Great spot to exercise and take the kids to the park.
Before this was a park, I played here for hours as a child. The creek was beautiful, with still, mysterious deep holes meandering into sunny, fast running waters. If you very slowly and carefully turn over the round stones in the creek, you will find crayfish in the summertime. Step into the deep parts of the creek and the minnows will nibble at your toes. The woods are wonderfully varied with copses of all sorts of trees. I learned more about nature here than I ever could have from a book.
Cute, not much to do but the basketball court is nice
DO NOT GO HERE. THE LAND IS IMPASSIBLE
Just your local tot lot. But on a foggy morning there will be a good view of the most enclosed meadow to the south with one lonely oak trying to make itself seen.
Great place to run, hilly and challenging, shaded, and very pretty. Plenty of woods trails that split off of the main path to explore.
I was not able to find a footpath which connects with the he park from Duvawn St. which is disappointing.
It was nice
FREE concerts in the summer!
