Musart is our special place! My 6 years old daughter learned to play the piano, violin, guitar, cello and enjoyed painting, sawing, cooking and dancing. Also, parents can enjoy their performance on Friday, the last day of the camp. I could see how much my daughter grows through the performance. Now Musart offers the place for remote learning, it is also nice. Above all, Ms. Samiras enthusiasm for caring children is quite impressive. We love her. This place is full of love.

Camp MusArt is such a special place! My 7 year old daughter has been going here for summer camp and track out camp over the past year and has been learning how to play the piano, guitar and violin. Every day they have new and creative things that the kids make. She absolutely loves it! The director, Ms. Samira is just wonderful with the kids. She is so bubbly and happy and my daughter just lights up whenever she sees Ms. Samira. All of the staff are so friendly and engaged with the kids. I HIGHLY recommend Camp MusArt...I often wish that I could go after seeing how much fun these kids have! Fun and safety is a top priority at this camp and I have piece of mind knowing that when I drop her off for the day. And I love that they have an end of week play or musical show, its really wonderful to see how much the children learn over the week.

My kids love Camp MusArt! Besides being their favorite track out camp, my kids are on their third week attending Camp MusArts new Study Hall (remote learning). Weve provided the camp with our school schedule and there are several teachers guiding the kids to log in at the right times and stay focused. During the school breaks the kids participate in fun art or music activities or just play outside on the awesome playground. The owner, Ms. Samira, loves all the kids and is so patient, kind, and engaging. It is a unique camp with so many wonderful teachers. My kids have been going there for several years, and the music program with new teachers is fantastic! I love seeing the photos and videos of what the kids have been doing through the day.

My kids go to a year-round school. Theyve been to quite a few track-out camps. Many were very good but after their first week at Camp Musart they didnt want to go anywhere else. My wife and I are thrilled with how active and engaged they are. They spend more time outside than I expected, which I think is great. My kids LOVE the playground. The owner truly loves children and loves what she does. They teach a wide variety of instruments. My kids like piano best. Im impressed with how much progress theyve made, especially during the last session. They recently hired two new music teachers who are absolutely amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about this camp. Drop off is like a hug. The kindness my 6year sees is immeasurable. She has learned so much. She is so excited to tell me about the instrument she is learning or the great sculpture she made. We love Camp Musart and rave about it to our friends. I can’t recommend it enough!!

Our boys have attended Camp MusArt for several years and have always loved the experience. They leave camp at the end of each week proud of the new songs they have mastered on the instruments of their choice, and super excited to show us all of the cool crafts they made. Every week is different and Ms. Samira brings a level of enthusiasm and energy that is absolutely unparalleled. 100% recommend.

This is the best camp around. My children are 9 and 10 and love the teachers. Mrs. Joy and Mrs. Amara are so loving and kind. Each child gets individual attention and they are never board. I cant say enough about this place. Thank you for being so good to my babies!

There was never a problem with me being on my phone and those accusations were false. The comment from “Rebbeca Lane” was from a year ago and Miss Samira and the late owner were supposed to defend my honor. They never did but said they would. I left by choice, along with the other original staff members who built the camp and the relationships that grew our customer base. Also, Rebbeca Lane was not in our records as a customer. The heart of the camp is gone, so are the teachers that poured everything that they had into it and created those unique relationships. Lastly, Miss Joy is gone and she was Musart. I am giving a one star review because I was severely taken advantage of for years along with many other staff members. I was never the problem, the problem was with how things were being run and how the staff was treated. I quit in March and my profile on the website just got taken down last week. Such a great thing ended in such a tragedy for myself and so many other teachers. Very, disheartening and sad.

We did Camp MusArt for multiple weeks last summer and my son loved it so much that Camp MusArt is the ONLY camp he wanted to do this summer. Were so thrilled to have your gem of a camp right here in Apex. And, I wanted to also recognize and say thank you for all the additional wonderful things youve added to the camp in 2019. He loved every minute of it last summer. But, the added play equipment, the balloons, water day, baking, and everything else youve added has made it all the more special. THANK YOU!

My daughter (a rising 4th grader) has been going to Camp Musart since Kindergarten. She would spend the whole summer there if she could. The camp staff are amazingly creative and also provide a very loving and supportive environment for all of the kids. My daughter already loved art when she started attending, but now she had developed a deep love of all things music as well. She takes piano lessons and loves to practice. She loves being introduced to new instruments. After camp this year she came home begging me for violin lessons. Our family highly recommends this camp!

Becky’s review below is highly misinformed, not constructive and fairly inappropriate because it’s a viewpoint from a person that may have experienced a bad day but I can vouch for Camp MusArt and all of their talented teachers for their desire and love for teaching kids a new form of expression. It’s funny that a Mom or caretaker would be alarmed at a smartphone device being held out in the open by a teacher. (It’s also out of bounds to call the teacher out in a meaningless way.). I have found that the teachers and leaders at Musart care tremendously about not only the kids they tutelage but about the craft and creativity that music can provide and enrich our children. The teachers are not snapchating or texting during the times they teach our kids. If they are filming video, then it’s likely because they are impressed with the performance or want to capture the moment to share with the parents. I doubt you asked the teacher about her smartphone usage but you’re basing it on an assumption.Consider this - how do you not know the teacher was recording the kids for an end of session highlight film that our kids and family members could enjoy as a snapshot in time of those moments. Just a thought. This place rocks. Kids in our community are lucky to have leaders that care and want to enrich our kids with art in an effort to expand their growing life palette.
