Great place. Brought a whole group of kids and they had so much fun! Any one who complains about the staff or the place would probably complain about everything! Highly recommend this place! There are so many different things to do. If you went with extended family, the grandparents could enjoy the hot tub while the little kids floated along in the lazy river and Dad and older kids could try the surfboards!

A great place to visit. Clean water, clear floors, short to zero line to use the two biggest indoor water slides. Surf rider water wave machine is fun and challenging. Free parking in lot by front driveway. Excellent sound system that plays dance party mix for kids during the day. Price of admission is reasonable for the amount of pools, slides, wave rider is included in admission to swim. Has indoor and outdoor hot tub. The fact the water park is indoors is great, no sunburned kids. And there is lots of seating around pools for parents, grandparents and guardians to rest in while the kids play in the water for hours. Snack bar menu is limited.

We bought 4 kids for the first time and they had a blast. Everything was up and working, restrooms were clean, employees were nice. When you compare the cost of this park to any other indoor water park its actually cheaper and alot calmer. The only con I can mention is the need for more tubes; I would actually recommend some tubes only be used for the slides but otherwise all is great!

I LOVE this indoor waterpark. The surf machine is PERFECT for me, Im a surfer living in the desert. Whats so cool about ABQ Surf n Slide is the lifeguards. They helped me learn how to use this FUN machine. Its completely enriched my life!! If youre looking for family fun. This is the place. Its great for the whole family.

Staff is useless. Everytime you access your locker, you have to pay 2.00 for a token. And of course you cant get tokens from the desk near the lockers you have to go to snack bar. The snack bar has no GOOD choices. Nothing works and staff are very rude. Staff is nothing but young kids who care only of themselves. Bathrooms are dirty. Do not waste your time or money.

I brought my family here expecting to have fun outside of the cold weather. I purchased online tickets and when we arrived, we were informed the hot tub and flow rider were out of service at the moment (not mentioned online). The area with the climbing toys and basketball court felt like freezing water, we couldnt enjoy that, matter of fact maybe two kids were brave enough to get in there. After getting out and dressed it felt like we were outside it was so cold. One of the lifeguards was sitting near the lazy river and actually was dosing off. Not a good experience.

My daughter and I loved the experience a lot and will come back. Still, it is weird that there is no special room for changing. The only option is to do it in the restrooms or in the showers. Though there were two small stools by the showers which we succesfully used for changing, the administration should think about organizing the changing room.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. It was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The floors are disgusting to walk on (we didnt have water shoes or sandals, I had to send someone to go buy water shoes/sandals from the closest store). There was no where to change, we shouldnt have to change in bathroom stalls or disgusting showers. The bathrooms wreaked of urine and they were dirty (toilet paper on floors, dirty toilets, dirty sinks, and full trashes, floors were black from being so dirty). The pool water was cloudy from being dirty. There was sand at the bottom of the pools/lazy river. The life guards kept asking us to get off the double tube in the middle of the lazy river so they could use it to cross from the island to the other side, they should have their own way and not ask people to get off for their sake in the middle of a busy river because the lazy river is not a slow river and this is where 90% of the people play. This is at the Wyndham Hotel, and this hotel is so clean and nice, there is no reason that this place is so extremely dirty. I would rather rent a hotel room somewhere and use the hotel pool. I will never go back.

1/2 of the flowrider was broken but at least half was opperational. Water was pleasantly warmer than last time thank goodness. Staff was not very interactive except one girl was very pleasant and kind and helpful, Hannah I think her name was. Had to leave early because of a lightning thunderstorm, closed up at 740 instead of 9. Im glad they dropped the price for what it is.

Surf rider down indefinitely and water way to cold to enjoy kind of a waste of money and the snack bar has pizza, chicken tenders and pretzels. Although the water slide was good . I would not recomend paid $75 for 4 wet passes and 1 dry pass .

I read the reviews about water being extremely cold. I should have gone with it. I understand its a pool, but kids were complaining after 10min, almost everyone was getting out after 10min. Definitely not reccomend to bring babies, water is way cold and the hot tub , was slightly warmer but dirty and just looked like its never been cleaned. I feel like my 70dlls were just a waste, but at least I know not to come here again. Came to the morning session 10am-3pm, was not that packed.

Dont throw your money away. Run around in your yard under a sprinkler for free. Flowrider isnt running because they say there arent enough guards ( I see 4 sitting around) Restrooms are filthy and littered with trash, music is absolutely horrid (nothing but awful mumble rap), the snack bar isnt open, and the water stinks and is freezing cold. This place is pretty typical for an Albuquerque entertainment venue I suppose.

