The actual playground equipment is fairly rundown/old. But the park is beautiful, I love the trees and the green space.

Tiny little park tucked away. Seemed very clean and visitors are respectful. It has a nice turn with markings for the distance if you are into running.

Park is clean and well- enough maintained. Playground is small but fun for kids. Some shady areas to sit out of the sun, but not next to the playground.

This park is located on a quiet street in Ann Arbors south side. Though it is a lovely park for a respite, it has been alleged that there is a crack house nearby.

In general the park needs some upkeep. The playground gym area is faded and has bare rust all over it. The swingset mats have large holes, weeds everywhere, the seesaw itself comes out of the ground when my daughter bounces on it. In comparison to every other park Ive been to, this place is the worst Ive seen. Its not horrifying but its not great. Coupled with the isolation, theres an overall creepy feeling to the place. Hopefully the city will at least repair the play area so its not a tetanus shot necessary zone.
