What a treat!We went to see Tenet.It was really really good!!!Also, we felt perfectly safe.The theater was clean, they have social distancing, smells good, everything feels so clean and good!Its so great to go to the movies again!!!!

Its always clean when I go to the movies at Quality 16. They are generous with the popcorn refills. No matter what big blockbuster film has been released, logistically they plan for extra screen at times, and theres always plenty of convenient parking. A+

The seats could use an upgrade, Im so use to putting my feet up. Other than that, I had a great time. The food wasnt too expensive.

Good location next to shops and restaurants, but hard to identify entrance from the road. Glad that ticket kiosks were added although their location is easily overlooked. The ticket prices are kind of high, style of seating is somewhat agreeable, but the theatre was not very clean, especially the floors.

I really love that movie theater but it is not the best movie experience. I would like the room to be a bit more comfortable, the screen more clean and the sounds to be not as strong as it is. You can often hear the movie that is played next door ... One day they were running the same movie next to each other with a delay... And I just kept on getting spoilers from the other room...

I love all the staff there, very friendly and well kept place!The food is expensive like all theaters, however with their rewards card its much more manageable, you get discounts and free food! They have fun activities for movie releases sometimes as well. Great place!

I love this theatre. It harkens back to a time before theatres had IMAX or 3d. Its just a good old theatre for watching movies in 2d, which is all I need.

The Quality 16 is a traditional theater without reclining seats, but it still has great pictures and sound. Ample parking, nearby restaurants, and a coffee shop make it easy to grab a bite before or after a show.

I like that they keep the place clean, and they offer discounts to seniors, like me. I also appreciated that they hired a handicapped person to take tickets and direct people to the correct theater.

The app gave us 6 free tickets for morning movies and you earn rewards when you sign up for free concessions and tickets. Plus you get 15% off concessions if you sign up for the rewards program. The theater was clean. Staff was very pleasant. Ill definitely go back to this theater many times.

I enjoyed my movie experience. The popcorn was reasonably salty, the projector in focus, and when I forgot my jacket as an out of town visitor, they even mailed it back to me!!! Wow. Props to the manager for helping me out with my jacket.

Our first visit here in many, many years. All of the staff were friendly and happy. Each person we encountered truly looked happy to be there. The internet had gone down, and notes were attached to each door starting that credit cards could not be accepted. Inconvenient, but we know it happens from other theaters weve visited. They also provided adequate notice. No internet also meant that our movie did not automatically start, but we asked someone who got it going quickly with a manual start. Our theater was clean. The environment was comfortable.

Very nice movie theater that has the rocky chairs! Popcorn was delicious, staff was friendly and courteous and most importantly the bathrooms were spotless clean and smelled like a lily field!! Kinda gross, but you can judge any business on how much pride you have in your facility!!Took the whole family, kids watched Ralph, we watched the mule. Great experience that all 7 loved!

Amazingly comfortable seats! Decent prices on popcorn, luckily for the combo deals! I’ll never buy candy from here though as it’s way too expensive! Candy that you can get for $1 anywhere else and they sell it for $5. Only complaint that I have!

We love this theater! Its nothing fancy but the people that work there are happy, helpful, and like being there. Pro-tip go to Costco and get the $100 worth of gift cards for $75 and also be sure to get the loyalty card for them. Crazy discounts and you rack up points fast!

Clean vestibule, courteous ticket agent. Even more courteous snack counter assistants. Clean theater with comfortable seating. Could hear some sounds from the adjoining theatre, but not too distracting.

Very clean updated theaters. Traditional style family cinema thats been updated to modern standards with comfortable stadium style seating and good sound quality. Nice place to see a movie.

I visit here with my girlfriend every once in a while. We enjoy the (relatively) low-priced student tickets and the fact that most shows have small crowds. Sound quality is top notch, but I wish the seats were a little better.

Prices are reasonable, but it’s no AMC or Celebration Cinema. It’s hard going to the movies without the comfy recliner chairs. One perk was we were about 2 of 8 people in the movie.

It was great to catch an early show the crowed was not overbearing and the snacks were great. A few claw machines to play around on and it would have been perfect.

We had some time to kill before a softball game and stopped in to see I Feel Pretty, the new Amy Shumer movie. There was plenty of free parking, and we also got a small popcorn and beverages. I will say this was the most generous small popcorn Ive ever seen, and it was plenty for the two of us. The employee who waited on us was cheerful and friendly, and we had great, comfortable seats for the movie. We also enjoyed the movie very much and would recommend it and the theater to others.

