I had a great experience at Golf Galaxy. I was looking for a new set of irons, and the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in choosing the right set as well as customizing it for my swing. Im looking forward to going back and getting a new driver in the near future.

This is the best place in the NJ, Pennsylvania area to buy golf equipment. The technicians are excellent for repair and adjustment. The club fitting is superb.I travel 40 miles to go there. Big Ed from the poconos.

Nice selection of clubs. I bought a pre-owned and was able to swing a few clubs before I purchased. The guy that helped me was super informative and knowledgeable about what I needed. I’d highly recommend.

Went to golf Galaxy in Allentown for my first time to have my clubs regripped. Excellent and very safe curbside service, and they had them completed within a couple of hours. Thank you very much and you have a new loyal customer.

In all the years I’ve been using google reviews, I’ve never left a review. I’ve been coming to this Golf Galaxy for 3 years now and every time I leave, I swear I’ll never come back.Employees don’t know how to work the computer system and move customers out of the store. Each and every employee walks around without any idea of what’s going on.I wish there was another golf store around the area so I wasn’t forced to come here.

If you want to get fitted properly go to Scott!! He was very helpful and professional. Im so happy with my purchase today I cant thank Scott enough.

Went to buy a golf bag for my daughter. No one came to help! We went to find a sales person... her reply was they are in the back...not helpful at all figured that out myself... won’t be buying from!

Great club fitting and price but when I called to order a new gap wedge the sales associate (ERIC) couldnt have been less helpful.

I just bought a new set of clubs from these guys. There was some miscommunication on the value of the set I was trading in. I was really frustrated. I have to say that the manager, I believe his name is Chris, really went out of his way to help me out. This store has always treated me fairly. Great staff and selection! Went there on sunday july 22 2018. Asked to get an iron fitting. Employee brought me over to the irons and we gatherd a group of 7irons he taped up to let me hit. Then he dissapeard as i hit 6 shots with each iron. Told him the three irons i was interested in getiing fit for. He said he needed 10 minutes to grip some clubs for a customer that walked in. At this point i walked around the store looking at the clubs and wondering if the employee was truly interested in providing me the customer service me and the $1200 cash i had in my pocket deserved? Went out to my car to get my own clubs to test my 7 against the clubs i had chosen. Came back in and got looked at like the employee wished i had just gone away. In the end i left extremely disappointed and will never make the trip to the allentown golf galaxy again. Ps: i drove 2 hours to get there which made the experience even more unpleasurable. This employee obviously was not able to provide the customer service I and others deserve.

Just the best store the best people in the best manager and you can tell that by how everyone loves what they do we all have fun we all want to make it right there to talk to you to listen to you to help you and your golf game and suggest things to you that no one else does this is the absolute best store Ive ever been in my life. This is a great place whenever you need to pick something up for your golf gear. They have it all... and then some!

The pre-owned section is outstanding. For a small price you can add that extra wedge or hybrid to your bag without having to purchase an entire set.
