Frontier days carnival is great for children.My daughter had an absolute blast!

This is a great place for families. To get in its FREE! They have a pool, rides for big & little children, games and good food (we had the barbeque Turkey leg )with good prices. We ended the night with a great concert by the band War.

Each year more and more people gather together for special events, picnics, and all other outdoor activities. There are no words to describe the greatness of how this wonderful park has grown and expanded. Definitely welcome newcomers.

Had a great time at the Frontier Days fest. Park was clean. Lots of options for food, entertainment, and shops. Security never seemed to be an issue. The events held were in a timely manner and organized.

It is a great place to hang out. I go there every year for frontier days. I recommend checking out the k9 demo, it is awesome.

Recreation pool is huge, 50m x 25y, with room for everyone. 2 diving boards, lap lanes, and shallow play area for the kids, all at the same time. Sundays 9:30-11:30 this pool opens 50 meter lanes for adult swim. There is often debris and leaves on the bottom of the pool, but the water itself is incredibly clear.The park also has a baseball diamond with lights, large playground facilities, tennis courts, walking paths, picnic grass, and a community center. The landscaping is nice enough to bring your favorite person for a walk, including flowers when its warm.

Have been going here since I was a little kid in the 80s. Hasnt changed much at all, which is nice when I want to get a good dose of warm fuzzy nostalgia.

Came here for 4th off July carnival. Lots of good rides, games, and entertainment. Its a big park.

Fun place. My daughter was in the preschool there, great teachers and she learned a lot.

Here its like youre in a Norman Rockwell painting. So close to downtown and picturesque scenery. Park is old but wonderfully maintained.

Nice Olympic size pool

The main part building is rather old but I play basketball when I was a kid there. It has a lot of character. It is not handicapped accessible however. In the summer they have a 50 m pool. On Sunday mornings they have it running long course. The rest of the time they just have 25 yard lanes. The place that they have for kids is huge. The slide is 20 feet tall. Love the pool. Very good condition, managed extremely well. Sundays mornings opened in 50 meters mode. Cant wait the season to start and mourn when it ends.

The baseball fields are part of the park district facilities. The is well maintained; decent parking facilities; there is also a nice swimming pool next to the park.

Started coming here in the 70s. Good pool that hasnt changed much. Lived just around the corner at one point. Always liked the carnival every year.

Clean, plenty of space, maintained equipment.

My son soccer games are played on this field. Bring chairs and blankets.

This park has tennis courts, baseball fields, a pool, an indoor basketball court, and open space. There is also a playground.
