Chucky cheese took all the Fun !!out ofthe chucky cheese experience!!! By doing away with the tickets and tokens.. Thats what i remember most when i was a kid!! And now my kid not gonna get to experience that anymore.... The excitement of having a handful of tickets and tokens.. Please bring that back please!!! Chuck e cheese!!

The tables were wobally. Both of the fountain machines had almost half of all flavors out of order, basically the only thing suitable to drink was Pepsi. The pizza was same quality as I remember when I was a kid dry flat and lacking flavor. The game selection is the same since I was here last and that was years ago. Overall if your a 5 year old like my son, and only car about winning as many tickets as possible then you would love it her.

Didn’t have to order food to play. Employee was very nice. Establishment was being cleaned the entire time we were there. She was cleaning off games as we were playing. Got a ton of play time for $40. Definitely a good deal! Kids had a really good time. Would definitely recommend! Will go back next time we are in town. We visited 8-17-20.

First of all, we have been to chuck e chz for 10yrs worth of bday parties... this is first review I have left because it had been fine up until this point. Went in today and staff was very nice, until they got my $200 in the register, then changed for the worse very quickly! Once we had paid and we went to sit down we were informed that our party could not sit together. Then, went to get a drink and they had out of order signs on every drink but Gatorade and unsweetened tea... yes out of order sign on the sweet tea as well.... they could make unsweet but not sweet... the employees are using the corona virus as an excuse to be lazy. The restaurant was EXTREMELY dirty. No soap in mens bathroom yet an employee followed us around bugging about masks for safety when i informed the manager she told me that it was not her job. It was unbelievably unprofessional and just a money grab. I overheard an employee tell another that if they find an excuse to kick everyone out they could go home early. Like i said, we have been in probably 20 to 30 times and have NEVER had an experience like this. In 36 years of life I have never been treated like I was in chuck e cheese today! Its a bunch of kids as employees that would rather be rude and make you leave then do their jobs! The managers name was Lillyth, and she needs to be fired... no excuse to behave and allow employees to act like they were.

Social distancing didnt ruin our fun

We had fun. It sucks that some of the games are out of service for social distancing. It makes the selection pretty limited. They cant control that though.

Big shout out to the staff at this location. With Covid going on it must make daily tasks difficult. However, today we had a small birthday celebration and the staff did an amazing job. Thank you!

Usually I dont like going to these types of places because they usually arent kept very clean, but this was not the case here. All the tables and gaming areas were clean and free of debris. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The value of the kids package was great. Had a very enjoyable experience.

It has been YEARS since we went to Chuck E Cheese. Theyve made some awesome changes tho! Its much more affordable now and the Amarillo location had fun games and rides for all ages. With the new play time cards, you can purchase time instead of coins! That means your kids can play as many games as possible in the allotted time frame. My 4 kids played for an hour and a half for $25, with the coupon! Definitely worth it! Be sure to check for promotions before going or ask at the counter if they have any. And for anyone wondering... you dont have to eat to play!

Had my daughters birthday here like I have for the last 3 years. We bought the big birthday package and had our own table and party coordinator. They were prompt, friendly, and helpful giving us the schedule for the party and helping us coordinate it. We ordered several pizzas and they were all great, they came out hot, fresh, and with the requested toppings. The manager stopped by as well and I must have met almost all the staff while I was here, everyone was smiling, friendly, and polite.Ive never bad a bad experience here but I can say this was far and away the best time Ive had. Well be back next year and well definitely try to make it a regular occurrence outside of special occasions. This is how you earn business and regular customers, thanks for making her birthday great!

Pizza was good but took a very long time to serve us. Eating the the middle.of an arcade is okay....but be prepared. Prices for food seem pretty high for this type of place. Mr Gattis pizza and arcade is a much better choice.

Absolutely ridiculous and dirty this place was beyond disgusting. Myself and a few other PAYING guest decided to start to clean on our own because no one was doing it. While I was cleaning 4 different people asked me to fix games, to which I had to tell them I didnt work there. Definitely the first definitely the last.

I went there on December the 15th for my great granddaughter 4th birthday party. It is a good place to have a childs party, but its not for me. We were moved by the so-called manager, from one side to another. His excuse was that we hadnt reserve the table where we were seated. He was extremely rude. He had a bad attitude for someone that works with the public...

Went to my Nephews birthday today here. For Kids I think it is great and staff helps families with more shy children by letting the adult stand in the ticket blaster with the kid. Adult is not allowed to grab tickets but it makes the kids feel better about going in. For ADULTS, if you cant handle super LOUD music...bring earplugs. But like I said, great place for the kiddos.

Great place to take your kids. We took our kiddo there for his 7th birthday. We all had a great time with each other. We also enjoyed the facility very much. Also the pizza was rather surprisingly good for a restaurant not known for their food.

Not worth the cost

The facility is clean, the games are fun, the pizza is good, and the employees are kind and helpful. We like the time increments vs. points for the new card system. Our kids have gotten pretty good at playing hard, pausing the time on their cards to eat, then playing hard some more. We have a blast every time we go! :)

I was pleasantly surprised. Salad bar was great, pizza was really good and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job on the my 5 year old grandsons party!

We usually have a good time here but tonight was the worst I have ever had and we will never go back . The manager on Duty and the girl working the check in we’re very unfriendly and very rude . I understand that it is company policy all of a sudden not to bring outside drinks in there but there was another couple with outside drinks that had about a two-year-old kid and they let her keep her outside cup and they made me throw mine away and the excuse they used was that it was formula but even the couple that had the outside cup told me it was not formula... The only helpful person and polite person there that I spoke to was angelica she was amazing... weve had many bday parties here and have spent lots of money here but i wont go back

My son absolutely loves Chuck E. Cheese. Even though this may not be the most updated one. The staff is really awesome, and kind. Their pizza has definitely improved !

