Well I had to take them to court for damages done to my trailer they still havent moved my trailer like the court order them to do they still havent paid me the $1250 the court ordered them to pay me last October and the cement foundation is still cracking and sinking and doing damage to my trailer so basically this place is a terrible place to live run by people who dont care if you end up homeless when youre 68 years old when you thought you were going to retire and live out your life here but instead you end up with a big gapping hole in your trailer

Place is not maintained. Rules are not enforced and they let anyone in.Recent history of severe injury and death from a dog attack. Dogs continue to run loose, charge at people and poop everywhere. Office is aware of issues but does little to correct the situation. Homeless people and drug addicts wander through daily. Place is a pit

Only moved here a couple months ago, but it is actually a really nice place despite being a mobile home neighborhood. Neighbors have been very friendly, and the kids here feel comfortable enough to say hi to folks they dont know, and smart enough to not approach said strangers. And its a stop for an ice cream truck, how great is that?

So this is to the guy Earl with the foundation problems... You are a liar! I have been trying to rent the property right next to you since last October! Back then it was explained to me that they were going to move you right next door to the corner property ( that I wanted to rent) fix the the ground beneith your trailer and move you back. But you have refused to let them... And they are unable to collect rent on that corner spot that you do not occupy. I know becuase I lived there from November to April and my husband is still there. Funny ur post isnt until January! People do not listen to him or his pictures. Last I knew he was refusing any sort of help and taking up 2spots!The office people are so sweet and do what they can do... The dogs and the babies in the street I never saw...but that would be bad dog and child parenting not the office responsibilities!Homeless people yesss! But that is all of eureka and arcata!!! All of it#!! Lol

Was looking for affordable housing in the area. Couldnt even apply here because they dont take trailers older than 2003.

It is close to my job and I have great neighbors. And the office staff is wonderful. Only thing bad is the rocks or what ever they do behind the park starts about 630.

Nice looking mobile home park

Nice place, sometimes quiet, wouldnt mind living there. However, watch out for little 1-2 year old children standing in the middle of the road at the Giuntoli Ln entrance! Manager does nothing to make parents supervise these kids. Very dangerous situation, and father tried to fight me when I told them their toddler was standing in the middle of the road! Also the front section is where youd want to live, the back section with smaller streets is full of undesirables doing undesirable things...

K.c, mike, and victor, all bad ass dudes that keep things functioning around here. Patty and Carroll are just sweethearts and will do whatever it takes to put a smile on u ! Thank you all for taking care of my son and daughter !
