Absolutely killer. We did the Merlin room and it was amazing. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Last night I played my second game at Clueless Escape rooms, Castaway (Id previously played Save Tony). Wow!! The uniqueness of the room and puzzles were some of the best Ive played (and Ive played many rooms). The puzzles were well thought out and we worked through them with minimal help, but they werent too easy that we breezed through (thats no fun either.) Being my first game back since Covid I wasnt sure what to expect, but it was the same awesome experience I had in the past. Worth the drive as we live an hour away. I love that they offer kid versions too and I know my kids will have a blast. Looking forward to playing thier other rooms soon.

Cool, challenging experience! Party room nice and comfortable, stuff is super friendly and nice, my daughter had her birthday party in there, she had an awesome time ! The owner is super nice lady ,thanks Kim!

We had my sons birthday party here. The Save Tony room for ages 9-12 provided the perfect amount of challenge. The group was thrilled to escape with three minutes left. After the hour in the puzzle room we had the food and cake part of the party in the conference room (available for an additional charge). The birthday boy had a great day!

After experiencing other escape room facility’s, this one is very nice! This place is really cool and well run. Upon arrival we were greeted with enthusiasm which pumped us up for the experience. We were then taken to a private room for instructions for our themed escape which I thought was really nice.The entire experience was awesome! We loved the Castaway room!!! The room was incredible!I highly recommend this Clueless escape rooms.You will not be disappointed!!!

I have done close to 30 escape rooms across various states and Clueless is by far one of the BEST! The puzzles are incredible and unique, and Kim (game master) was very in tune with our progress and gave perfect hints (not too cryptic but still guiding) each time. She and her husband are wonderful small business owners and are clearly very dedicated to the quality of their games. She also took time to chat with us for 15-20 minutes about other high quality rooms and businesses in MI.

Ive done two rooms at this location. Both of them were very different and a lot of fun. Im looking forward to trying the others. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome time! They were amazing and made the experience really fun. We were first timers and did the castaway room. It was definitely challenging but very fun and we would try the other rooms. Great atmosphere also ! (And I said I would mention the pretty dog there also,hes a lover) Recommended and will be back!

First escape room experience here was a blast! We did the Save Tony room and the hour flew by with lots of fun. Our hostess, Emma, kept a great eye on us and came in clutch with hints when needed! I will definitely be back to try out the other rooms. Highly recommend

I have completed two escape rooms at this location and have been pleased every time! The puzzles are challenging and fun, the staff are wonderful in execution of the game. We will definitely be back for more!

We had a group of 10 friends back for an informal mini-reunion in Ann Arbor, and had a great time with this escape room. Marissa (sp?) was a fantastic host. Fun team event!

I went on an employer-sponsored outing for my first escape room experience ever. We practiced teamwork in the save Tony room. I was highly impressed with the sensitive monitoring of our group and how we were challenged but not frustrated. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the Candy Caper room. It was hard but rhe hostess, Marissa, gave us timely hints and we got through it. Lots of fun!

This place was awesome! I came with my family for a birthday, and we had a lot of fun. We did the “corporate rage” room, and it was really challenging, but not so hard that we felt stuck for too long. It was nice that it wasn’t a zombie theme. The man who helped us was really helpful and nice, and gave us a few extra minutes at the end so we could finish up! I would highly recommend this place to my friends, and would come back for some other rooms.

Took the entire bridal party for a guys against girls competition and we all had a blast! Owner was friendly and made sure everything was ready to go and that everyone enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend!

This was FUN!!! There was 10 of us in Save Tony. You get 1 hr to save him with clues planted around the room. Its not as easy as you would think. FUN! FUN! FUN!

Went with our daughter and a few friends for her 12th birthday. We did the kid room and it was just difficult enough and so fun! We only had 2 minutes left! Would go back again!

Very good escape rooms

Hard to find after dark, need better signage. But Had a great time, went with my family as a group. It was our first experience with a escape room. Challenging and difficult at first but as you go things start to make sense then fall into place. Still takes figuring. Definitely would recommend to others.

It was my first every escape room and it was really fun. The owner is really generous and let us play over our time because we were very close to solving it. The room is challenging if everyone works separately but working together makes everything so much more entertaining. Definitely reccomend clueless

Went with my company for a team building exercise. We played the save tony room. Was difficult, even with 9 people, but so much fun. Im glad we could have so many people play together and still have so much to do. We all learned to work together and everyone had a blast! We made it out with minutes to spare. I cant wait to try other rooms!

Unprofessional. When I called Clueless to confirm a booking for the same evening, the woman who answered the phone first told me that she couldnt find my reservation. There then seemed to be a connection issue, since she asked the same question three times in a row without waiting for/hearing my response. Once she could hear me again, I gave her all my information. She then found my reservation (I didnt receive the confirmation since I had mis-typed my email address), but informed me that she didnt like my tone, and would refund the charge and cancel my reservation (for the same day!). This was quite stressful, since I had been planning the event for 8 people for about a month. Maybe something else was going on in her life, but it is really unprofessional to pick a fight with a customer over the phone (based on a perceived intonation). The owner grudgingly agreed to honor the reservation after I apologized repeatedly and told her how inconvenient it would be to cancel, but made it clear that we were not welcome. After thinking it over, I called back to cancel. I normally dont write negative reviews, but this was a very unpleasant/unnecessarily stressful experience. Ill be going with one of the other local escape rooms in future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The rooms are fun and challenging; worth the price! The owner is also extremely friendly and knowledgeable about other escape rooms in the Metro Detroit Area.

Clean building, kind to us, and accommodated our younger children. Great place for birthday parties too!

The puzzles are a good mix of brain teaser, trial and error, found clue, teamwork, and novelty. I won one room and lost one and it feels like the difficulty is at the sweat spot. Might want to check it out quick though, they said they are moving to a new larger location soon.

This was the 3rd escape room location that we visited. Definitely was great. Nothing was too obvious, it had nice riddles and it wasnt too hard. The 3 of us played with 4 random people and it was a lot of fun. The game master was very nice and gave perfect clues th at didnt give away the puzzles. When they come up with their next room we will definitely go visit with more family. It may not be as fancy as the super high end one in orlando but it definitely was a ton of fun with a great layout.

We have done other rooms and in comparison this one was great. Well organized. Has technology. Great to do with a mixed group where not everyone knows each other.

Came with four people, had a blast even in a smaller group. Friendly staff, and the puzzles were engaging and challenging. We did the corporate rage room.

Arrived eight minutes early and told room starts at booked time whether we are in it or not. Instructed to hurriedly sign waivers when no one else was there before or after us. This would have been very bad if it were our first experience.

We had a blast.