My daughter had a blast

Stopped in to give our nearly 2 year old time to play and stretch his legs after being in the car a lot. Being that we showed up just after opening on a rainy, Wednesday afternoon, we had the place to ourselves more or less. Sometimes that can make for an awkward experience but Raegan made us feel very welcome and was so sweet to our son. She pointed out different rides our son might like and even made sure to show us the one that would take our picture. Im sure when its busy you dont always get to give such attention to everyone but it was really appreciated. Shes an asset to your team and I hope you give her kudos! I also was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. It was my son and husbands first time in a Chuck E. Cheeses and it was a great experience for all of us.

The food was awful for costing as much as it did! Burned Italian sub, chicken nuggets were terrible and hardly anything on the salad bar for $10 endless salad

So they have changed you get cards instead of tokens which felt like a total ripoff. My six year old said it didnt last long all the kids said they didnt get to play as long it is a joke. They have less stuff for the kids to do for way more money. And lets not mention the sad joke of toys to choose from now for a ridiculous amount of tickets!! We are talking gum ball .25 cent machine toys for 200 tickets...sad! Complete RIP OFF! My daughter didnt even want to choose anything cuz they sucked I had to make her so we could get something out of all the money we spent. I will never ever go back there again! Ever. Also salad bar for $7.99 had rotten tomatoes n was pretty nasty. Also the the slide and the crawling tubes for smaller children, gone, so the only thing that was free, besides the bathrooms (which are dirty) they got rid of. Joke!! Greedy, greedy

Cleaner than most in the chain. Some of the games didnt work but the staff was quick to remedy. The animatronics still work for parties. Bathroom was kept up as well.

I have come to the place for many years.and it was great. I brought my nieces here all the time, this last time fail to meet to what I expected from them. The tables were dirty as where the restrooms. The pizza I ordered was burned and bad, barly any cheese or topping on it, also had big air pockets in it that was just bad. They took OUT the jungle gym system they had for the kids to play on. My nieces loved it and would spend hours on it. I guess this family businesses cares more about parents buying tokens for the kids to play the video games instead of just letting them have quality time at a affordable rate. Over priced for crap food and service, mostly teenagers working who know next to nothing. This place used to be even better when I was a kid. It had it games, but it had a giant jungle gym system with a ball pit. I have many found memories from there with my siblings. Now i want to share those with my nieces and nephews. Sadly this place has went down hill for years so I can not make those memories with them here. Do not waste your money, go to another place.

Wow i am so sad! Here is a copy of what i sent their corporate today!We had a group of 10 people. We paid for 7 buffet meals and wings then an order of brownies totaling $75.13 plus the $30 in points we bought. Now when we got to the buffet there was bagged/ wilted salad and ONE pizza. We were told we will have more pizzas out in just a few minutes. What kind would you prefer? ok... We asked for pepperoni and hamburger pizzas. After 30 minutes there were 2 pizzas brought out. One pepperoni and one cheese. Really? 7 people in our group alone plus other patrons and you bring out two large pizzas for a buffet?! The pizza was greasy and under cooked. We remained there for over two hours and there were no more pizzas brought out at all! Also we wanted bone in wings and were advised you were OUT so we had to settle for the overpriced and soggy chicken nuggets. When management was approached the response was filled with excuses and still no action accept for the 100 points we were given to compensate for the hungry group of people and over $100 dollars we spent! I am a Veteran and live off of a very small pension and my daughter is a single mother who works full time and goes to school so we had to save up to bring my 3 year old grandson to celebrate his birthday at your business. It is a shame when I am having to apologize to my family for the horrid food and lack of care and concern from YOUR staff (excluding the TWO sweet young ladies working the door and front counter)! I wont even go into the over priced games that give hardly any tickets and the crappy toys you can trade them for when you cash them in. It truly hurts my heart what has happened to the Chuck E Cheese that we used to love so much! I will definitely not be back unless there is a major over haul of that facility! I will however be spreading my story about our experience today and the response (if any) to our communication to/ with you.Regards, Sondra Ramos

Really like the new pay by the time play card. Got the 15$ for 45 mins and for 2 extra dollars got it upgraded to 57 mins. Won a whole bunch of tickets. Alot better then every game for one quarter and 3 tickets max comes out.

It was a sorry experience, couldnt order a pizza for 45 min. The salad bar was old and stale. Before we could finish eating,a girl came by our table and started vacuming and raising dust. The service was appalling and sloppy.

The cost is INSANE $19.00 for the SMALL pizza and 2 kids size drink. This place will go out of business in no time with the other two places in town now.

Every time we come here, we have a blast. The games are good quality, but some dont pay out many tickets. Great customer service. The pizza is WAY better than I ever expected, even better than a few national pizza chains, but a bit more expensive. Prizes, however, are very expensive. You need to earn 1000 tickets to get any prize of value. Just a small, plastic bug costs 100 tickets.

We visited Chuck E. CHEESE for my sons school fundraiser. We had a blast and the puizza was actually ok. I would have ordered salad from the salad bar but it wasnt set up. Im diabetic and would have liked a diet soda but they dont have diet soda on tap. I had to settle for unsweet tea. Yuck! It was clean! Which makes me so happy!
