Its nice store. They come up with new merchandise like almost every week. The owner of NMU Its the nicest person and of course his team in every sense are the nicest too. Love it, stop by there store and buy something truely New Mexico true ️

Amazing service very helpful will definitely come back

Definitely wanted to support the team, and I tried to do so by buying apparel online. I had the same issue that many other people apparently had. My order was confirmed, then I received an email saying they didn’t have my size in stock but they could send me a size XS or 3XL......did not take them up on the offer and went with a refund. I would like to think that the online store will get better as there is a large fan base who is looking to support the team, but regardless it’s still frustrating. I did appreciate the quick email responses though.

Loved the store, but they need a little more inventory. They said they are getting more in for Christmas season. Found great gifts for my out of town and European family and friends. Nice to be able to support this wonderful new team!

Seems like they’re making improvements on some previous reviewers’ complaints - they had price labels on everything and it seemed like they had a pretty reasonable stock as well. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked, which I prefer to the incessant hassling at some retail operations. No complaints, definitely going back to pick up more gear!

I called ahead to confirm you all had size 3xl in stock at the moment since it had been a challenge finding some available. I was told yes that there were plenty. So I jump in my car and drive all the way across town to only find out that there wasn’t any and that I would have to wait a week for a restock. I asked for the lady behind the counter that I spoke to on the phone about my inquiry and she said that she didn’t actually check when I called but that she “thought” y’all would have some. Waist of my time. The few times I have been in the store the people behind the counter don’t really help at all and are pretty short with their words.

The staff is really helpful and friendly however the selection of sizes is somewhat limited. May be better to order online for more options.

The shop is brand new and clean looking but could use some improvements. Needs better selection, more inventory, and price tags for all items. Prices are quite steep too, a T-Shirt was $30.

Great team, terrible retail outlet.I ordered several jerseys and other items online to be picked up in the store. Upon confirmation I went to pick up the order and was told they were out of stock and to come back in a few weeks. I could check the status online and see if everything was ready.Two weeks go by and online the order says awaiting pick up. So I drive across town a second time to be told they still do not have the items.Finally after the third try I just had the money refunded for two jerseys and some other small items.I am not sure who is running their retail outlet, but you dont take peoples money and not deliver for over a month. In addition who runs out of product for a month? Seems like they have a long way to go. It is unfortunate because we are hurting for a sports team here.If you need United gear I would wait until the game, or go in to make sure they have what you want, because if you order online you are not guaranteed you will get what you pay for.

Rude employees! They don’t acknowledge customers and seem bothered when you ask them questions, hardly any sizes. This soccer team is amazing and already so successful but the manager of the store desperately needs to train staff in customer service.

This store is new so it needs to work out some kinks. A few examples, not everything is priced on the displays. Secondly there are a few people just hanging around towards the back of the store who seemed somewhat unwelcoming. They should have some sort of partition if that is their office/design location as it seems. Nonetheless, any employee that is standing around by the sales floor should be welcoming to their customers, regardless if theyre part of the sales team or not. Lastly the pricing on some of their items are a bit outrageous. Hoping that will change and/or they will offer discounts from time to time. On a positive note the sales associate that helped me out was very friendly. Looking forward to these improvement opportunities and more locations as well.

It feels a odd walking in since it feels more like an office space with some inventory to sell. The staff wasnt very welcoming and the inventory selection is scarce.
