Excellent comfort with soft seats that can be electrically placed in a reclined position. This is the best way to enjoy a movie: in comfort and with a tray for your food. Theres plenty of clearance in front of each seat so that the people in front of you do not get in the way of the screen. Once you try this theater, youll always come back.

I like the convenience of this movie theater. The actual theater we were in was small but had really comfortable seats that leaned back and had small tables for your snacks. The bathrooms were not clean and very gross. The concession worker was really rude and impatient. However, the popcorn was fresh and so delicious. The nachos was very good and the jalapenos were good, too.

Just informed, get this, Regle in some areas will offer the whole Cinema to single individual for $99.00. This is real. They are that desperate. Hope you can bring your family. That would be superior! Have to check this out.

I love this theater. Reclining leather seats, great popcorn and awesome picture and sound. I have been there recently to see Star Wars The last Jedi! We watched in 3-D and it was so much fun! Also they have great matinee and senior pricing and the mall and many restaurants are connected or in the mall drive area so you can shop or grab a bite before or after! Enjoy a one on one date or a group of friends or with your honey!

Ive been going to this movie theater ever since Ive moved here in 2008. Its a great movie theater. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The prices are ridiculous for food but its a movie theater so I cant complain too much.

I am revising my entire review because I think its worth noting that I have a different experience almost every time I enjoy this theatre.I will say that I have never had a bad time here. Ive been coming here since the late 90s when it first opened up. It is a nice theatre.There are certain areas that look new, cleaner, and refurbished and other areas that look outdated and from the original design from the 90s. Its very jarring that some parts are updated while others are stuck in that era.I will say that it looks like lately they are making more of a push to make the entire theatre look more uniform.One area that could definitely use major overhauling is the bathrooms on all lower levels. They are small and just look dingy (even when they are clean). The bathrooms are the weakest area and like most of this aging mall; meaning there is always something Out of Order 90% of the time.On the positive notes: the concessions are courteous even when busy (and they are ALWAYS busy). The quality of concessions is good and you standard movie theatre up-pricing (which I expect so Im not put off by it).The addition of wider isles and new reclining seats with trays is a nice addition, making this one of the go-to theaters for me and my family.The presentation of the films is always enjoyable. The screens are clean, the auditoriums are clean, and the sound and brightness is good.This is more of a family-friendly theater because its in a mall so Ive never experienced any shenanigans with other customers (unlike Century Rio 24; you never know what youll get).So I recommend, but I only ask that they please update their lobby and lower-level bathroom area. Thats enough for me to only give 4/5 stars because a bathroom should be functional and nominally clean at all times (especially with as much Staff as they employ).

Ive left hundreds of reviews and I think that youre the only one who ever asked how they could improve my experience.I wish that I could tell you. But its been more than a year since I visited this location.I live on the other side of town in the Northeast Heights. So, I dont visit Cottonwood Theater very much. But Ill try to make a point of stopping by for a movie so that I can update my review.I can say that I dont recall anything negative about the experience of visiting your establishment. Thats a good thing.Thank you again for asking and as I said, Ill try to visit again soon.

The reclining chairs are clean and comfy. What takes this to another level is that each guest has a table at their seat, no more popcorn butter on your clothes!! Well done.

Our place to go to watch a movie. We enjoy the reclining seats which are big and comfortable. Snacks are pricey but we get rewards so it helps and free refills on a large soda which we get and get courtesy cups to share and usually is enough for the 4 of us sometimes we dont even get the refill

If I could leave a zero I would the customer service at this theater is a complete joke after waiting 25 minutes to be told they didn’t have what I ordered and then after arguing about an exchange with the managers!! I misplaced my ticket. After talking with the managers that saw me buy the ticket advised me that I was not able to be let in. Worst experience ever thanks for nothing I will always make sure to advise people to go to another place, that way our personal time and money isn’t wasted!!!!

Our first visit and it was pretty good. We came to watch the Secret Life of Pets 2. My kiddos loved the reclining seats and the pizza. My only complaint was that we didnt receive our bucket of popcorn at the register and had to ask one of the other employees for it when she gave us our pizza.Restrooms were clean and kiddos werent too noisy during the movie. :)

The place was awesome clean neat.comfortable chairs recline. Little too expensive for sweets but got to make their money somehow.

My wife prefers attending this cinema over others because of their comfy reclining seats compared to the AMC thats closer to our home. The service is always good and the popcorn etc is priced relatively similar to other theaters.

Found some paper towel in my popcorn (presumably from when it was being wiped last), which was a nasty surprise after we saved up so long to come here. Luckily I wasnt so immersed in the movie so I felt it before putting it my mouth.