I cant complain about the water park when everything there is working. I called and I was informed the water park was closed. Last time I went the flowrider was not working and I wasnt informed at all by anyone nor there were any signs that said so. The website doesnt say anything about this stuff either. My biggest advice to customers is to call the water park to make sure it is open and that everything there is working. Other than that it is a good place to go. Not the greatest.

Took my daughter today and we had a great time. Tickets were 15 dollars. Everything was running properly ,the staff were fairly young but helpful just the same. Music was slightly inappropriate but really my daughter was playing too hard to really notice. Water temperature was great in hot tub and lazy rivers, the small childrens area was pretty cold but an enthusiastic child would quickly acclimate. No snack bar was open today but we ate before we came so no biggie. Dressing rooms left a little to be desired, however they were pretty standard (think public pool) . The only real disappointment was there wasnt enough tubes. Kids keep bumping into eachother on lazy river, but kids will do that regardless. All in all I believe I got our monies worth and would return again. We are in New Mexico so we must keep that in mind. Honestly, if your wanting a crazy beach experience this isnt it.But if youre wanting a safe environment with multiple options, this is for you. I was told they are closing which is a shame because I think it has alot of promise with some tweaking. I hate that we can never keep anything fun for our kids in ABQ!

The best thing about this place is it feels like a safe place to let your kids play. The lifeguards are on top of things. There are several bad things about this place. The water is extremely cold. The kiddie area is the coldest with the lazy river being just slightly warmer. There isnt enough tubes, not even close. We grabbed one when we first got there and Im glad we did. There isnt a lot to do. You can spend a good a day amount of time on the lazy river (and thats what most people do) but after awhile you get cold and bored. There are two slides that are decent for New Mexico. The kiddie area is ok for kids but they can only spend a few minutes in it until they start to turn blue. Thats about it.There isnt enough seating on the first level. There is more then enough on the second but you dont spend much time up there. We went on the 4th of July during a $10 special per person. $10 is about all I would want to spend here based on my experience. Regular price is $20 I think, thats way too much.It was also extremely busy but we expected that.

We went here yesterday and we had our 3 year old with us and she shivered the entire time even though it was really hot outside the water in the kids play area felt like ice water. The lifeguards never said anything to the older kids going in the opposite direction of the lazy river when they had no floater on horse playing. Several popped floaters in the lazy river as well and the lifeguards not budging to remove them. The surfing ride is still shut down but the company is using it as false advertising on their website. That section is opened up and it’s really cold making the pool in front freezing as well. The lava pit is warm but I was expecting it to turn on like a hot tub and it wasn’t. We went during the weekday and it wasn’t too packed and it was clean.

I wont even give it one star if i had to it was gross and they had the slide down for half of the time paid. The staff is a bunch of kids who have no respect for people . There was no towels for my kids/teens at the end of the night not to mention you had to walk all around the hotel in the rain soaking wet. I will be demanding a refund . Worst place to take your kids never again.

If I could give 0 stars....I would. We planned our trip around this waterpark for spring break. When we arrived, we found no sign of life. Strange, since we bought our tickets online just an hour before, and confirmed the time period it would be open. Turns out not enough lifeguards is the excuse for not opening - and the person in charge of setting it up quit on Friday so no one knew what to do. Very poor management, and very disappointed boys as a result of this mis-management fiasco.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS WATERPARK UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE! Took the family to the waterpark today. The Lava Pit (hot tub) smells of sewage, has green water, and at least 75% of the jets do not work. The Lazy River (main feature) is filled with very cold water. I spoke to the lifeguard about the sewage smell, he shared with the head guard who promptly put up gates to limit access to the hot tub, but didnt shut it down. The head guard also reported that the lazy river is supposed to be at 77 degrees -- it felt much colder, but even if it is 77, that is too cold for an indoor pool. I immediately asked for a refund and was told the Manager was unavailable but should return in an hour. Only he could refund my $90. [Checked ticket prices online ($20) but in person tix are $30 (not mentioned on website).] Head guard recommended we email the Manager to get the refund processed, as the cashier have no mechanism or procedures in place to refund fees. Un. Be. Lievable. We will be emailing him for that refund. Ive also called the Citys Consumer Protection Manager, Lori Stoller, to report a health hazard. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE!!

The water in all the pools except for the lazy river was freezing cold! On top of that, the blasting cold air from the air conditioning made it for a very unpleasant experience! I noticed that other people had commented on the water temperature but obviously nothing has changed. I would NOT recommend this place for families with young kids, its way too cold even for the adults.
