Beautiful hike through orchards and woods. Followed Bay Circuit Trail to a Beaver Wetland Viewing platform. Saw a muskrat, Canada geese and mallards. Too much algae strangling the pond, and lots of downed trees from a previous storm. The trail had already been cleared.

Best view of Boston in the merrimack valley. Several trails lead up hill through meadows and woods to the fire tower and solstice stones. Well marked trails including a boardwalk through a bog
