We were really impressed with Altus Fine Art. Exceptional customer service with the integrity of a good, old-fashioned small family business. Seriously, I called in and they said, Oh yea, youre that person that ordered from Ontario a month ago. I remember you. By phone and email, they were very personable and helpful. We had an item shipped up to Canada and our order ran into some issues with customs at the border. Altus couldve easily said Sorry, thats an issue with customs. Its outside of our control. We cant do anything about it. But instead, they put in a lot of extra time to solve the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure all of the money & payments came out in our favor. Really impressive. I wish all businesses were like this one.

Stopped by yesterday to see what Altus is all about .Glad they also do retail sales! Got Just what I was looking for .Really impressed , super nice people , seemed to go out of their way to meet customer needs .Looking forward to going there more and have them do some work for me .

Wonderful service. Order updates and account info on their website very helpful.I got an amazing Black Friday deal only to see the same piece in a higher quality go on sale for Christmas a few days later. They let me cancel/refund my initial purchase and get the nicer print and frame of the art piece and still had it ready before Christmas. Awesome work guys.

An outstanding company! I have been doing business with Altus for over twelve years and have always found them to be the highest in integrity and customer service. I do not know how anyone could find them otherwise. An anonymous accusation of dishonesty sounds like an unscrupulous competitor to me.
