Nice place to have a bday party! Plenty of room and area was clean. Not sure of the cost, as I wasnt the one renting it. Id consider renting it for an event though. Parking is somewhat limited.

Facility itself is nice and they let you use the kitchen for a small fee. But the positives stop there. When it comes to dealing with the people, Alana is nice. But the director is downright rude, and their policies are ridiculous. I booked the facility for my daughters first birthday party. The day of her party, they were calling for a snow storm. I wanted to plan ahead so I inquired about cancelling or changing the date. Well, I couldnt change the date because they were supposedly booked for 3 months (even though they told my mom they would work with me), and cancelling for inclement weather? Forget it. I was going to lose both my $75 deposit AND the $145 I paid for the day. Forfietting the deposit I could have understood. I spoke to the Director about this and all she kept saying to me was well 3 inches isnt significant enough to cancel and I live on a hill sonic I can get here others can get here. First, they werent calling for 3 inches. They were calling for over a foot of snow. And second, its not about her, its about the safety of my guests. In essence, she was telling me the safety of my guests was going to cost me $210. So I kept the date because i figured at least then I could get my $75 back after the fact. We did not have a great turnout due to the weather and I had to jump through some hoops to get my deposit because theyre only open 9 to 4 (I work 9 to 5), and only ONE person handles all of that. So even if someone was in the office over my lunch break, if it wasnt the girl who handles to booking, I couldnt come get my money. Its a terrible business model, and Im appalled at the attitude and lack of customer service from the Director of an organization built around caring for and helping others. Will not use this facility again. And I do not recommend until they get a new person in charge who will work with the renters.

Was a nice place. I attended a baby shower. Was big enough for everyone and plenty of parking.
