This was my first time bidding on items from this auction house and I actually won several. Very happy with their customer service: communication was easy, scheduling pick-up was easy and when I arrived, they had my items ready for me and were very nice to deal with. Will definitely bid again!

I attended a live auction at their gallery. It ran very smoothly and wouldnt hesitate to go again. All of the staff work helpful and professional. The prices were really good some things did unbelievable they sold everything from household goods to jewelry coins antiques and fine art what an amazing sale. Highly recommend..

If you want a written appraisal ask for one. Research the appraisers. Get cut off dates to deliver items for auction. Make sure you read the contract fully and that everything is accounted for. Get it in writing anything and everything and get copies. If you dont feel comfortable walk away. One star improvement. I rarely ever give five stars service would need to be exceptional.

I had numerous items I wanted to sell after cleaning out a house and contacted Saucon Valley Auction to see if they could help me out. Heino was very knowledgeable with items I wanted to get rid of. Mostly furniture and few antiques I knew nothing about. I felt comfortable speaking with him and confident that I got the best possible value for my items. Great group of people and will definitely call again if I need them!

The auction was handled nicely and in a professional manner. I participated on line and am very happy with my purchase. My advice would be to make sure to get an estimate for shipping if you dont attend in person. The fee charged by the UPS store to pack and ship a few tiny items was completely unreasonable.

I bought a very nice watch that was limited edition from Disney in a collectible case. The auction went very smooth, the transaction went very smooth and shipping was not slow however when i opened the box and the item, it absolutely smelled like i just put my mouth in a cigarette ashtray! The item was very obviously from the home of an incredibly heavy smoker and the smell of the item was not even remotely mentioned in the auction conditions. An item smelling this bad might as well have been a smashed item because it is worthless with how awful it smells. Had that condition been mentioned in the item condition section of the online auction then i would not have even bothered with this item. Beware of this auction house and their lack of reporting of the condition of their items. UPDATE: The auction house worked very diligently to correct the issue and rectify the lack of description on the item.

I bid online and won a lot. Payment request was prompt and easy. They even picked out a shipper who contacted me a few days later. Item arrived just fine.

From start to finish, they are that excellent with everything they do to help you to process your valuable collectables and antiques, with absolutely great care and MOST importantly, accountability. Unlike, in some other auction houses that suddenly, somehow, someway, some of your valuable items mysteriously disappear then they claim they never had it even though you have documented with them that they do. Why go through all that hassle, headaches, anguish and small claims court dates or more, needlessly? Reassure and ease yourselves with your important valuables with this awesome great auction house! They never answer their phone. NEVER. Message says your call is important but you cant leave a message because their mailbox is always full. They dont return email messages. Basically they cant be contacted-- even right before an auction. This is simply a dismal fly by night operation and probably not to be trusted.
