Super pricey, but a fun amusement park. Its small but full of some pretty fun stuff and some exciting rides!

5 stars is way too low 10 stars we had a great time bring plenty of sunscreen easy access to the location of my Hotel. This place is always a blast and very family friendly.

Use caution when posting a job application here. For this year 2020 many young people applied for a job at Cliff, they went to interviews, meetings and training. The last day of training they asked the new employees to bring $ 40.00 for the cost of the uniforms, I personally paid for my sons uniform and when I asked the person who is collecting the money for a receipt, he told me that they did not have receipts but there is a list with the name of the people who paid. Ok no problem, the park did not open due to the covi19 virus, an email was sent to the people, that they were going to return the money for the uniforms only if they had a receipt which they never gave to anyone and now they do not want return the money.

Fun place to being the family. Ride lines are usually short. I suggest going in the train to get a tour of the park if its your first time then you can plan how you want to structure your visit.

I realized the other day that Ive been going to Uncle Cliffs for 35 years! Holy Cow! and I still love this place!

I thought it was pricey but it was fun. I didnt like the fact that you could not use cash to pay for food or drinks. You can get cards and use that but it makes me wonder how much money are left on those cards. Two different people in front of me only had cents left on their cards, not enough to buy anything what happens to that leftover money?

Had a great first experience at Cliffs. Was sad that I was about an inch away from getting the belt buckled on the nm rattler though. Was the only ride I couldnt ride. The kids had a fantastic time. We ordered lunch and it was a little slow getting food, but the food was okay. Not great though. Water mania was a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our time here. My kids had a great time. There are a lot of rides and activities. We went there the weekend before Halloween so they had a pumpkin patch. We went there as part of family day for work. There are pavilions that can be booked for such events. It was a lot of fun! We will definitely visit again.

Lots of fun for everyone in the family. The adults turn into little kids in the water area and they get a chance to show their older kids some childhood favorite rides throughout the park.The pricing is on the high end but there are plenty of low cost days that make it an affordable affair for even one day a year.

Great place for the whole family the tickets where $28 dollars and you could ride all the rides they also have a water park so take your swim wear and towel or you can buy it there. the rides are really good they can get little scary and fast.

I remember coming to this amusement park years ago. I would say my trip now very much improved on the last one! The park is developed and has a lot of new attractions. Its also nice that the shade trees have matured and there is actually nice shade to sit in while youre here now. I highly recommend this for family fun if youre in Albuquerque.

A nice place for family enjoyment

This is definitely an establishment that needs to be shut down. After briefly spending time employed here over an unfortunate summer- I saw abuse, exploitation and theft all by the older adults who worked there. The proclaimed owner who calls herself dj totes a Christian mug and attempts to assert dominance by citing christianity, jesus christ and bragging about the fact that she worked at a prison. All as intimidation method for the children who both work and play there. She even has the kids remove their tongue piercings upon hiring and every shift will force them to turn in circles while sticking out their tongue and pulling out their pockets: yes just like in prison. They have hot oil without any guard preventing injury, kids working as leads of other kids doing absolutely nothing to ensure safety of ANYONE at anytime. The staff members are either very young or very old and the elderly are all avid goers of the strip club next door. Ive reported this place to the better business bureau but customers need to stop giving them business so this city can be rid of these horrible excuses for people and their disgusting establishment.

Cliffs need to update there website.i am fully aware that covid is being spread but if it says that there open when they aren’t it doesn’t tell us anything. cause what we see is either open or closed.

Spent an afternoon here on a recent family vacation to ABQ. Rode some rides, ate some amusement park food, and played some games. We had a great time

So much fun! There are so many rides for little ones. I have a 4 year old grandson and a 20 month old grandson and even the little one got to ride several rides. Very friendly employees and great food. We stayed 4 1/2 hours! The kids were so happy. We are definitely going back.

Fun roller coasters! Then cooling off on the water slides.