The theater isnt bad, but the screens are tiny. Its like watching a movie on an oversized TV. They need an RPX or IMAX screen to make it worthwhile.

We were in the small theater under the escalator and viewed Rocketman. Very comfortable and intimate setting. The seats fully recline. The screen size and sound levels were just right. Temperature was just right. We were very impressed.

Really satisfied with the experience considering I havent been here in a few years. Seats are reserved now and each chair has a food tray.The staff was really helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, its everything Id really want or need, but nothing to write home about.

Love this place but earlier today, no one was at the ticket booth so we had to use the machine but it was taking too long and some people needed help using it and no one can assist.

Best for comfort by far...every theatre is expensive, and at $24+ for two tixs, its no different. Great selection of munchies and actual meals, but again, try not to go and think frugal. Current offer for $23/month for unlimited movies is a complete deal!

I love this theater. It has assigned reclining seats. The popcorn is good. Some of the other snacks are really good, too. A good mix of things on the menu.There is wheelchair accessible seating in the main aisle. I recommend this one without reservation.

Beautiful place and comfortable, but they seriously need to hire more people. We bought a large popcorn with refill for my family Of four and I missed a half hour of the movie waiting to refill it. Kid told me I had to wait in line to get it refilled. There were at least 20 people each in two separate lines with two kids working the counter and no one to help. I know they work hard, but the smirk on the kid’s face as he was yelling for me to get in line was enough to piss me off.

Food was good. A normal waiter would have been great.

This is the worst movie theater in Albuquerque in my opinion. The theaters are all later out so weird. It doesnt even feel like Im at a theater. I also dont care for the snack bar situation. Id rather make the drive to Century Rio 24 any day of the week.

Decent movie theater in a convenient location. Only downside is that the concession lines any time that I go here tend to be very long and move slow. If you are getting a refill, there should be signage directing you to a certain area. The only way that you know there is a quicker way to get a refill is if someone in line is kind enough to tell you.

Havent watched a movie here in a while. The seats can use a little more comfort, however the screen is bright and clear and the sound is precise and mixed well in the theater. Also, their concession stand is good.

I really enjoy taking my kids to this theater. The seats here are comfortable, and with their many screens, my kids can find something they agree on to watch and make for a great afternoon out. Plus the the snacks and not too overly priced and we enjoy it so much there that, if something else good is playing, we can afford to stay for another movie.

This is a ok theatre but they list student pricing on there chart when I asked about it they told me they don’t give student prices. Great false advertising as a result I will not be returning to this location in the future.

The movie was great! Low energy employees and a broken light on the floor in front of the concession stand.

This is the most comfortable theater I have ever been to! The seats recline all the way back, you get to choose your seating and its at the mall so showing up early or late is no problem because you can always browse around! I watch La Llorona there and it was so scary but because of the wonderful seats, I was able to keep my date feeling safe and guarded. :)

Comfortable, clean theatre,plenty of room. One of the bathrooms was out of order after several movies let out , otherwise a 5 star, if they could get it all working . This is a regular place for us, located in the mall. We will be back without doubt.

I love that they do the TCM Classics once a month, here. Disappointed that the Wizard of Oz was sold out. I guess that shows that the secret is out, and these classic movies are catching on. Is it possible that people are getting nostalgic? Are they yearning for the good ole days, for more innocent, simpler times?

I watched Jojo rabbit and the theater was clean. And well cept. The screen was a bit too small though.

My boyfriend and I both have horrible jobs. We work all week are mentally and physically drained by Friday. Life of a parent is hard. We work all day then come home to hearing our kids complaining, breaking up fights, cleaning up after the kids and doing homework. On this particular Friday, we got up early, dropped kids off at school/daycare and spur of the moment descion, we decided to play hooky. We called in from work and spent the whole day having fun and sneaking around like teenagers. The plan was to end the day with dinner and a movie. We had a great dinner then went to the theater to watch It 2. The recliner seats were comfortable at first but after 2 hours and 50 mins my back felt as if I fell off a 2 story house. I am now leaving reviews for a great chiropracter I found that has me on a treatment plan for the pain caused by your recliner seats.

I love this theater. Not usually super packed. They have a pretty full menu with burgers,chicken sandwichs and a bunch of yummy stuff. Plus you can spend time in the mall prior to the movie.

Good movie spot. Johnny rockets right next door so you can eat and watch a movie. Movie selection is decent but the line for the concession stand is bananas. Waited 20 minutes to get a bag of popcorn.
