The worst experience COVID-19. I signed up for membership for my grandchild. This was before the pandemic started. They have since opened with new stipulations, which breaches the agreement of the park. We were only able to use the membership once. The park is refusing to cancel my membership without charging 64.17. The audacity to change the terms of agreement of my membership therefore breaching the contract. Now they won’t refund nor cancel without a fee? My grandchild can not attend the park due to being high risk of COVID which could be deadly to him.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE... of buying season passes!! We tried cancelling our season passes weeks before the last payment was due and the payments keep coming out of our bank account. We tried to reach out via contact form with no response. We live chatted with an agent who verified that we cancelled our account and was going to escalate the issue. Long story short, we never heard back from anyone and when I went online the agent said my membership was marked to expire in November when it should have been already cancelled. Weve been charged $105 per month for our passes. We have been paying for 16 months now when it should have only been 12 months and cannot get a hold of a real person. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SEASON PASSES. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!

A chat member told me that I could use any membership to get into any park . I go to hurricane harbor and they tell me I have to upgrade to gold plus , because I guess gold doesn’t exist anymore , so I did . The guy told me they would cancel my old membership and give me a brand new one . The old membership was linked to a credit car that no longer is active and I’m getting emails everyday saying my account is delinquent because they can’t collect the payment . First of all that account should have been deactivated , it’s been a month . Every time I call no one answers. I’m just on hold they keep telling me to wait until I get a final recording saying I must of called when they’re closed . No matter what time I call I always get that recording

After several yrs of being a season pass holder I will NO longer waste my money. Went on July 7, 2019. Was treated terribly by head of security for wearing a tank top and not allowed entry. It was NOT a swimming top or a tube top but was a black tank top that covered my front and back with nothing but my shoulders showing. I have pictures as proof of what i was wearing that were taken at Six Flags Over Texas at the time of the incident. Very RUDE and LOUD and inconsiderate with absolutely no Customer Service decency at all. He caused a terrible scene in front of other guests who approached me after to tell me they were appalled by his behavior. Very disappointed!!!!

The customer service is horrendous, I purchased 4 memberships and have had billing issues no one wants to address and I cant cancel for a whole damn year, the chat is useless, the member services in park is useless they are the reason my billing was all messed up in the first place and no one has called me to discuss just a random email and never any follow up. Never again I can invest these bucks somewhere with better service

Me and my husband purchased our memberships online from okc. We came here on our family vacation to get the full experience of six flags and we was very disappointed! Because we are form okc and not Texas we was not able to get our flash passes that we paid 23$ for unless we canceled our memberships and done them for this park. We never purchased our memberships anywhere but online on the six flags website but we are still not able to put our flash pass on our memberships! This is very disappointing!! For people that dont live in places and who are coming to visit this isnt right. It makes us never want to renew or have these memberships any longer! We bought these under the impression that we could get the benefits no matter what park as long as six flags owned it!! And now we are told we cant get flash passes unless we cancel our membership and get it thru somewhere we dont even live! This is not ok for people who pay 120 a month to have a good experience!! Not worth it!!

Colossally understaffed. Only half the cars on every thrill ride were active when the park was packed with people???Trying to actually get to the main entrance so you can enter the park is a freaking nightmare! Took nearly 3 hours from Fort Worth!! They need to allow cars to enter through additional lots until the never ending construction is finished. Biggest clusterf**k Ive ever seen...and I lived in Los Angeles for several years! Ill be driving to San Antonio from now on and saving the frustration...

If it was possible to give this zero stars I would. Most rude and inconsiderate costumer service i’ve ever received from a company. I drove all the way from Denton to Arlington to buy a season pass. Entered the information on the kiosk at six flags eight different times only for them to tell me there computer system is down every time. They did not do anything to help me with buying tickets. They told me I had to try again another day instead of figuring out a way to buy tickets. I paid $30 for parking to go inside and sit at a computer and not even get to enter the park or ride any rides. This place is trash and I will NEVER be back.

Ive tried for the last 90minutes, following various Six Flag park web instruction, including Corp in TX , to reach membership services BY PHONE and all I get are more recordings. Ive never experienced a corp more determined NOT to allow live person discussion re membership problems. When I was trying to purchase the seasons passes on the website I thought I was just purchasing the seasons passes. I saw an option to add the meal plan for $15 a month. It did not say anything else about any other charge. The season passes that I wanted was only suppose to be one time payment of $56. That was a great deal, but instead I ended up getting charged $30 a month for 12 months on a contract that I cant cancel for 12 months. I was outraged. I went up to Sixflags with my brother right after buying what I thought was my seasons passes and I bought my brother seasons passes with cash and he has had no problems with them. I got his for a one time payment of $56. So if you want seasons passes then go to the park and buy them. Do not buy them online. The website is definitely a SCAM!!!!! If all of this is not bad enough the customer service is horrible. Apparently every is a supervisor. I was telling one of them that I was a single mom, college student, just trying to get by and I can afford this extra charge. She did not apologize or show that she cared at all. So I said to hear you seem to not care at all. She said nothing the whole time until I said I guess I have no choice but to pay or it will go to my credit and she said yep thats right. They are almost all this cold. They need to take a lesson from Disney in many ways.

Every single restraunt in six flags needs employee training, customers stand in line for an average of 30-45 minutes to spend an average of $50 while watching a group of 4-5 employees goof off and talk while ignoring customers they all stand around like they are lost. Its bad food service to say the least. Jb bbq, Johnny rockets and all American cafe are the 3 I have visited, it happens every single time Im at the park. When theres 100+ people in line with 5 people serving and 4 of those 5 people are standing in the corner laughing and cutting up their are alot of things being said in line by patrons. Why have 10 registers, 4 servers, and 2 cooks? And still get the wrong order half the time Maybe make all your employees do their job and pay attention.

Same issue with the online season passes. Do not buy online. When you contact customer service you have to hold for almost an hour. No empathy at all. Whoever the CEO of this six flags needs to rethink the terms and conditions. six flags customer service has caused me so much stress. This company is suppose to be about families and how they can help them.
