I deliver newspapers in this neighborhood, and it is quite cozy to me. The baseball diamond is adjacent to the park itself, and there are plenty of trees to provide shade. Lots of open space for running, and its right off Highway 10 and 7th Avenue in Anoka. Theres also a basketball/ice rink area. The bathroom lodge could use some work, as it seems totally forgotten, but otherwise, this park is lovely. There is even a fence to protect people from cars.

Its a good setup...but there is garbage all over the playground. The bathrooms are disgusting if they are even accessible. Witch they never are.and the baseball field is full of bumps and there are rusty nails sticking out of home plate. The only good thing about it is the grassy field. I really wish the city would maintain it just a little bit. Then it would be a perfect little park. Thanks for nothing Anoka!!

The picnic tables were weathered. Paint was badly chipped with the wood shown and it was full of potential slivers. Unsafe for my 18 month and 2 year old kids.

It is great for the kids to play, and in the winter it is great for skating, or playing hockey.

The playground area is fairly large but lacks considerable playground equipment. The park is used by the nearby school so it can get busy during the day on a weekday.