Went here and took advantage of the $10 off weekday special. What a great deal that is! Rides for all ages. Two large roller coasters and plenty of kiddie rides too. Didn’t really check out the water park but it seems nice and it’s included in the regular admission price so that’s a good deal. Food at the park was reasonably priced and not too bad. The service at the park was outstanding! Every person we encountered was so courteous and helpful. Every single person went above and beyond. You can’t beat Cliff’s for some family fun at a reasonable price

I have never been to Cliffs until recently. I have enjoyed it so much! Love the rattler and the other big rides. Many good family memories made here within one day. I went on every single ride within a day. I used to live in Colorado. Many people told me since I have been to Six Flags that Cliffs would be boring, but it was very entertaining. Very friendly staff. Love the Music Express ride the workers that work there make it fun, compared to workers at other places, that just do what they are supposed to do as their job. I encourage going to Cliffs whenever you get a chance it was not that crowded compared to other places. Love it!!

A fun place to get together with friends. The rides are nice, not the best but its not Disney world. Thats almost to be expected. It has a nice water park as well, which is nice in the summer. The Rattler is cool to ride, and the wheel of music is great. Id recommend it, just bring friends.

Came here for a company picnic. I worked here when I was 17 years old as a ride operator. Lots of changes since I worked here, mostly neutral. I am a native New Mexican so I am used to the heat but the park is still hot as I remembered. The water monkey family/handicap bathroom had little to no air conditioning, so changing a family four was no picnic. They have fans with water misters throughout the park but still isn’t enough. The park needs to plant trees or build structures for shade. Our car was 107 degree when we left which is not the norm for me when leaving my car out in this hot weather. So park under a tree in the parking lot. The park needs to plant for trees in the parking lot. The park employees and security need to work on their soft skills. Now its policy not to bring outside food or drinks except one bottle water. I am unsure if they did this to make more money by selling concessions or for other reasons. The water monkey was upgraded with a larger water money structure. The old water money used to have 1 foot deep of water. My little girl really like the new child roller coaster and “cliffs swing” The tilt o whirl was closed and the falling star was closed when we went.Tips:Go on a Friday or Saturday in the evening/night time for cooler temperatures.Park under a tree. Lock your doors and don’t put any valuables in your car.Eat before you go or get a entry ticket and eat off campus. They don’t allow outside food.If your are going down the “flush” go in the black one, the other one is boring.

Best place in Albuquerque to take the family. If you visit during the week, make sure you purchase your tickets online to get the best deal. The water log and the the Water Monkeys are the best part. The staff is always professional and helpful. The food is not the best, but what do you expect from carnival food.

No lines! Great price too! Although its not on the scale of some of the larger theme parks, its also not anywhere nearly as expensive, and there are almost no lines! You are able to ride multiple times and getting around the park is easy as well. Great way to spend a day or evening.

Great park that has just gotten better over the years. I remember as a teen getting lost. But its not a huge park. And the shade coverage has become much better over the years. Also the amount and quantity of rides is very respectable for a city the size of Albuquerque. Just a great park with something fun for children of any age. A great place for all ages! If you havent been in a long time it is a trip worth taking. Cliffs has put in some fun new rides and kept some of the best old favorites like the log ride! We had a blast!

Love this though I wish we had a bigger park, the big rides tend to be minimal so you ride the same things over and over. But for what we have here in NM it works I guess.

Its what it advertises itself to be. Lots of fun. Great crowds enjoying themselves. Breathtaking heat on certain summer days. Many will want to go back time and time again and/or take their out of town visitors for sure.

My children love his place- we originally were going to take some riding lessons at a Liz Sanchez stables however the woman on the phone was very rude to me so since it was a nice summer day I took the kids to Cliffs and this was a great decision, friendly staff and of course the children had a great time and the price was right too.

Our family of 9 adults and 13 children (ages 15 - 2) had a great time at this park. It is a small park, which was nice, not too much walking. The young ones enjoyed Kiddyland and the older ones liked the roller coasters and other rides. There were lots of trees and covered areas to stay out of the sun. The splash park was a hit too. Lots of water slides to enjoy.

Cliffs, brings back memories of back in the day when the park was called Uncle Cliffs, when we visited my grandparents they always took us! I remember the go carts under the log ride burning rubber, riding the Yo Yo and the Scramble! Today brought back great childhood memories! I tell ya my wife I and Oma spent 3 hours there today with our 3 year son for his 3rd birthday and the experience was fantastic the second we walked in the gates! From the staff, the food, the rides then the Water park it a was! Clean & well managed! THANK YOU CLIFFS FOR THE FUN TIME & MAKING MY SONS BIRTHDAY GREAT!

