Love this place. The owner is awesome and really cares for the business and his people.

Was cool.. staff was friendly..dj plays music and allows you to put in requests.. they have small tvs displayed that show sports and also big screens that show the music videos they serve food like fries wings etc, and now alcohol since the club cubed to it shut down.. place was clean but they should have sanitizer on the walls or on the tables

The bowling alley is a great place to go out for family night.The bar (The Mixx) always has amazing entertainment & an extremely friendly bar staff.

Im usually the person who does this kind of thing but honestly this was wack and the man that helped me was lowkey rude. js.

Attended a joint birthday party for my Son-in-law and his friend on Sunday. The place is DATED but we had an enjoyable time. Management needs to be aware that one food service person on a league night with a good sized party isn t cutting it. That being said, our food was surprisingly good. The bar staff was on point as well. I will definitely be returning.

We went to the bowling side with my daughter last night. It was awful! We stood at the counter for what seemed ten minutes...no one served us cause no one was there! I went and asked the women at the snack bar...they were rude and basically told me they couldnt help me because they had no idea where the desk person was. They turned away and went back to the grill. I was appalled! At that point I picked up my daughter and we left, with her in tears. I go to Mixx for karaoke and the service there is impeccable. I will never go to the bowling area again!

I like bowling. I have been on bowling leagues for 30 years.

Going bowling was not on the list of things to do on this particular day, but I am so happy we stopped! We had the most exceptional time!!

Id give 5 stars. The girls bathroom needs a better hands dryer or please put in paper towels. Other then that, its a nice place to bowl.

The staff were pretty crabby but friendly. The place was pretty clean and not that crowded. The food bar was not even hungry and I was a bit hungry. The paint job in the inside was pretty messed up but I loved how the system runs for when you bowl.

Took the kiddos and other family here for bowling on Friday after July 4th early. The place was empty, it felt like WE rented the whole place out!! We had fun as usual as my family is pretty competitive!

Watched a kids tournament today. No chairs. Too many people standing in doorway and blocking view. I have been to other tournaments in prior years, they were never as ill prepared as this place.

Great family fun for all ages.

The atmosphere is nice and prices are reasonable. We went on a Saturday night. The DJ was great. He gave out cool light up sticks to all the children and they had a free photo booth! The lady who worked the concession stand was very nice. She worked diligently at making food and beverages for the entire establishment. The cocktail waitress was very customer oriented. The only reason why I am giving the business 3 stars is because there is a lady who works the front counter who is less than friendly. I used to be in a league years ago here, and she was the same way then. She makes you feel more like an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. But overall, its a good establishment. I would recommend it to friends - with hopes that the night they go, that lady has off. lol

As soon as i walked in with my family was told no lanes were available even tho i seen about 4 lanes not being used not sure the real reason was but felt like we were being thrown out and couldnt wait inside

Lack of customer service skills, beyond annoyed that the employees were being a grouch when me and my children were ordering food. Not what I expected . Were very unprofessional

The alley is clean and lots of room for seating. The snack bar is average... a little pricey. The bar area is really nice and great for parties.

Its an ok place to take the family for an outing depending on what day & time you go. Most the time the game room is overly packed with adults j the kids cant play. I make the best of my time there. I know the customer service is nice there.

My league house, I bowl here all the time. Four stars because they are sometimes understaffed, and they changed the supplier for burgers at the bar. Otherwise, love this place. The club is pretty dope, too.

I disagree with with Nonya. Greg Lerch is an amazing guy with a genuine heart and he loves other people. Hes committed to being a great friend and someone you can always rely on to be there for you when you need help. Hes a great listener, and an incredible leader. If I owned a bowling alley, Id hire Greg in a heartbeat. Hes exactly the man a company is looking for, inside and out. A bible verse that comes to mind in reference to the heart of Greg is John 15:13, Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. He ALWAYS sacrifices his time and talents to be the best friend he can possibly be.Oh and the Rose Bowl is a quality place to bowl by the way.

Lanes are ok could be better

Drove 45min wait on line no help then once I get someone to help they say they dont have any lanes no reason just a no lanes available. Meanwhile there is 9 lanes open. Sometimes they will have a sign saying reserved for team tournament or league night but a Saturday night for league night would be stupid being thats family time.

The moment my kids an I got there the white or gray haired woman rolled her eyes, al.ost as if we we an inconvenience go her! She had a miserable attitude towards us. It was so bad that I actually had to tell her ,address me respectfully please! Than we asked if the food section was open, the man working behind the counter said no as he made the white haired womans burger and fries. This si not the first time I felt unwanted here. It will be the thats though. Never again!

I love this place .. it has a juke box, great American food such as pizza , burgers , huge bbq wings , etc lets not forget the bar/nightclub.. bar and nightclub is restricted to minors it has its own seperate room.. in the alley of all 39 lanes. It also has two pool tables and arcade games .. food is good staffs are great and overal its awesome!!!!!!! Lots of lights and fun for kids :)

Awful place, the arcade doesnt work, takes your money and doesnt do anything, after you ask for help they say you need to add more money, afterwards when it still doesnt work, they say that someone broke it, and they can only give you 1 dollar back.So instead of putting a broken sign they scam some more dollars out of you.
