Weve lived here almost a year. Its fairly quiet and the area is well maintained. Neighbors are friendly. Its the perfect place for us.

Typical mobile home park, nothing special. Closely packed older trailer houses. Inexpensive living and looks it.

I was there on a job, but it looked real nice.

Over 55 RV and Mobile Home Park. Extremely clean and extremely quiet. Very orderly and well laid out and manicured landscape, on site parking for your extra vehicles and boat, car trailer. Some shade in well established Northern psrt of town. Easy freeway access but still very quiet...always a safe feeling when there. Courteous workers and citizens alike. Park like experience.

Same old mobile home park. Only for seniors. Kinda high price but worth it. Remember its a senior park. A few crazy ones. But that only 5% of the park. Owner (Mike) is a great guy. I would recommend.

Thepark like any community lacks participation from all of the people within North Hills and that is why I gave 4 stars. The people that do participate do so with all their hearts.Management gets 5 stars for up keep of the park. It has a swimming pool and hot tub and tile tub is covered--Im would be great if they would cover the pool too. If they did they would get a lot more use of it.If you play tennis you would be very happy. The court is also well maintained.As for security--the Park has a light on a post next to the homes sidewalk and is placed next to the street. The gates close at 2000 or 2100 hours according to what time of the year it is.Most people pick up after their dogs but there are some who dont--hint, hint to those who live in the Park,have a dog and dont pick up after themselves..As for the homes themselves, I can see that 99℅ of the people do a great job of keeping up their homes. The rent for the spaces are in the$500s. The Park reads the meter s for gas and water which helps keep the price down for each.Enjoy

I do not live here. And I dont know anyone that lives here. But I drive by this place very often, its near where I get my haircut. Its also very conveniently located near the intersection of Paseo Del Norte and Louisiana Boulevard. Theres plenty of restaurants to eat at lots of shopping and several major employers.