Great family fun. Bring sun block, swim suits, towels, sun shades and umbrellas to help enjoy time. Line are long, slow and most in direct sun. must have means to stay comfortable for many hours, we were on property for four hours and rode 5 rides. Games can only be played with pre loaded game cards. I didnt want to lose another hour in line so we didnt play, I guess my win.

This place is awesome. Easy access on and off the freeway. It has rides and games for all ages. Must try the New Mexico rattler. It also includes a water and splash jungle gym Park. I took my family here and they had so much fun. This place has been around for over 60 years and I have just found out about it. I recommend this for all families all ages. Dont forget to bring your shorts and your towels.

Lots to do and the lines werent bad. Some ride really need to provide shade while waiting in line. Food prices are alittle steep but if you can do a package which includes a meal its a much better way to go.

We have always loved cliffs and even got season passes this year, but the amount of times rides have gotten stuck are unreal!! I even had an employee tell me that they’ve had a lot of safety issues today.... that is not okay! For the amount that cliffs charges for what little they have these rides should be in excellent condition! They should also have more then just teens running things..

Great place for families

Had a good day. About a third of the rides were unoperable. Tickets for people should be discounted for that in my opinion. The best part I can say is that the lines were not too long and for a very hot New Mexico day, there was plenty of trees and shade to get under and finding a spot to sit everywhere was easy. That made it nice.

We had a good time my twin granddaughters that are 4 had never been there had so much fun we just did the water park one thing was hard is they were too small to go down any of the bigger slides and you dont have but 3 smaller one they can go on and i couldnt go down any of the bigger one with them so they could enjoy more of the park for what i paid but we made the beast of it happy i took them.

It is always a great time at this place. The water in the water monkey adventure area is cold so be prepared . They give you in and out privileges but no outside food or drinks allowed. Anyway drink water wear sunscreen have fun and it should be a good time for everyone.

The prices are pretty decent for how much you get and how much fun you end up having. One thing though is that a certain couple of rides are often or frequently closed. This rides are pretty popular so I look forward to riding them. Other than that, its a fun place to take the family and spend a day of fun.

Came from out of town and this place was recommended. We had a good time. Kids really enjoyed the water area. Weekday rate was a good price! Good shade and places to relax.

Everytime I go to cliffs, its always fun. My little family went on a Sunday ($10 off Sunday tickets) and we had such a blast. I felt like a little kid again.

Its a good place to bring your child . I dont like the scam they hAve on the cards for everything deal we left with money lost on those cards ...maybe 6 between a three cards

I went here with my sister and her fiance recently. The lines were really long, and by the time we got on a ride, it was almost closing time. But me and my sister went on Musical Express. I may have gotten scared and said Jumping Jesus on a pogo stick... We had fun, so thats why I rated 4 stars!

Great family fun!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the rides! Our 3 year old loved Kiddie land and my older kids and I loved the big rides. The Rattler is a really fun and fast coaster!!!!

We visited Cliff’s last August. The offerings were similar to a state fair or other traveling carnival. The children enjoyed some of the tamer rides. We waited outside until five in order to get the better evening admission price. Eating inside the park was expensive for a large group, so if coming for the evening, one might consider eating beforehand.

My son and I got there only to find out that there was a private event being held and it wasnt open to the public. Disappointed, my son and I walked back to the car. I saw a friend of mine who I hadnt seen in years and after catching up she gave me an extra ticket she had and her mom gave me one for my son to get in. We got in and literally not even 5 minutes later the manager ( who we saw earlier) asked me how we got in. I explained how we got in and he said that we had to leave because we werent on the guest list. I told him that we werent but the people who have us their extra tickets were. He refused to listen and accused me of sneaking in. (All of this in front of my son mind you) he treated me like some criminal for accepting tickets and taking my son to cliffs. I asked him if he went around asking everyone how they got in or if he was just singling me out and he had no response. I know for certain that I was not the only person in the park who wasnt on the guest list. Lance was the managers me who harrassed me and singled me out. I did speak with the operations manager and she was kind enough to give me two all day passes to go back another day but it was just how he treated me in front of my son. He acted like I stole the ticket or snuck in. I have never felt so embarrassed and disrespected in my life. I will be telling everyone how I was treated and looking into actions I can take.

