I was willing to pay them up to two hundred dollars to find a way to put a nylon canvas print in the frame I provided. They flat out refused. I went home stuck it to a piece of cardboard that they provided and simply love it. Didnt want my business. Cashiers were very nice.

Found a nice small self healing cutting mat. One of the only places I could find one in town! Glad i didnt have to order it.

The cashier at the front end was friendly, but the manager she needed to come up to help her out as incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. This was my first time coming back to Michaels since I moved back to Amarillo, but I think Ill keep my distance if thats how its become since I left. All management there used to be such sweet and helpful people, this one just seemed to hate her job and be very bothered by the fact that her assistance was needed.

I love this Michael’s!!! So clean lots & lots of product. I found all I needed and then some. I was so excited about the 70% off frames I dragged my daughter in law back the next day!!! The workers are sooo nice. A lady was stranded in restroom and I let them know and boom they went right away to help her.

Ive been coming here for YEARS because of their great art supply. I just got into framing all of my artwork, prints, and photos. And the nicest young man worked in the framing department, was so very helpful, and helped me with discounts and creating a true vision of what the finished frame was going to look like. He was amazing and so friendly, but we went up there recently and found out from an employee that he had to quit? The lady said that he wasnt given a manager position and left, but thats crazy! My wife and I assumed he was already the manager because he did everything! Even worse, the woman at the framing desk took forever and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Our frame order was late, it looked poor quality, and we werent happy. Guess well take our business elsewhere because the framing department is a joke now. Michaels must not care for good employees.

Store was clean and organized. When the lines were long they added another cashier- my only complaint is the lack of masks or even face sheld on the cashier.

There is nothing better than the smell of an arts and crafts store and Michaels does an excellent job of hitting that nostalgia right on the head. The store is clean and well organized, though mildly over-priced. The staff, though scarce and hard to find, are helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back for all my arts and crafts needs.

I am from South Texas (McAllen) and although we only have one Michaels store. I found that this store in this city lacks a lot to be what this chain of stores represents. I didnt find everything I was looking for, the shelves are ordered differently from other stores. I didnt find anyone to help me find double-sided tape, and some dishes for dinner. The offers they had, only for teachers. And the coupon that I brought in the App I could not use. The cashier was very friendly and polite, the place very clean. While in this city, I prefer to make my purchases online.

Great place for decor for any occasion

Ive had a sketch book from here for a while and it works so well :) I got a cute costume for meh dog and they have a wonderful collection of markers and other drawing supplies!

This store is always pretty much clean from top to bottom as well as special bargains and deals from top to bottom and in every corner of the store. I still had no idea that they sell a small toys including the creative ones such as Legos, plane models, car models, Etc. Overall the store Michaels is great and this particular one here on I-40 and Western is no exception good clean Store Friendly Associates and tons of money saving specials.

Michaels is a great art supply store and often carries the types of paint that I use to create my art. With there really only being a handful of places where I can buy these products, Michaels is the place that has served me best. The workers there are always nice and there is I need help in any way.

The store is clean and organized. I found what I needed and was out of the store in 20 minutes. The person at check out was kind and very helpful. Personable and quick.

The selection is very good at this store. It seems to be better organized than a Hobby Lobby store and the prices are similar. Nice store.

They had just what I needed at a great price!

I came in to pick up my online order, naturally since it was late I thought staff would be grumpy or short with me. Imagine my surprise when they not only were kind, warm and friendly with me but also excited to help and kudos to Marcus, he went above and beyond in an area he wasnt super familiar with but he found my order and had to crawl over some stuff (Im sorry about your arm, buddy!), got my order and even let me know they were hiring at that Michaels. Thank you for the wonderful visit after a long day of work and fighting a cold, that definitely made my night It was less busy here at 8 pm than when I went in at 11 am a few weeks ago, but would definitely recommend to the crafts lover and seeker of the unique, definitely worth checking out and check online too, they have sales every so often, you wont be sorry!

Great selection of yarn and other crafting items. The only problem is they are often understaffed and the lines get really long other than that great store.

I always find what I want

Love hate relationship. Of course. Its a craft store,which translates into I wish I could afford all the things but I cant afford any of the things except for maybe one at a time.which is very upsetting to me because I want all the things at once so if my art comes out lame I know is because I was missing a color or two. But I guess its not Michaels fault that one copic Marker cost about the same as my electric bill, and as much as I need some copic skin tones, I dont think Ill have much color left on my cheeks if my electric company cuts me off. Anyway great markers great store they gots the good good.

Great store for all kinds of people. Florist, hobbyist, party planners and creative people overall. This was my first time in Michaels so it was confusing to find everything but I enjoyed walking down every single isle, and it was very clean and organized. Good location and staff was okay.

This place has a fun and easy going team. There are tons of sales everyday, creative and fun classes for kids and adults of ALL ages. The custom framing department is very professional and timely with orders. A GREAT place to continue your creativity or discover new creative outlets.

I shop here frequently because of the way the store is laid out which makes it easier to find what I want. The staff is very good and helpful. They seem to be well trained and attentive. Over all always a good experience.

I just love how well stocked they are, good clearance prices and good coupons. I just wish they had more cashiers.

Went to get supplies to make mums for homecoming they didnt have anything and we live in a small town having to drive in 45 mins to get the supplies. They didnt care at all that we where still having to make mums the manager and staff are always with the adatude they are doing everyone a favor by being there and everyone else is just a bother.

Love the great selection they have, also found some great deals for holiday decor. Bonus they always offer a 30% coupon off regular prices items.

Fine for shopping but the prices are always higher, sometimes double, what I can find online through Amazon or Jerrys Art-A-Rama. Friendly staff, but the inflated prices just cannot be justified. Even when things are on sale they at best match the price of other vendors. Probably good framing service. Can buy a Toblerone at the cash register.

Michaels was the place to go when this was a smaller town. I am not the over the top craft and design person so I really dont have a need to shop for craft items. Yet for respect for the business model that is presented there are larger version of crafting type businesses that offers so much more. And its the closest location to me at the time so if they dont have what i am looking for i do not settle. A way i go to the next thought on my mind.

Best deals to get what you need for your crafts. Great prices and coupons. Very busy and stocked well. Whatever you need or I, I can find there. Most of the time the cashiers are friendly. Depends how busy they are.

I love the products since I make custom cakes and cookies. I use the 40% off coupon a lot. They often dont have what I need in stock and occasionally the customer service is not as great as Id like.

The Male older gentleman manager is somewhat moody and always focused on rushing customers out if its within an hour of closing time. They turn the lights out at exact closing time no matter what. My friends and I have stopped going there because of negative attitudes and that one particular manager

This place is hit or miss. Prices change almost as often as their staff. Staff makes up prices if they cant find one. Never know if it will be in your favor or not. Lots of cute craft products but starting to visit Hobby Lobby due to the lack of quality products, dependable process, & things available here.
