This is a beautiful and clean place to live. The activities are great and the staff is amazing.

Small areas and the lady does events was not friendly at all and exspensive for a week 2 good things pool was awesome and the gentleman that worked there was awesome

Great place -250 RV only sites no park models.

We have stayed there 2 yrs ago and again this yr. Found it very expensive and nothing offered other than some other great people that stay there. They dnt offer much unless its done by volunteers of the people staying. Very disappointing for the money they charge. Maintenance done on washrooms and pools during times people would be using them. Pay for dinner and show u get left overs from the last function. I think they need to make some changes to bring the park up to a place where u would pay the bigger money compared to others .

Clean and plenty of pads/lots, pool, dog area. SiL&BiL have been staying here a few years now when they winter in AZ. Good location, easy access to 60 and shopping. Drawback is its a trailer park - minimal parking and MYOS (make your own shade) :)

Meridian RV Resort has the most friendly, helpful staff and residents. The park is well- groomed and manicured. There are many engaging activities and things to do at the park, and the surrounding area. The resort continues to upgrade and beautify the property. I highly recommend this park to anyone seeking a clean, well-managed, fun-filled RV Resort in the Phoenix area.

Very quiet now, but Oct-Mar it is a busy fun place.

The all new staff for the 2017 -2018 season are awesome. Very pleasant and helpful, willing to do what ever to make your stay fantastic. A very friendly place all around like one big happy family. Dont let the past scare you away. Love this place !!

Bad management Cindy and Sherrie r the worst.. Had a next door neighbor in 2016 that threatened me and my spouse and were not asked to leave the park and we have never had anyone that works there all the way to upper management ever apologize for the way we were treated. I do know the new manager and I believe that things will or should get better with Eva & Larry. Still waiting for an apology.

Nice pool and exercise room. Very friendly. Not good for a stay less than a month. We had people off the street asking for money when we tried to sit out at night. Lots of traffic noise.

This is our 9th year at Meridian RV Resort. Alot has changed over the years since weve been coming here but one of the things that hasnt changed is how much fun we have. There is a variety of activities to do everyday that if you get bored its your own fault. Great food, entertainment, golf, bowling, pickle ball, poker plus other card games. Plus lets not forget all of the great people that weve meet over the years. We brag on this place every chance we get. Looking forward to another fun filled winter in our home away from home.

This place sucks. The same rules do not apply to everyone in the park. In the rules it says no retractable leashes, but the park manager uses retractable

Cindy the Office lady is friendly,The Park Isnt Paved all the way has some loose gravel area,golf carts are allowed to drive in this Park Nice Pool and Laundry Facilities too Security is Nice here Electrial Gate and Brick wall Surrounding this Park Quiet place Bingo every week also come by and Stay awhile R.V. lots or Mobil Home sites available.

Very Nice RV Park... staff are very helpful and cordial.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Biggest complaint is front staff, Cindy, beyond rude. Staff are volunteers in lieu of rent. Park requires you pay in full prior to arriving, no problem, but a first for me. They cater to long term residents, anything short of two weeks becomes a difficulty. Your arrival time has a four hour window due to staff cannot acommodate you before or after. Motorhomes 40 are shoved into tiny spaces, all back-in, and the required TWO STAFFERS to park you, will land you smack on top of a poured cement patio hitting your electric stairs. Fortunate the stairs were not permanently damaged as we had to re-park it ourselves. Cindy, kept changing her mind at how many spots she was to divide our stay into, and what days those were to take place (so dont make any reservations for touring AZ while there, you may be asked to move without notice). Could not answer simple questions, like, do you have wifi, she referred us to the brochure. She offered no introduction to the park or facilities, and then parked us right next to her space with dirty glares our entire stay. I read several other complaints on the staffing here...and thought is may be rectified prior to our arrival...I guess not. Grass dog park smells of urine, so much, that your dogs feet need to be bathed after exiting...never have we experienced this in our travels...I suggest a more thorough watering in off hours of the dog park...pretty disgusting. Lots of other parks in this general area we stayed in, without all the attitude & problems, I suggest you choose one of those first. Beware of 5 star reviews with nothing to say asked by staffers to improve poor & deserved ratings.

Di the General Manager is very aware of the Federal disabilities act and was very helpful in resolving the parking issues for my disabled husband that has a very hard time walking. Due to the very small or no parking in our spot, unable to open pickup doors cause you hit the neighbors slide outs she resolved the issue that made it a livable comprise.The office manager is very rude and knows nothing about disabilities or how to resolve issues. She also does not know her job as far as units coming into the park with limited parking. She should be asking how big slideouts are to make sure they do not intrude on other residents area. We pay a large amount in this park and we rent our spots and cannot use our awning or parking spot with out worrying constantly of an accident or doing damage to your neighbors.The camp workers are very friendly and kind.