This is a nice amusement park. The prices are reasonable. The staff is happy and helpful. There are plenty of things to do both wet and dry.

Way overpriced but generally short lines and great rides.

Decided to take my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loved the kiddie rides and water park. Every single employee we came a cross were very upbeat and happy, which made for a great experience!

Very fun always a good time I suggest getting season passes from Costco helps alot.

Staff in the park are teenagers to operate the rides. . .ride experts or technicians are needed. . .teenagers dont know what to do if the ride stops. . .the rides are good but very scary because of the speed and are being operated for a long time it make me nervous and nauseous. . .at the end of the ride u just wanna get off the ride. . .kids under the required height or age limit should not be permitted in certain rides by the staff even if requested to let them in it should be a strict rule to be followed. . .install height limit indicators for kids and please dont use a stick to measure the height. . .double the staff for most of the rides . . .it is not a one person job to scan the wristbands to let people in ,then seat them in the ride and then operate the ride too much waste of time. . .rides need proper maintenance at some point most of the rides stopped operating and needed to be shut down for sometime. . .in case of unexpected rains stop the rides and let the people in the ride leave safely dont make them sit in the ride and get drenched in rain water.

Clean family fun, rides are up year around and are inspected annually if not more. My family has enjoyed this place for over 50 years.

We love Cliffs and go at least once a year! Its affordable, clean, and about as exciting as you want it to be. Take a towel and some swim suits for a mid-afternoon splash in Water Mania.

Staff is immature. Got separated from my 10 year old and she looks older (around 14 maybe? She is extremely tall) staff said it was “ against policy “ to help her find me. Staff has biases, can be rude and disrespectful. The place is crowded and uncomfortable I do NOT recommend.

Its about as good as you can expect it to be for a place without any competition. The rides are old and so is the atmosphere. When they say your Grandma was a Cliffs kid, its true.. though the rides are also the same age. The addition of the water park has really saved this place. Its a decent place to take your kids without having to book a flight. Just dont expect any high-speed thrills here.

Here at unkle cliffs they have great and nice employees. the rides here are safe and fun for kids.and the water area is great.and you walk a lot but you know what that means burning more calories. thats why I rate this 5 stars i.recommend you come here .

Great amusement park for a small city. The kids, under 10 love it. It is not a Six Flags but works well for us. Lower price and includes a water park. Get the meal deal to save a couple of dollars.

A surprisingly fun place every time.... The staff is friendly and add to the experience. The cheese burger combo was good, filling and decent price. The water park is a good way to have fun while waiting for lines to go down. Fun roller coasters....and of course the Merry Go Round...Downdraft will get you going...really, you can.t go wrong... We had funa and no better way to kick off the weekend...!

It was super fun! But my issue was the new pricing, pretty outrageous. It would be much cheaper to just get the season pass. However, the experience is always awesome.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. There are unlimited ride passes available for $10 off during the weekdays, and their waterpark is small but very fun for the kids in the heat. There are no indoor attractions and very little shade to be found, and the food prices are a little high.

My kids enjoy going here, though for what they charge, this place really needs some TLC. Everything feels really old and on its last legs. We rode the galaxy (myself and my 10 year old) and I literally had to hold her down on the drop because the “safety bar” did nothing and she immediately rose out of her seat, and a lot, not just an inch or two. My daughter is heavy, but she’s not skin and bones either. Everything feels rickety and just kind... eh. The water area can be fun, though it’s lacking anywhere to just relax a bit and enjoy the water. Really geared only towards small kids who want to be running up and down and everywhere. It would be nice if they had even a small wading pool to sit in while the kiddos played. The meal deals they offer aren’t bad for the price compared to other amusement parks and the gift shops/food stands aren’t crazy overpriced.If you can get the coupons, it’s not a terrible deal to spend the day for small kids but I don’t think they have enough for adults/teens.

Really happy to see attendants watching at water area with kids. And surprised and happy to see people cleaning in the restrooms, even on surfaces I wouldnt expect them to clean!

Ive been going here since I was little, always loved the rides and the staff. It would be nice to have cliffs expand so we have a hearty amusement park out her in NM! Go easy on The Rattler if you get headaches easy or have neck pain, itll bring it right out of you.

