Its a clean well organized place and the residents have nice well kept properties.

It is a ok place to live but needs updates like streets need redone all plumbing pipes need replaced and all fire hydrants need replaced and upgraded so they do not freeze but it is a quite place to live

I have family that lives there. The mobile home park has lost records of lot rent payments and was kinda nasty to people about it. Many dissatisfied renters. It gets a star review cause there is a lot of friendly people and its a great neighborhood for kids to play freely.

Its a dump

This trailer park isnt nothing but trash the managers are two-faced Vicki smokes weed and they have his dad over who is a petafile. Place has went down hill ever since Kodiak has taken over..

Its ok. Not the best, not the worst. The roads in the park arent that good, and no one clears or salts snow. Units arent in the best shape either.
