Absolutely a lovely kid friendly fun atmosphered pizzeria and arcade restaurant! Sadly due to covid they have changed the way they operate sinigficly which means the arade is limited to so few people at a time and the pizza buffet has became a syran wrap covered pizza buffet displays were you can only point at what pizza you want from afar and they will bring it to your table.

Wanted to give a kuddos to Hussian at the Amarillo location. Not only was he extremely kind and helpful, but he made my niece feel special on her birthday while not leaving out my daughter too. His friendly attitude went above and beyond for our visit. The food was also fresh and delicious. Clean environment and overall we had a blast. Will definitely be going again.

Establishment was clean. There is a pizza bar, pasta buffet, salad bar and a dessert area. Any type of pizza can be made if its not already on the line. There is a theatre with the Disney Chanel streaming, a decent sized arcade, and even a sports center streaming live sports games.For this visit, we sat in the Fun Flix seating so due to lighting issues was not able to get pictures of my actual meal. The pasta was delicious. The salad bar was amazing with many options. The pizza was okay. We will most definitely return soon. The price is a little on the higher end for a family of 5, but well worth the money if celebrating something. There is also a party room available for birthdays.

In the 70s/80s,Mr. Gattis used to have exelent pizza. The price was a bit high but worth it. Then the economy crashed and they changed their business model to cheap pizza for kids.

We had a large send off party. The manager put us into a private room so we could party. He sure didnt have too. We will be back thanks to the managers hospitality.

We just moved to Amarillo and I am looking for places to take my kids and we were told about Gattis and its very similar to our Johns Incredible Pizza Company in CA. Their buffet mostly consists of pizza, pasta, salad and desserts. Of course my boys love it here because of the arcade.

The Cleanest I have ever seen this place!!! The Service was Spectacular Akasha went above and beyond always making sure we had new cups for refills. David and Brian showed excellent leadership by jumping in and working right along side the other employees. Samantha served us our food and made us feel so welcomed. By far the best place I have been to during these Uncertain times. The Gattis team knocked it out of the park tonight Home Run Staff!!!!!!

Management was awesome, kept things running well. I just wish there were more pizzas when we were there.

Fresh pizza and excellent service. Plenty of distance between tables during this difficult times. They served each customer according to what they requested. Customers cannot just serve themselves which is a great idea for the buffet. Everything was very clean and had employees consistently cleaning.

Today was my first trip since Corona virus began. They have the buffet open but they serve you. Games are also operating with prize tickets being given as credits on a card instead of physical tickets. The staff were marvelous and helpful and I wish this business great success.

Paid for a buffet and there were only 3 pizzas. Eggs for the salad were frozen a rubbery. My kids burned through the play card in 15 minutes. We literally left to go to chuckee cheese. Manager didRefund our adult buffet cost ( someone also got a refund right before us, it was bad). But if you want to avoid all the unnecessary hassle just don’t come here.

Place is great, buffets for parents and games for kids. Games are a little expensive to play. But my kids love coming here. Its just too expensive to come for pizzas and salads each month.

Mr Gattis has come a long way from when I was a kid, but the spirit remains the same. Quality affordable food and fun. The pizza buffet is good, and of course you can choose any type of pizza, as well as visit their large salad bar. The game room has had some huge improvements lately, by upgrading from the age-old tokens to a debit card style of coin and ticket bank, which I thought was pretty awesome (not to mention much more sanitary, and reduces waste and space). Also, they have added a small area for bumper cars, which was pretty awesome. All in all, really cool.

Food is ok, the game area has a lot of selection... But the ticket exchange should be taken down or made more reasonable for small children. After spending x amount of money, the kids dont have enough points to get anything worthwhile, youre better off getting the kids something from Dollar tree.

I’ve only came here a few times for my friends birthday parties years ago. Every time I came it was a good experience. Haven’t been here in a few years but I know it’s old and I know it needs some miner upgrades.Hopefully, if I come back anytime soon I would like to see at least 1 or 2 upgrades.

This used to be a great restaurant. Not anymore. The pizza and pasta were cold and they didnt put out anymore pizza while we were there. There was only one other family eating there then. It used to be packed. I guess word got out that they werent any good anymore. We didnt get the memo.

Always my favorite! Takes me back to a much simpler time, this was the first place I ever worked at, I had started when it was at 34th and Western. They taught me a lot!

