I lost the chain about a week after I received the necklace and they were very prompt in responding and ensuring the chain was replaced. I will be purchasing from this company again! I received my order today and I must say I got teary-eyed when I opened the box to see my purple spiney oyster shell necklace, beautifully created and signed by artist Andrew Pacheco.
