I have a very old lamp that was in excellent condition aside from a short in the switch. They replaced the cord per request and replaced the switch in about two days. Work was done very well. The store is full of lamps, shades, lights, finials and just about anything else you could need. If you are looking for something different than Home Depot may have, give them a try!

I brought our familys antique mahogany floor lamp for repair to many lamp repair places but NONE of them could fix it. I noticed an ad for lamp and shade city and I said why not try here, I WAS AMAZED!! They fixed it perfectly with no visible marks AT ALL!! I immediately turned back the next day to bring in one of my other lamps that had been in the family for decades and I knew I could trust them 100%Great prices as I looked around the store and no more than a week of my repair finishing!! 10/10 recommend!!

We had something in mind though that we didn’t find at other lighting stores and didn’t see in Lamp & Shade City Lightning, but Zac helped us find it in a catalog at a great price with no extra for shipping. We’ll pick it up in a week and I can add a pic.

EVEN WITH THE 50% OFF SALE we were severely overcharged.We bought a beautiful light here and out of curiosity went online and low and behold, the EXACT SAME LIGHT, on two different sites, was $500 less; And, since this store has a no return policy, we couldnt return it. Do your research. we got burned on this purchase.
