This is one of my favourite rides at Disneyland, and its the first one I went on when I first went to Disneyland with my family. And Im so happy about that! Its such an amazing ride with spectacular detail and enchanting music, and you truly feel like you are in the world of Peter Pan. Arrive early because the lineup can get really long for this ride! But I definitely recommend it!

Wow. This is the ride you must do when at Disneyland. It’s amazing. The lines are long, it can get up to an hour or more but so worth it. Your flying over London! It’s unbelievably realistic and fun. The boat (car) you take on this ride is suspended over your head and it’s effortless. Can’t recommend this enough. You will not be disappointed.Pro Tip: Lines are shorter after the 9:30pm fireworks.

I LOVE this ride! Peter Pans Flight is a wonderful yet simple ride at Disneyland. Its located in the Fantasyland section of the park. I couldnt put my finger at first on WHAT it is that makes this ride so great and finally realized that its the childlike whimsy that Disney captures perfectly here. You really use your imagination as you take a night flight along with Peter over London. Magical in reminding us theres still a child somewhere in all of us.

Ok heres the deal with Peter Pan - its overrated in CA. If you ever do this ride, do it in FL where the queue line is amazing. Waiting more than a half hour for this is pointless. Sure, feeling like youre flying over neverland is a great feeling, but its shorter and worse in CA.

One of my absolutely favorite rides! I love everything about this ride except the idiots who use flash photography on the ride. PUT YOUR PHONES AND CAMERAS AWAY AND JUST ENJOY THE RIDE.!!!! This is a must experience for me on every magic kingdom visit. I love Peter Pan!!! Off to never land!!!!

Dont bother. The ride has been demolished and replaced with a dumbed down version that lacks the intricate aerial view of the nighttime London cityscape. No child is going to be fooled by a carpet and some glow-in-the-dark lines. Disneys lack of respect for its own history is appalling. Also, the ride has been sped up to a breakneck speed in the hope that nobody would notice. Such a tragedy that we cant share this amazing ride with our children - because its gone!

-- NO Fastpass available for this ride. --Still The Most Beautiful ride in all Disney parks imho, though so less detailed than the original version that it could seem disrespectful to Walt Disney. So very simple, in terms of technology, but so very effective in terms of creating magic and conveying a most poetical, dreamy atmosphere. How it plays with perspectives and relative sizes and distances and sways to curves and differebr heights to let one forget the mechanical aspects of the ride and induce the coming true of ones dream of flying.Love the fosforescence of colors, and still like the night view of London -- though it has been simplified from the exquisite original version with buildings to a much simpler lighted carpet.Pitty they have increased the rides speed so very much to shorten the queue times (that are still the longest in Fantasyland) that it makes the 2 minutes ride actually frustrating.

Very cute, but VERY short. Only around 90 Seconds long. Expect LONG waits and there is NO Fast Pass...Unlike its Walt Disney World counterpart, this one has been updated with new and improved illusions, special effects, and audio-animatronics.Opening Day (July, 1955) Attraction. While this ride is over 60 Years old, the “Flight Over London” Scene is still epic & magically jaw-dropping to this day...Not wheelchair accessible.Definitely better than the Walt Disney World version. Cute & historic, but not worth waiting in line for over 30 Minutes though...

, this is an absolute Jewel of a ride at Disneyland. Also at Disney World in Florida. You get to fly over London in your own little contraption which shows you the city at night. Also you get to see Peter Pan himself fighting a pirate with a sword during the ride. It is really exciting. I have been coming to Disney Parks since 1968 and have enjoyed this ride thoroughly.

I would definitely recommend getting a fast pass for this ride or get on it first, especially if you have young children! It had the slowest moving line of the day at Disney World in Florida. If the line moved faster or had a kids play area, then it would have definitely been 4 stars. The actual ride is very cool!

Usually a 40+ minute wait for a 90-second ride, if it is even that long. The theme is cool and sailing through the air on a pirate ship is the allure. But many of the show scenes are weak. Add the long queue time with short ride duration, this is a pass. If the line was 10 minutes tops, I would change this to a 3.5 star.

This is a great ride and Im sure my kids would have loved it, but it is difficult to wait 2 hours on a slow day for a 30 second ride. Please could a fast pass be made for this ride. Unless we get there first thing and walk fast over there we will almost always skip this ride.

By majority votes the Wifey needed the whole disney land experience... All i thought was we should had stop by the liquor store at Ball St. next to the honda civic center...