The food isnt the same it has no taste and the food was cold the desserts were hard the brownies and cookies and the edges of cinnamon sticks and cinnamon rolls were hard. I didnt like it

Ordered an Large Pan Meat Market Pizza/Meat Lovers. I want to say whomever answered the phone did a wonderful job, she repeated my order correctly. Not sure what happened between her repeating the order & the pizza I received. I asked for pan pizza and was provided original crust and my pizza was over cooked and thus many of the slices had burnt edges. I was unable to express my concerns/dissatisfaction with my order due to my son sleeping in the car so I felt this might be the second best way for my concerns to be expressed and hopefully acknowledged.

Everything was going good. Clean, pizza was out at a timely manner my kids were enjoying themselves.I witnessed a employee leaving the bathroom without washing their hands and when I approached a manager to let them know he just laughed and blew it off.

Cold pizza had no flavor. Covid-19 protocol has seriously changed their food.

It was fun the kids had lots of fun ordered the pizza I wanted and the salad bar had so many great items love that....

Even when it is super crazy busy like today, you dont have to wait for the food and the kids always enjoy it!

Kind of decent pizza but fun games, oddly my child got the flu after playing the jump rope game. Multiple games shut down, overall, i would not go. The hygiene of this place is mediocre but you can make fun memories at gattis. I give it 2 stars.

Very good buffet. Lots of pizza, great salad & fruit bar, deserts like cakes, jello, pudding, ice cream, and very good cinnamon buns! Overall very good selection and the price is reasonable. Always enjoy going here.....and if you have kids there is plenty to keep them busy.

They have a huge salad bar, several options at a pasta bar and several options at their dessert bar. There are 7-9 pizzas available all the time or they will quickly make a pizza you want. Its put out on the line and announced over the speaker system, so you have to listen well or your pizza might be dished up by others customers. The dining area is clean. I didnt visit the arcade.

Food is decent, the salad bar is the best. The roof was leaking in the theater room. I was worried about it leaking onto our food. Games are good and you get a good value for your money. Just dont sit in the theater room.

I have to say i dont believe they care about having return customers. The desserts were really old. All i wanted was a brownie the ones out was in an old hard blob. Then when asked about when would be fresh they said they dont until its all gone?! We were there for 2.5 hours and still never got new ones out :( thats abit concerning i think they can make a smaller portion more often so that doesnt happen all of the desserts especially cinnoman rolls were hard. We are a family of 5 and wont be back im very sorry it was not worth it.

We go for the salad and order a supreme pizza because they never put supreme pizza out. Usually out of cheesy bread and then it goes fast when it is finally put out. If its busy they dont or cant get the pizzas out fast enough. People just stand there in line waiting to get a slice or two. Go during off hours to avoid the crowds. If you see school busses parked outside...go somewhere else to eat.

Let be real. It good pizza. But most parents are not going for the pizza. The salad bar is pretty darn good. But parents want something for their kids to do at a minimal cost. The GAMING ROOM IS THE ATTRACTION. THE PARTY ROOMS ARE THE ATTRACTION. The place is that place you can take your kid or kids and let them burn some energy. But cheap this is not, games cost parties cost. No clean up on your part but are your kids still happy when you did not have enough money from jump and you pulled them away from the Gattis game room pledging please just a few more minutes, just a few more games or even five more dollars for tokes. So parents I have been there so many time. You tried Thats all that counts or is it really. REALLY

Pizza tasted like cardboard, games were overpriced, prizes were terrible compared to other similar places, fun flix section was just Disney channel, all around not impressed. It was just another gimmicky eating place to attract families to spend their money.

Probably from something being left out too long, theres at least 100 people passing by the food in a short amount of time so eating here could be a risk..

Pizza has always been bomb. However, the arcade area needs more fixing up to do. Yes theres new games, but over half are broken. Love the idea of the card instead of coins now though

The pizza was hot and fresh. I had a couple abnormal pizzas that I asked them to make and they had absolutely no issue filling my need for a macaroni Canadian bacon hamburger and sausage pizza. It was the best. The kids also had a blast and enjoyed their food.

Waited for my order for almost an hour just for them to cancel it with no explanation, management must be bad enough that I’m glad my order was canceled. Maybe try cicis pizza at least they can carry out simple tasks and actually tell you if it can’t be done.

Great place for kids, we had a blast and the food was very good! The staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing wrong was how little the staff could step in when older kids bully and steal tokens from younger kids. It didnt happen to my child but I saw it happening to other children

This used to be a pretty good place to catch a bite and have some fun. Recently though the food quality has really gone down, every place has bad days but this is the 4th bad visit in a row and the last time Ill be here. Fun fact this is the first place Ive ever eaten that I actually spit food back out like a toddler.
