I really appreciate the Manager Anita for working with me to allow our new paint job on the trailer to pass inspection. It was a different color but she helped with the owner of the park to pass it!

Just moving in and so far I really like how friendly the neighbors are!

Harassed at a drop of a dime regarding the upkeep of my yard an now given 90 days, while a stay at home order was being followed, was given a notice to fix the skirting around our mobile within 90 days during in which businesses were closed and people were staying at home . I have heard about other residents upset due to management enforcing them to fix this or that. I would like to see or have a copy of the Parks rules and regulations or a copy of our lease agreement because this is gonna get serious real quick. When Slyvia was management ,our community,our trailor park was like a family ,we had community park meetings and had great communication with management. These days the management picks on certain long time residents to harass about issues while leaving other residents with the same repairs needed alone. I am starting to think this is discrimation and a violation of tenant rights. I have had family in this trailor park for the last 35 years. I know the difference between singling out an long time resident and harassing him and not doing such but respectfully addressing some matters. Anyways I am sure these issues will be resolved and I wish we could form a group of the people living in the park to address issues as a whole.

We love living here the management is strong and they are fair. We all want to live in a clean safe environment and they are doing a wonderful job keeping the park clean, anyone who is dissatisfied is probably not keeping their home and property clean.

Great family park. Anita and Larry, the management, are doing a wonderful job improving the park. Quiet and safe. I had a wonderful time when I lived here.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with affordable mobile homes for rent and sale.

It is a mobile home park in a sort of sketchy part of town. You do not always feel safe there, but the rent is cheap and the neighbors are nice. A lot of dog restrictions, though.

Great place to live quiet clean , well manicured community

Though they sometimes (all the time) rearrange their shelves. The customer service along with the warranty they offer with tools. The price is almost unbeatable locally.

This park is perfectly nestled on the outskirts of arcata. There is a shopping center within a 5 minute walk, bus stops for local and outer city transit and local playgrounds galore!

My friends live there and the corner they are tucked into is a nice little niche to be in.

Beautiful and clean safe place

Very nice place to have a family reunion . There was a lot of room for everyone .
