Ive been here for 2 weeks now staying with my husband. This place is so awesome, very clean. An absolutely very nice people. The pool is so clean. Management is great.

Quaint, quite place! Even has a pool for residents which I personally love. The apartment complex I live in doesnt even have a pool!

Quiet place, good neighbors

Ive lived here for a few months now and so far I have really enjoyed it. A little high on the lot space but safe, quiet place so far.

Save yourself the outrageous space rent and get a house. At least your money is being invested that way. If you have kids dont rent here either. A lot of shady people moving in and very sketchy activity going on. Cops never catch them and management doesnt care. DONT DO IT! I warned you.

Just drove through for a yard sale, however, was very pleased with how clean and organized the park looked.

Water pressure is not good at all. It needs to change. It takes an hour for a medium size load. My electric bill will cost more to just do a load. And its going to burn it out much faster. There are huge branches growing right above my home they will go right thru my roof. The park owner the trees and they should make sure me...myhome....my pet and anyone visitingshould be safe...PERIOD.