Today my friend and I went. We were enjoying ourselves until we got hungry, SLOW SERVICE and only one person in the food hut and the fries were raw with the hot dog burnt. I talked to the manager and they werent helpful which was disappointing but then we were fine then after we go to the rattler, there was a accident with blood and it took 15 minutes to get someone to get it cleaned up either have a sanitized cloth with you for the situations, I was about to climb the railing and show them its just blood. Otherwise had fun but hire not so slow people and better management

Pretty cool water park area. Our 2 yr old was to small tho to go on the slides. Which was a bummer. But overall it was pretty nice place.

It was okay. My kids had fun, however I don’t feel as though we got our money’s worth. $120 ish for my family just for entrance/rides. My son couldn’t ride most of the rides, even though he’s 6. My daughter couldn’t ride many by herself. We couldn’t enjoy much as a family since someone always had to wait with my son. $9 for a single Gatorade was a bit much too. $6 for one serving of French fries and they wouldn’t give me salt or ketchup. The employees were all quite rude and miserable, as though I forced them to work there and they were taking their frustration out on me. Being only the beginning of the school summer break, I can’t imagine it’s going to be nice at all come July and August.Personally, I wouldn’t return.

The rides at cliffs were REALLY fun and Im being for real. I had a great time but when we got hungry the pizza had a weird taste to it. But I recamend the funnel cake. Other than that I had a great time

So I did have an enjoyable time at cliffs and it was a fun day activity. But beware, they do not accept cash anywhere and if you have cash you have to load it into a funcard which you then spend (its a huge hassle). Im not sure why they wont take cash seems silly to me? Also if you go during the summer some of the rides will actually burn you because they are so hot.

Cliffs was a blast today, as usual! Im so happy also that it didnt rain. Thank you for helping the I.B.E.W. Local Union # 611 to put on a great picnic today. It was lots of fun and lots of good times!

We took our daughter and grandson to cliffs while we were out on our visit with them and we had the best time! I have the greatest memories that will last through my lifetime of our visit here! First ride through the doors was the log ride and it was so fun even though my daughter and I got a little scared my grandson who is 4 wanted more more!! His mommy was done though it was more than she could handle but she talked a good game until then I would mention that our grandson (who remind u is 4) and his poppie rode the Galaxy roller coaster while we couldnt beg her enough to ride it but that was ok too because I got to spend time with her while they had adventures! Thank you for the memories we will cherish them always

As a kid I worked here. I have never worked anywhere else that was as enjoyable. The experience of seeing the lights, hearing the laughter and seeing the smiles on the faces of kids and adults alike was the best.Now it has improved for the better. This local family owned business has given joy to generations of New Mexicans. Stop and see for yourself.It may not be those big flashy amusement parks, but it is the best little park you ever visit.

I liked this place. It was fun and had plenty of things to do. I like how you can do everything in one day so you didnt have to go back. I would definitely go again

Still fun with new rides

My children and I usually enjoy our visit to make us want to come back year after year. However, todays visit we have experienced a rather negative outcome. My five-year-old son and I rode most of the rides for the most part and decided to end our night with the Galaxi. The first time around my eight-year-old daughter joined us and everything was good. The second time around the attendant forgot to secure and lock the bars on the ride. Everyone on the ride started to panic and the attendant by the name Jacobs only response was Im sorry as we headed away from the entrance ramp. There was no emergency stop button for him to press and he let the ride continue with eight people on the ride. I held my son close to me and calmly told him that we are going to be okay. I felt scared and my only thought was to do my best if we fell or flew out the cart. The attendant was negligent and failed to check the carts before releasing it from his station. Please everyone be alert and make sure your ride is secure before taking off. My son and I rode the Rattler, Side Winder, Sea Dragon, and other rides, but what if those attendants didnt double check themselves we definitely would have been seriously injured or killed. BE CAUTIOUS and make sure your seatbelts are secure, the bars are locked, and that this doesnt happen to you or someone you love.

Emploies at rides dont know what type of pass is what. Had a all day event pass and was being denied certain kid rides. Had to keep addressing the issue to resolve it and do the rides. Need to bring back the fun house. Miss that ride