Honestly, not worth the wait. An advertised 60 minute wait turned into 90+ minutes. We literally sat down in the queue for minutes at a time, moved forward 2 feet and sat down again.... As far as nostalgia is concerned, its pretty cool, the premise of the ride is great, but in all honesty its very boring for anyone over the age of 10. The animatronics werent working correctly so it was like looking at statues of the characters. Ride lasts 3 minutes tops. Bottom line, unless you have a fast pass, avoid it. You can do much more with your time. The new interactive queue was well designed as well... but just far too long a wait.

I think the only thing you should know is that Peter Pan is in the top three busiest rides in Disney (SO YES THIS MEANS YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT THREE HOURS ALMOST ANYTIME OF DAY FOR THIS RIDE.) Unless you come to the park exactly when it opens. When the park opens surprisingly almost no one is present and you can get through the line in 15 minutes. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT LINES IN THIS RIDE CAN GO FROM A WAITING TIME OF 15 MINUTES TO 180 MINUTES EXTREMELY FAST. So get there right when the park open or even earlier.!!!P.SI am not exaggerating EVERYBODY WANTS TO RIDE THIS ATTRACTION.The lines are crazy hot and I wont recommend covering this unless you get there early or have a fastpass.

Line is always long no matter how slow the park is. I dont know why this attraction above all others is so beloved. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy it immensely! However Id rather wait 35 minutes for a Dole Whip. The figurines on this ride are spectacular though and the story actually tracks very well and doesnt have an awkward ending. I can see why its popular, but not worth the long line.

The most popular Fantasyland dark ride. Peter Pan offers a unique experience as the ride vehicles are suspended from the track above giving the impression of flying. Classic style dark ride with several amusing scenes, but only lasts a couple minutes. Peter Pan attracts a crowd right at opening and stays lined up all day.

People LOVE this ride and as such there is always huge wait for it. Its possibly the longest line Fantasyland. The ride remodeled a couple years back adding new effects and subtly changing things for the better. My personal opinion is that its a cute ride, though not so cute to be worth more than a half hour wait (and a wait that short is very rare).

Favorite ride at Disneyland! It is a lot longer of a wait now in days to go for your fly around London and to Neverland. Maybe Disneyland can do something about this? But if you have never gone on this ride it’s worth seeing! It’s not like any other ride at Disneyland! Must go to this ride even tho there is a long wait. If it is a long wait download a fun app to entertain you and your group and can make the wait seem less boring, or go grab a Disneyland snack to bring to the line to pass the time away lol.

Literally the most popular ride in the park. It is always a minimum of 45 minutes unless the park just opened, or there is a down pour going on. If you want to cut the wait, get to the park before it opens, then wait at the rope to go to Fantasyland, you will be a large group heading that way and may still have to wait 10 minutes or more, but not 45 to an hour.

A Disneyland original, Peter Pans Flight is not to be missed.Riders soar above London on their way to Neverland. Then they will fly over scenes from the movie including Tiger Lilys rescue and the mermaid lagoon. Watch as Peter battles Captain Hook negotiate flying home. The ride is short, but due to its immense popularity, the lines can be long. Choose this when spirits are high or when the sun is behind the clouds...you will be standing for a while. Once you finish the ride youll want to ride again!Ask the Cast Member loading you if they can tell you where the rides Hidden Mickey is located.

DONT DO IT! We waited 50 minutes in line for this ride. What a complete waste of time. I cant believe some of the good reviews. People must be drinking too much Disney cool aid. This may actually be one of the worst 3 rides in Disneyland (up there with Pinnochio and Snow White) and thats not considering the fact the wait times are almost always over 45 minutes. I remember the Peter Pan ride at Disney World being much better than this. And this was supposedly refurbished recently! The ride is maybe 3 minutes tops and has absolutely nothing to offer. The first room is dark and you are looking down at some small light bulbs as if you are flying over London. The effects are terrible, so substandard, very little detail. Whoever designed this ride should be fired. I told my son, dont worry it will get better... It didnt! Its just plain bad, and doesnt come close to meeting the Disney standards we expect when we pay $1000+ to go to Disney. My 10 year old son said it was probably the worst ride we went on at Disney. The only reason we waited 50 minutes is because it was one of the few rides we hadnt had a chance to do in our two day visit, and we assumed with the huge lines it had to be good.To be honest Id rather wait in line for 60 minutes to go on Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, or Radiator Springs racers than wait 5 minutes for this ride. This ride has NO FastPass which is also frustrating. Theres no way thousands of people each day should have to wait 45+ minutes in the hot CA sun for this. I plan to send my comments to Disneyland, thats how disappointing the Peter Pan ride was. Youll walk away from the ride feeling like your were robbed. Take my advice, DO NOT waste your time. There are so many better rides at Disney that are worth waiting in line for, this is not one of them.
