I would not recommend living here to anyone. The floors are so thin the tenants feud with one another constantly throughout the complex. Lots of druggies too who are agro and unfriendly.. and management seems to do very little except threaten to evict people and impose harsh and restrictive guest policies upon the tenants who reside here. They watch your every move on cameras. Its federally prisonized, *cough, er I mean subsidized.

Wow alot of negative reviews on here that right there should tell people something about these slums or better word is scums. I cant even begin to express my anger and frustrations over this place and the things they think they can get away with a

I have lived here for 24 years and never had a negative experience. All maintenance problems are solved promptly. The staff is helpful and friendly. The manager, Melva Elvers , has always been understanding and supporting. She is an excellent problem solver.

Good luck finding out wether your on a lease or not they treat you terribly. And are extremely rude. Lots of illegal activity going on with this apartment unit.

By far the worse place I have ever lived. Druggies all over the place no privacy at all, cant even leave the windows open without someone looking in. The office picks and chooses who they like and they cant even do their job. Mold on the windows, carpet falls apart because its so cheap. To top it off they steal your money and contact you 37 days later to say they dont have it. Im so glad to be getting out of here I can already feel the stress going away. They watch every move u make. Even a one star rating is way to much!!! If u like the ghetto and drama this is the place for you. I would never recommend these apartments.

Management are certified perverts. The residents are not allowed to put curtains or anything else behind the blinds to help maintain privacy. This allows the rooms in the apartments to be viewed from the outside. On the lower floor apartment the gaps in the blinds give a clear view in some spots.

The majority of the security/maintenance staff are shady. Among them convicts, liars, theives, and most definitely perverts. The Administrator, Melva Elder, is unethical, judgemental, and uses her position to intimidate and discriminate against people she doesnt like. She has complaints to HUD against her now. Tenants have no privacy, and receive eviction warnings for any claim made by staff, without the opportunity to respond or know who made the accusation.
