New management has made the tenants that have lived there for years they have made them come out of there comfort zone. They change rules on a daily and they are petty and obsered.They say family community but there are more problems than before. APD IS OUT HERE EVERYDAY.

Great community to live! Family friendly community. They are under new management and Michelle and Rachel are really cleaning up the community. It looks great keep up the good work!

Rustic Manor Manufactured Home Community is now under new management and they are doing an amazing job with repairs and restoring the homes. The place is looking great!!!

Rachel is a great new manager for Rustic Manor! If youve been there in years past and did not like what you saw, you need to see how its turned around!

Staff was really nice. Lots of improvements are being done and it looks really good.

Under new management and are very helpful, courteous, and are interested in fixing a problem. Great starter home for anyone.

Nice staff and is a really nice trainer park and not any crime clean

Office staff is professional and helpful.The maintenance staff is prompt on repairs.

The trailers they pulled in here are junk and the prices arent worth it. The ones they have rented out still arent fixed. The rent is too high for these junkie trailers.

Rustic has turned around a lot in the 2 years the new manager has been in the office. Ask anyone ! love how quiet it is out here and the awesome staff!

Great community to rent or own your home!

Rent is to high. Maintenance doesnt mow and weed eat like should be done. Most of the tenants that live there are on a fixed income and management raises the lot rent every year and now tenants have to pay their own trash to be picked up. I know alot of tenants that struggle every month

Management is doing great about cleaning up the park. There is more work to do. I like the progress

Run down needs allot of TLC and the prices for the mobile home and lot rent in that neighborhood is outrageous
