Took our two boys to Jump ‘n Jammin today and it did not disappoint We have a 1 1/2 and 2 1/2-year-old and this play place is actually pretty fun for younger and older kids. When we first walked in this location our boys were just amazed. We all took off our shoes and put on our wristband. The good thing about that is you can go play with your kids then leave for lunch and come back whenever. They also have a nice eating area inside if you want to bring lunches.This highlight and center of the fun is the massive ball area equipped with all kinds of fun air cannons and other fun machines to put balls into. Our boys were literally none stop collecting and firing off balls.They have a total of 3 fun slides for all ages. I was able to go down the high slides with my boys as they are very big.Climbing through the jungle gym is much easier than most jungle gyms I’ve played in with my kids as this one is very large. I was even able to stand up and walk around on the second level of the jungle gym and play with my boys firing off balls in the air cannons.I will be stopping by here with the family again soon. Great spot to meet the grandparents for a fun play date.

This place is amazing for kids. Be sure to bring your water bottle for your thirsty sweaty little ones. This location is at the Santa Anita mall so you can come play. Step out into the food court and return to play (same day in/out). I had my sons birthday party here years ago. I wouldnt have another one here because the kids were too spread out. Great place for play dates.

Great fun for kids 8 years and younger. My two young girls enjoyed a day pass for the last day of summer 2019.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities and play structure are nice. Unfortunately half of the air Canons do not work properly along with some of the other air blowing, ball morning devices.

This place is awesome. Had to kill time while waiting for our Santa appointment. Staff are helpful and friendly. They are constantly cleaning and straightening up. Plenty of spots for parents to sit and watch, or join in the fun. Dont forget your socks, since this is a no shoes place.

The four stars is for the experience. Im sure you can go to any other place but this place is reliable. Staff was friendly. Equipment was okay. Clean as can be but still a germ fest with all those kids.

Playground Safety-I do not think there is a guaranty as there were some parts needed a repair thats why adults must always accompany their kids.Maintenance-I did not see employees going around time to time to make sure its clean and pick up whats left by kids (candy rap, a receipts) in the playground, a hair rubber/band) There were lots of dust on the top of the play structure that was open and kids breath. I wish there were more clear air provided may be to have some air purifiers.Playground’s Programs - I was not aware of any program offered, kids were playing what was available. IT would be nice if they arrange some games so kids get play together.Lounge For You To Relax - there were lots of siting places parent may rest but the music was so loud that there is no way a little to relax. I got headache because of the loud music and plus people were taking loud to listen to each other since the music was loud.I really like the place and if the management wishes to make the necessary maintenance it would be perfect place for kids to play.2nd visit - the place is fun as always and if I was the owner of this place I would make the music less loud as we have one set of ears. I would improve the air conditioning and make sure no dust on top of play structures. I thing we will look for another indoor playground if things are not improved.

This place is like a huge Chuck E. Cheese. Good for birthday parties.

The structure and apparatus is fantastic, but theres no control of the kids. Pure mayhem... parents, staffers and children. There should be an age limit. The mixing of all ages can be dangerous. Perhaps it was just the consequences of going on a rainy day but would have liked to see more control.

Son came here for a birthday party. I ran to get a gift and do something else until the end. Returned 20 min before party is over to run gift in and say hi to parents but staff said the party would be charged extra for me to go in and get him. So I had the staff member run in to give the gift. She then reported to me that they are eating cake. I will now tell her to go get him in 5 minutes so we can leave. I guess the organization is afraid I will steal a jump in the kids zone or something. Annoying and inefficient. Might want to look into changing that policy.

This place is fun for the kids, but on our last visit (March 8), I found it to be filthy dirty. Dust piled high on the play structure. The next day both of my kids were ill.

On a hot hot day good choice...bring your own drinks however no food what so ever.. chairs are hard. Children will love it. Adults will hate the lack of extras and water all over the bathroom floors.... Fyi you only have socks

Friendly employees. They even have a full size jumper! Its like a super big size McDonalds playground.

This Is a great place the only thing I don’t agree on is when going the restroom you have to go in their with your socks on. theirs times that theirs urine on the floor it gets on your socks then you go in and play its really disgusting

This place is great.Pros: 15 bucks per kid, 1 adult free per child you bring, parking is free but packed because its at the mall, no time limit - you can stay as long as theyre open, you can go out to eat then come back, clean, doesnt smell like dirty feet, clean bathrooms, plenty of staff to care for the place.Cons: The sink in the bathroom did not work - you couldnt wash your hands. They had a big tub of hand sanitizer but.... thats gross. In my personal opinion, a little cafe that serves coffee would be a cherry on top.P.S.If you want a good idea of what the place looks like inside go to Google maps. They have a 360 view of the inside.

Great place for kids to let out the energy in a safe play environment. A bit crowded but fun.

Three levels of endless running around. Ball cannons, covered slides, jumper, toddler area, snack machines. Socks only.

A great place for your kiddos to run free all day. The size itself is not as big as the store front looks, but its big enough for kids to run, jump and climb around for hours. The only thing is that theres no restaurant inside, but food court and a whole lot of restaurants just next door, if you are hungry. They have a good system where you pay for the day, so if you are your kids get hungry you can go eat and come back to play.It was a good experience and will probably be back soon.FYI, dont forget to wear socks!!!!

