Very historical house in Anaheim. Please visit it if you ever get the chance to learn about the history of Anaheim and our beautiful city. ️They also have a small park on the side where the tree is.

Fun little spot in the middle of Anaheim. Had no idea this place existed until I started looking for unique spots in the OC. And...I found this one. Thinking of making this a location on a new Race/LA version for the OC.

I remember going there for a field trip in elementary . Both houses were really interesting but something I cant forget is of the painting in the big house how its eyes would follow me wherever I would go. Ever since that day Ive been wanting to go back but I had forgotten where it was located. I am really excited to go and visit.

Step back in time to 1857. This is the oldest wood structure in Orange County. Also on the park property is the Woelke-Stoffel house, and a gigantic Morton Bay fig tree from the 1870s.

One of the few bits of Anaheims interesting German history that is left. It is well preserved and well maintained, with interesting informational placards, etc. Unfortunately it is only open about once a month for tours, so if you actually want to go inside the house youll have to check to see if and when they are open. One of the prettiest trees in Anaheim sits on the property, a huge fig tree that was apparently the inspiration for Disneys Swiss Family Robinson tree house. Worth a quick stop if youre visiting and fed up with the endless strip malls and concrete of this part of OC. Its like a little oasis.

Its the oldest wood frame house in Orange County. Theres also a gigantic tree on the property that was planted by the German colonists.

Quaint. A good representation of Anaheim during its earliest days. There is not much to do, the whole site can be walked and consumed in the matter of an hour. However, the espically huge fig tree is a must for the kids! The site was charming, that tree was the selling point!
