I walked into this store the other day, and I cannot believe the bulls**t that the employees are allowed to get away with here. All I wanted to do was browse a little, because I am sort of new to this. I told one of the employees that I didnt need any help and that I was just looking around, but later another employee came up to me and was being kinda pushy. I never got her name. All I know is she was blonde. If you are new to this kind of thing, this place IS not where you should start. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!

DeVere was super helpful and provided us with great customer service. He helped us navigate through the store, making things quick and easy. Castle is definitely the go to.

I stopped in to check the place out. It was clean and had a huge variety of items. As a women going in alone I felt very safe and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back and I would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for items to spice things up, wanting to purchase lingerie, or just plain fun. No creepy vibes or weird guys hanging around like some other places. Just a great place all around.

I only shop here on days Megan works. She is the most helpful, friendly cashier I’ve ever met. Always makes sure to help you find the perfect product for the best price! On top of that she is so much friendlier than most of the management team I’ve dealt with there. Considering the store, it’s really important to be made to feel comfortable and she does just that. Megan goes above and beyond!

Super helpful and friendly staff and manger, large selection of everything. Way better than Video Maxxx & Seductions. Also very pleased with the email newsletter and discount coupons. Very clean and follows COVID hygiene standards.

Bryan and Devere (really hope I spelled that right!) we’re absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. Made me feel welcome and comfortable, and took care of me as their own! Left with great product that I’m super excited to use! Definitely ditching Seductions!!! Thanks guys!

Clean and large. It was nice to have a security guard at the door. Am on a long distance trip and forgot my medical devices. Found a great stand in here and the price was right.

Customer service was the best if gotten from any business will recommend and return

We been to this store several times without problems, but the past couple of experiences have just been unprofessional, especially a store of this type. Me and my boyfriend went in about a month ago, to get lube and some toys, and this lady with blonde hair kept being pushy about the lube we were buying and the toys we were getting. Despite what I wanted, I bought her recommendations and ended up hating it. Tonight we went in again, and she happened to be there again.. We told the first employee we didn’t need any help looking around, which he respected and was cool with. But a minute later she came right up to us, after we made it clear we didn’t want help, and asked if we needed help again, we told her no we’re just looking. But in that same pushy way, she tried to up sale the toys we we’re looking at and almost wouldn’t leave us alone.

Deanna was absolutely amazing and helpful. Her knowledge was tremendous and I was visiting from out of town and I didnt expect to have such wonderful service in that area. I would defiantly be happy to work with her again. She helped me find everything I needed.

First off, the facility is large. Its certainly the largest adult store I have visited. Online shopping is easy but to shop for the same products in such a large variety, in person is the way to do it. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, none more so than Donna. She lead us to quality products, with our long term use in mind and made my partner feel free enough to discuss certain issues, which lead us to the perfect product. I recommend visiting for the large variety of adult products and the helpful staff.

I have been in this store hundreds of times and I never had any issues the way I had today! I couldn’t try on a piece of clothing then I tried to face time my friend to get their opinion since I couldn’t try the fit on then a work came up to ask me to then off my phone!!! Like how do you even run a business with this type of customer service

The item I bought broke immediately after I walked out of the store (it was smoking and you could smell it burning) and when I went back in they refused to give me a return. The woman that originally helped me was very nice but when I went back in another helped me and she was extremely rude. Im never going back here.

My girlfriend and I have been to many adult shops around Albuquerque and none can beat Castle Megastore. Huge selection for both woman AND men (most stores lean to woman heavy inventory), and the staff is super helpful and nice. Also, there is a security gaurd in the parking lot at all times, which makes us feel safer.10/10

Everytime my girls and I go in here it’s an issue. The girl with dirty blonde brown hair is always in a mood and has some attitude. No ones on the same page- I get a discount sometimes, then other times I needa show proof for discount. The lady had an issue getting us shoe sizes rolling her eyes like we weren’t paying customers. Lighten up- be friendly- never been so annoyed w. a place. Just know I come for your cute merch but I dread dealing with y’all everytime.

The staff was friendly, & very knowledgeable, they let you try on some of the lingerie. I didnt find anything that I liked. Either it was too Small or too BiG. So if you do go check this place out Dont be shy to ask any questions.

I got a pair of heels there, didnt wear them and when I went to exchanged them before the 30 days the staff was very rude and refused. They need to be more customer friendly and get the stick out of their ass.