Went here for a kids birthday party. Im very sure they allow too many kids into the playground. As a result the noise is overwhelming, its muggy & hot, smells of mildew, kids are running around & over each other. Most dont mind cos its a unique place but you couldnt pay me to take my kids back. My son was sweaty & there wasnt any water allowed even on the benches near the playground. One plus, lots of sanitizer was available.

Closed early on a Wednesday. Website says 8pm they wouldnt let us in at 630 saying they were closing soon smh. They shut it down at 7pm.

Why too busy for my liking and the price you pay..try to catch them on a non peak time for better enjoyment. It is nice to have play areas for the kids. We just need more of them

Both my kids loved this place . It’s indoors so kids don’t get too messy. Wish they had a bit more protective foam near the air guns. Overall good to be inside. Bathrooms are well maintained. They have a climbing wall that is a bit hard for most kids. But the best part is your kids will pass out after spending some time here lol.

Came here for the first time and the inner child manifested. The different structures and fun things to play with is interesting and certainly stimulates young minds, encourages fun, play and physical movement which is always good in my books. The pricing is very fair and will certainly return for multiple play sessions.

Chaos rules, it is a great place to visit but I dont like to spend too much time here. We came at 3:30 on a Sunday and the staff was stressed. One girl I over heard say... No ,no,no, Im not covering for anyone one again. It was jam packed. There is a very small waiting area or parent area. Bathrooms are fine the Im guessing the most most important thing here is the play area. Somewhat small but has the basics I would suggest the west Covina mall one is a better place over all to visit.

First time coming the facility is vary clean the staff of constantly spray and wiping down mats. Only paid $21 for 2 adults and a child. Older kids started taking over the toddler area and staff nicely asked them to exit the area very professional. We will definitely be back

I love to take my 5 kids here to burn off some energy. Its also fun to meet with Mom friends here and chat while the kids run around. It really is the king of play places in the area. During our last visit, employee Italia was particularly sweet and helpful. Think well go back tonight!

Fun place for kids BUT they do not turn on the air conditioner. So warm in there. For that reason I would not go back.

Great concept, but it’s often too crowded. Kids are constantly running into each other. They should consider limiting the amount of people they let in at a time.

There no AC and it’s packed. We ask to turn on the AC but they respond they can’t do anything about it unless the owner gives permission

This place is too busy, very hard to keep an eye on kids and they got out of control as soon as they walk in. Just not my kind of place.

Son had a blast. $16.11 for me and my 4 yr old and a pair of socks. They dont allow food in which i like but the food court is literally 10 steps away.Employees at every corner even inside monitoring the kids so I was able to relax with peace of mind and the bathrooms were very clean. saw an employee cleaning it every hour and cleaning the slides, balls, blocks, etc. so will definitely be coming back here more.also had an area for infants/toddlers only so it was pretty safe.

Kids had a blast!!!!!! Only complaint is bathroom needed cleaning because it smelled and the thought of using restroom in socks was no bueno

Nicely laid out indoor play area with several slides, a zip line, ball pit shooting area with several levels to shoot from. Sitting areas abound for parents to check in on their kids, although some parents dont bother to check on their kids much. Its still a pretty safe and fun place to let your kids burn some energy off at. Free wifi and vending machines available. They keep it pretty clean. It can get really crowded at times (especially during holidays and the weekends ). Free parking and food options abound at the mall afterwards for lunch (Cheesecake Factory is literally next door).

This place is pure chaos! I brought the kids I was babysitting here since they had a play pass but that was a huge mistake. Chuck E. Cheese is better than this place; and that place is a nightmare too. Here, the kids run amok, the parents are on their phones not supervising, the bounce house is full of sweaty sticky children, and kids invade your personal space; one kid tried crawling between my legs. Oh, and the noise is out of control. Definitely not a place Ill visit again, but to each his own.

For certain ages they require an adult, but then charge you for each adult to watch child. Becomes overpriced.

Air conditioned restroomscold functioning water fountainsaffordably priced socks, well at least the baby ones @ $1.50+tax, for those parents who simply couldnt rely on their usually trusty diaper bag...

Ots a fun place for kids and even adults, i Enjoyed it and I get to spend more time with my boyplaying Together and its not that expensive.

Amazing play area. Best in the area and biggest. Also very accommodating for adults both in the space and their prices. Cheaper for Kids under 2 which is great also. Definitely a great place for the family!

I remember this place being awesome! I know its not their fault but there was sick kids running around throwing up mucus it was gross they tried taking control of the situation and they did go and disinfect but it was such an unpleasant experience.

There is so much dust if you climb up. It looks like its being sitting there for years. There are not enough balls to shoot so kids fight over it. Very tiny and boring toddler area with few blocks. Disappointed.

But adults be warned seating areas are limited and not very comfortable and most likely you will get hit with a ball at least once while your there! You have to check in ur shoes at the door so if u need to go to the bathroom u have to go with just socks on. Very gross!!! But its a great place for kids and affordable!
