Grounds are well maintained and homes are of the newer variety

The rent is awful and this is because of maintenance fees. Yea nearly 600 a month and this is why they charge so much.

Very nice neighborhood

Just moved in a month ago and I must say it is the nicest community I have seen. All my visitors talk about how clean and nice it looks, The office has been great with answering all our questions and have been very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful community and we will do our part to keep it nice!

The tenants are nice enough but there is a severe case of mismanagement. This has been true for the last couple of property managers that have work here. She is just impossible to get a hold of. Dont know exactly what hours she keeps but theres nobody in the office after 4 most days. And thats if she was even in the office at all. It took weeks for her to reply to my wifes message when we were told we needed to move out. I dont recommend renting a trailer from this place and I definitely dont recommend buying. The agreement is a trap and you will have a heck of a time getting out. My in-laws have lived in a trailer they own for several years in this place and the lot rent goes up every year. The same was true for us as renters. We have lived here for 2 years and our rent has been raised almost 100 bucks.

Lot rent is too high and if you own your home they will try to take it and evict you if you dont pay lot rent. Im not talking several months behind either you only have to be two weeks late and they will file with the courts. Dont recommend this community unless you make six figure income.Update: this is how they treat their community. Elderly neighbor whose car broke down earlier and they are having the vehicle towed because its in the street. No notice the guy wouldnt stop.

I have a friend who lives there. The community in general is well kept. Theres a community center for residents that can be rented out for special occasions but I definitely think that the lot rent is quite high.

We rented the meeting room for our family Christmas party. It was cozy and felt like being at home. Will definitely rent it again next year.

The area is mostly quiet and enjoyable and well kept up and the community center is a good place for rent for office party outtings.

This place is home. Home is where the heart is.

Some parents do not watch their children please use caution but in most cases its a quiet area thats family friendly

They do not provide any services free of charge. We pay our own water, gas and electric. Also you do your own yard work.The lot rent has increased every year in the 13 years I have resided here. It started at $290 a month and is now $573 per month.I love my neighbors but some residents use Ponderosa Lane as a race track. I am on a fixed income and by the end of this yeat I will either have to move or try to find a part time job to be able to keep up with the raises in lot rent.....this will be hard since employers do not want to hire 80+ seniors.

We love it here! Beautiful area, not like your average park. Trees are wonderful to share. Drs, dentist, lowes walmart target all within walking distance!

You pay way too much money for the amenities that you get 600 a month and all you have is a clubhouse

Manager was rude and completely offensive. I was going to purchase a place and had my financing in hand when she told me i had to pay for the place over 3 weeks BEFORE i took possession of the property. Who does that? She was very unprofessional and told me i HAD to do it her way so I put my money back in my pocket and I will be looking for somewhere else to live. I would not recommend ANYONE to move there and have to deal with her. She ruined the sale for the homeowner because she was so rude and unreasonable. I would give it zero stars if I could because they dont even deserve 1 star

Nice overall looking mobile home parks and the property manager is pleasant.

Very clean quiet community.

Lived here for 6 yrs they kerp raising the rent every year. Its robbery for the elderly.

They will tow your car if its on the street past 11pm. Rent is really high and they dont improve anything in the park