We typically go here because it is the closest to our home. The prices are a little steep, but I think thats most theaters nowadays. The seat are comfortable enough and the theater seems pretty clean. Ive never had any issues and Ive gone a few times with my son who is 5. Twilight shows are the best deal, between 4 and 6. Parking lot is usually busy, so get there a little early!

Located just of the State highway, there is a lot of parking. The sound and picture is decent. There are a lot of discounts for Military and students, especially for matinee shows. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff is helpful. The movie night not start right on time. Make sure you plan accordingly.

Decent theater. Seats arent the upgraded recliner-kind. But as a theater, its pretty typical.

Staff very polite. I find that going to movies there are better to go during the day. I have gone to movies at night and found the theaters are dirty with food containers everywhere. Its still a place I well still go to.

Typical multiplex theater. Stadium seats. Wish they reclined a little. Great sound system. No reserved seating at least for our matinee show. We are visiting Ann Arbor this week. We normally go to a locally owned theater where we live that only has about 5 minutes of commercials. People need to vote with their feet to protest sitting through half hour of commercials.

I came here and saw midsommar a few days ago, and for the entire 2 and a half hours, there was an insanely annoying flickering going on, on the screen. and there was a gray cast over the screen too... i’m guessing either the film was damaged, or the screen was. told the manager and the only response i got was a, “thanks for letting me know”....

Popcorn was decent, tickets were normally priced, and parking was easy. However, when i watch a monster movie I want to feel the rumbling and roaring in my chest but the sound system was adjusted like any other movie.

I love coming to this movie theater, the tickets and concessions arent astronomically priced. I really appreciate being able to find a seat inside the theater vs the assigned seat style that is becoming popular. Theyre a nice neighbourhood cinema.

It is Okay. Nothing great. Nothing awful. Seats could be way more comfortable.

This cinema is located close enough to downtown Ann Arbor for a quick ride to the movies. There is a great selection, classic concessions, and the friendly staff. The screens are large enough, the cup holders can be raised up, and the audio is great.To the nitty gritty: the theaters that have not been updated smell like the generic orange soap you can find in half gallon buckets. This isnt necessarily bad, just noticeable. If youre a texture person the seats feel like the fabric youd find in an older greyhound bus. Again, not necessarily bad, just a little itchy on the legs.

Your standard theater experience. Audio and visual quality is decent and not muddled with neighboring theaters. Not a fan of the ads.

TO THE A**HOLE GENTLEMAN WORKING YOUR CONCESSIONS RIGHT NOW.......I dont need your phone in my face, your snide and short notice that the movie I just drove 35 minutes to see was cancelled a hour ago or your turn and address something else of importance when were the only people currently in line.That theater is super hot right now. Repeated by multiple staff members does nothing to rectify my daughter and Is planned date night out.Zero apology, concern or suggestions.Ive worked in customer care for 18 years......and this makes top 5 worst experiences.State theater tomorrow it is.

Great time. Close to town. Lots of options for times. Classic movie theater food, drinks, and snacks. Free parking and plenty of it. Close to bowling, and some places to eat. Matinee prices are good. Look into summer movies too.

Comparatively good prices and pleasant clean environment. The local bar and restaurant has better food and drinks than you can get at any movie theater so, I prefer to stop there first. Now if they just had a J1772 level 2, EV charger within walking distance, that would make this an excellent place to spend a couple of hours while getting ready to get back on the road with a zero emissions vehicle.

Quality? Lol! I didnt even know there were theatres left that didnt have electronic seats. Why am I paying $10.25 for a movie in a theatre that is out of date. Showcase has switched owners 3 times in 2 years and stayed current. This is Ann Arbor. Step it up. What an uncomfortable experience. Should be the new $1 show.

Great prices, very clean, comfortable seats, popcorn is delicious and drink refills are free. Only thing is they do use peanut oil which sucks because when I go there with my friends (a few of them have nut allergies) we cant eat popcorn. Besides that I love this theater! They also have really nice employees which means a lot because it makes you feel good when you talk to them. I love their real deals because you can get popcorn and a drink for a better price. Overall this place is great to go as a family, with some friends, on a date, or even by yourself!

Typical movie theater. Prices, food selection, set up, etc isnt anything special. Its kinda messy everytime I go, but that may just be because its usually during the weekend and they have a hard time keeping up with the maintenance. Parking is definitely inadequate. Lots of movie goers and not enough parking spots to go around. Nice size screens and audio quality.
