There are bigger jump parks as far as square footage goes, but you can jump in one place at time and this one offers much more selection! The Ninja Warrior obstacle course is much more rangy as there features that kids can do and some that even the best adults cant do, so its a great way to test yourself and improve over time. Manager came by several times to see if we needed anything. Very attentive, very fun and the monthly passes look like a great value!

Recently took my 3, 4, and 11 year old. Got an all day pass. Definitely worth it. We went in the morning before lunch. It got super busy. (Winter vacation) Staff was great. Came back in the evening. Much less busy. But the staff started mopping and vacuuming at 7 when they close at 8. They stood in the narrow walkway with the cords of the vacuum all across. Made it difficult to take go from the rock wall/bathroom to the main area. Also, made our socks wet with the mopping. It was hard to enjoy our time feeling like we were in the way of them cleaning.

Cool place very busy with winter break coming to a close. We have been and few times and the kids always have fun.

This place is amazing! Fun for all ages. But, they are pretty strict with rules like no flips from trampoline to trampoline.

I took my 5 and 2 yr old here and they had fun. They hadnt been to a trampoline place so they had to learn the written and unwritten rules. They want to do what the bigger kids are doing but cant. Its a free for all unless a kid is blatantly breaking a rule and even then kids can get a way with things if no one is looking. Overall, its fun with little ones when its less busy or probably during their toddler Time.

Place was cool, some staff were cool. Other staff were trying to show off for the girls and were jumping causing other kids to wait that pay to be there. A lot of adults jumping around little kids and that made me kind of uneasy because they could easily land on one of them. Probably wont return here.

This airtime was so much fun for everyone, grandparents, kids, adults but the fun lies within the great friendly experience with Joe and his great crew members, theyre awesome and display the skills to help you learn a few things

My 4 year old son and I have been here many times and we both really enjoy it. You need to purchase their socks the first time which is standard for trampoline parks, but after that, you can reuse your socks and the price is reasonable. There are many different jumping areas and its great exercise especially in the winter months when theres not much to do outdoors. Great for all ages. We will definitely be back!

Nice place by the employees dont seem very engaged, and some of the equipment is starting to show its age. Also, not a fan of the fact that they removed the play structure and replaced it with video games! The whole point of going, is to get them away from the screens!

5 stars for the jumping part but none for the Arcade part. Just been discussing with two more parents that Airtime has become less attractive because of that addition. Not sure I’ll come back.Edit after the owners responded (and not just with a generic blah blah response) and I also increase to 4 stars:Thanks for getting back to me.Of course, the arcade is something kids are asking for! Why did you ask them in the first place? OK. I think we will come back. Just have to emphasize to the kiddos that there’ll be no arcades - and fight that battle then.

This place is great family fun for all ages! From 1.5 yrs old to grandparents, theres so much to do. Its great exercise & the pizzas are actually pretty tasty. The only bits of constructive criticism Im inclined to offer are.. perhaps a few healthier snack/food options. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, plz wait to begin end of the day clean up until after you close. More than once, weve found ourselves trying to avoid tripping over vacuum cords when using the restroom or grabbing a quick drink @ 7pm(ish). Sweep if you must, but save vacuuming til after 8pm.

Kids have so much fun jumping. There are couches for parents to sit, and free WiFi. There is a cafe with food and drinks available but I would prefer healthier choices.

Nice place for the kids to let loose but thise party rates are so over priced then the staff be over worked so you as the parent just take the lead and be your own host and too the parties are too close together in time so your waiting while they clean up just needs to be organized a bit more and if your doing a party deal the price per child should at least be $20 and not $28 so in the end you end up paying for all the socks, bags and accessories, paper products, juice, pizza etc. Had fun coming back but things need to be adjusted and this thing of no refund if you may have to cancel thats real steep.

Great for the whole family! They have an area just for toddlers - which is perfect so that they dont get run over by the big kids. They have snacks, a rock wall, and indoor climbing area for little ones. Great for birthday parties as well!

Great place, however super undercooked pizza (not from Dominos, pizza made at Airtime). Other than the pizza issue, we enjoyed ourselves.

The facility is great!! The staff on the other hand was less than exceptional. I felt like I was interrupting their social hour especially when my daughter and I went to the snack bar to purchase water. I dont usually speak with management but the lack of customer service in this facility needed to be addressed. I would return if customer service improves

Lots of fun trampolining with the family. Had a blast bouncing jumping and having a really good hour with my kids. They loved the gladiator battle area plus the basketball hoops and the ball throwing that happens in one of their areas. Tons of exercise too. Consider wearing shorts

If it wasnt quite so expensive we probably be back many more times each year. with the current setup we plan to show up about once every few months. now if they could just do something about me being sore for 3 days after taking the kids there thatd be great... yea

Great places. Gave it a three star because they no longer have the special time for preschooler(Used to be 9:00-10:00 am during weekend). My daughter used to love it very much! I wish they could consider doing it again. Its just not very safe for the little ones to jump with old kids.

