Great place for an event or just a beer and a sandwich. Follows Covid19 protocols. My wife and I felt very safe.

This is an old German social club with a beer garden, a nice German themed seating area, and a full bar stocked with good German beers on tap. The Unter Uns has a musical, singing and dancing component to its activities with which I am less familiar. But although it functions like a ethnically themed bar, it is a social club for members. This allows them to escape some liquor control board regulations. Still, it is a neat living relic of Altoonas immigrant past continued by their descendants today.

Had a great time jamming with some new friends. Very hospitable people serving drinks and food. The beer is ice cold and their prices on everything is reasonable. Look forward to going next Wednesday to play guitar with my new friends!

Went there as a guest and was greeted with two rude workers, one at the door and the bartender. Our party hosted was hosted privately, and members were looking into the shed to look our food and things that were provided for our party. It was very awkward. We were told we had to stay outside according to the woman bar tender even though there werent any good drink provided outside. Literally three beers and a couple liquors. Bar tender outside made my friend uncomfortable after he tried flirting with her. The owner then kicked our party out for playing in the boccie ball area, even though one of the bartenders gave us permission. Not the best service when the bartender was accusing people of taking their drinks outside, even though our party was hosted outside? Not my best experience, our work is trying to find a better place next year.

Its always a great time at Unter Uns. No drugs, no drama, no violence just nice people playing music and having a fun time. God bless Unter Uns.

A wonderful multifaceted club with a family atmosphere reminiscent of a local German Beer Hall/Tavern. Affordable good food with great events and lovely venue... memberships are inexpensive and well worth it... Good Food and Good Company! Amongst Us... Truly!

A very nice place with old world charm, a beautiful outside area and awesome ambiance. The prices are amazing and they often have wonderful events.

Awesome private club to enjoy yourself . Patrons are friendly and sociable . However you must know someone with a membership to join . My family has rented this club for multiple family events .

We had a wonderful time at our East Meets Western Line Dance Club Christmas Party tonight. The food was delicious and there was lots of good music for dancing.
