This has been quite a terrible experience so far. I am very disappointed with the service this year compared to last year. We have almost 700 students at our school, and only two employees showed up the night of the show. One was a temp and I did not see him for almost the entirety of the show. Our teachers did most of the set up. The representative smelled like cigarettes and after we finished setting up, they disappeared and were a half an hour late to our art show. Frames were broken and scratched, artwork was missing. They packed up artwork that was already paid for, but assured me they would send it back to me by May 10th. We did not receive it, then I called and they said I would receive it by May 17th. Then I called today and they said it was packed over the weekend, but still cannot give me a shipping number. Very embarrassing to have to keep telling parents a different date and that no one directly apologized to my principal. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Evening of the art show started out great until kids started coming up to me as the art teacher telling me that the name tag on the outside of the frames didn’t match the artwork in the frame. When I asked one of the reps on site they said they had dropped some of the name tags when unpacking the art. Instead of going back through and matching the names to the right artwork, I’m thinking they just randomly put name tags on any artwork. I was able to figure out most of the mishaps, but the night ended with a 6 year old crying because someone else mistakingly took his artwork home. I spent about 25% of the night trying to fix these mistakes versus mingling with my students and their families. A bit stressful and embarrassing when parents are looking to me to fix a mistake that wasn’t my fault.