AirTime Trampoline is great! My 18 month old loved to explore and practice her balancing. Would recommend to anyone with kids! Such a great experience. Just wish they had the age 0-6 years old more often!

What a great place. Took my 4 grandkids did the all day thing. The staff were wonderful to the kids made them feel like family. Manager was a very funny nice man. Will make this a monthly thing. Great place , great people.

Out of all the airtimes we have been to (Novi, Westland, Troy) this was the best it has rock climbing, obstacle course, and even tight rope walking.

Had my daughters 9th birthday party at Airtime in Ann Arbor. Staff was absolutely awesome. Our hosts, Samantha and Sidney were attentive to all of our needs. We purchased the VIP Platinum experience and it was totally worth it. Made for such a stress-free party. All we had to do was show up with our birthday cake and they took care of the rest. We were able to relax and enjoy watching the kids. Attractions were awesome!!! Kids loved the Ninja course, rock climbing wall and dodgeball. Ronnie and Lindsey (the managers on duty?) were so friendly and helped create an awesome party!!! Thanks!!!

Great place for kids, little pricey but kids had a blast

Me and my son decided to go on a day when barely nobody was there. He was playing by himself and he asked one of the workers if they could play with them. As the worker started playing with him, one of the female managers came up to the worker and started yelling at him in front of us. My son said he had fun, but also claimed the manager ruined his fun. The management needs to improve.

Its okay is about all I can say. I was a bit underwhelmed, because their staff seemed so stressed. They heavily monitor, which is fine, but seriously, having a whistle and a wrist band check every 30 minutes seems a bit militant. I also wish they had 30 minute time slots as old folks like me cant do 1 hour. I will say their saving grace was their rock climbing wall and their ninja-warrior like course. I know this place is new, so theyll only improve.

Took my school age children on Monday, had a great time, plenty of space for coats and boots, staff was friendly. Returned today with 3 teenagers. Place was packed. Tons of wire racks loaded down with coats and boots, but decided to rent a locker for coats and phones...just in case. Good call as items left inside their boots buried under street socks and gloves (which would not fit into locker) were stolen. Asked manager on duty and was told well nothing was turned in. Asked about security cameras, given the volume of personal property left out on racks by families. There are none near the lockers or the open shelves offered to store your things. Only ones visible are those aimed at their cash drawers and the exit. Disappointed in the laissez-faire attitude of the workers/management. Kids tried to make good decisions, and it didnt work in their favor. Glad no one stole the shoes and boots. Will not be returning until they finish going through their growing pains, and we have less valuables to leave at risk.

This was the worst airtime I’ve been to. I usually take my kids to the Airtime in Westland and that one is great. Plenty of space and an area for the little ones. This Airtime in Ann Arbor sucks and the manager is not a likable person and tried to over charge me for the all day price because I bought my tickets from Groupon. He finally gave me a discount after I talked him down. They do not have an area for smaller kids. Even my older kids thought this one was horrible to jump in. I will never return to this one.

The place itself was quite fun but I think the staff needs a review on the rules and confidence in enforcing them. Kids were running everywhere ( no running rule), cutting in line and running over the trampoline squares. I had to remind my 2 older children to watch all around them for safety because at many times the majority of the staff were not. I want a place like this to work here, but the rules need to be enforced for everyone’s safety.

This was my first time here me and my children had a blast at this place, I absolutely say that I love this place.

Great place to hold a birthday party.

Wore SkyZone Socks, which are the exact same thing but a different color, and they would not let me jump. Also, there were too many people and it was not worth the 5 minute wait to get into doge-ball or the 2 minute wait to jump once in the mosh pit. Also, the music was mostly bad (a 1-2 good songs an hour) and also was way too loud

The music is too loud. They have large speakers concentrated in one area blasting very loud music trying to fill the entire space with sound. The closer you are jumping to these speakers the more annoying they are. Instead they could have small speakers throughout. Otherwise a good place.

5 years and under are $5 daily for open jump. I was not informed this when I took my little ones. I over paid for my 4 year old. Upon explaining the rules I feel the staff should tell you the special pricing for young kids. I also vouldnt help but notice that the staff only checks certain kids wristbands to see if thier times expire. Its very offensive when a staff member checks your child wristband but not the child behind or in front of. Also the staff all look depressed or like they dont want to be at work.

This place has a lot to do really fun for my boys. I only gave it 4 stars because I’m sitting here watching all the kids run around and playing,and the bigger kids cutting in front of the smaller kids the staff all 4 of them from what I’m looking at are talking...trying to unravel a vacuum cord. Don’t know how many that really takes but I’m guessing four! Staff needs to tighten up and man down their station. Dodgeball not monitored.... there’s 1 year olds and 13 year olds all at once...

Would have given it 4-5 stars but the music is ridiculously, unnecessarily loud. Can’t hear instruction over the PA system and the kids can’t hear directions from the staff. It’s so loud it’s diffucult to communicate with the front desk, we had to write things down in order to communicate over the music.
