Terrible dining experience. First, the 6ft rule was not followed by anyone and people walking around were not wearing masks indoors. Including the waitress that helped us. On more than one occasion I witnessed her taking her mask down to talk with a patron.On top of that, we ordered two appetizers, a beer, and a soda. The beer and the soda arrived, but after thirty minutes waiting for fries (mind you it was not busy in there and the cook was visibly standing around), we asked for our food to go. I don’t think our waitress has even put our order in to be honest. She brought us the check, comp the soda price, and only charged for the beer and one order of fries. 15 minutes later, only one order of fries came out. At this point we had been at The Jam for an hour waiting since sitting down so we didn’t bother saying anything, paid for the part of the meal we did receive, and left. Bummer too because their menu looks good and I was excited to try it.

Love the staff here! Super friendly and really enjoy being greeted so warmly with my first name. Ive only had cocktails here, but its a good drink with friendly service!

I have eaten here 3 times since the new ownership and last night the food was good, although I ordered my burger rare it came out well done. Waiter fellow was very rude and snappy. Beer from the tap was warm, not even room temperature but warm (both of my beers.) Appetizers are very good and well priced but I think I will give them some time before returning to see if the bugs get worked out.

One of the best burgers weve ever had. Fantastic meat. Good job. Good price point too. Hard to get a feel for the atmosphere since you have to done outside right now, but good outside seating, nice tables and chairs. Friendly staff. Would come again.

Food was ok, could tell it was handmade. Waitresses were very friendly and helpful but they dont write orders down (pet peeve of mine) and my pizza came with missing toppings and toppings I hadnt ordered. The waitress had to come double check toppings with my sister 2 times for her order and her pizza still came with missing toppings and toppings she didnt want. Atmosphere was a bar/food joint, loud music but could still hold a conversation.

First time here. I loved the open bar and food setup. Will be back for sure. I had the appetizers and they were all good!

The gumbo was good the corn bread muffin was molded. The waiter acted irritated didnt apologize. The new muffin tasted dry and hard not moist and warm as I expected.

Great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was on point. My favorite dish to order is the chicken sandwich. Yum!

Had the cheese curds and the vegetarian pizza (substituted ranch sauce for the pesto and regular cheese instead of vegan). Both delicious.

Went for a house show. Literally no one there. Then find out bar is cash only. Now I largely know why no one was there.Could have been neat if there were actually people there.
