading water source!Angela the office manager here is not great! I got fined on March 22nd for a incident that took place on nov. 29th. If loud cars and getting your vehicle broken into is your type of community then choose Rockview heights as your community! And winter time they never plow!

Worst mobile home park in Arnold area. The drugs are really bad. But hey if you have a record and money they will move anyone in, as long as you have cash.. They dont care abt the residents they only care about the money they receive every month.
