The hospitality that the owner of the course presents to each player is extraordinary. I have played this course numerous tinesbover the years and have not experienced any difficulties during my visits. Kudos to the staff and management

This course is a great combination of difficult, beautiful, and affordable. The golf pro was one of the friendliest Ive come across and you can tell he actually cares about the course and the enjoyment of the players. Tight fairways, well placed hazards, and lightning fast greens will keep you on your toes. I look forward to playing here again in the future.

My second home!! I love playing here and everytime I walk in the clubhouse I feel like part of the family! The course is very challenging and very well maintained by Tony and his crew! A great family owned course to play and the prices are very reasonable Hitem good!

My favorite course in south Georgia. The back nine is the most fun. The staff is always incredibly nice and the fees are reasonable. Definitely check it out if you havent.

This course is probably the best value in South GA. I played 18 and this course will challenge you! It obviously had a great designer because the greens are so unique and tough. Some of them protected by traps, some of them majorly undulating, some of them almost being dogleg greens that arent just a big uncreative circular green that you hit up to.Amazing old oaks, lots of water to look out for, friendly helpful staff, and a sweet golden lab that follows the maintenance person around. Overall an amazing course that requires you to put on your thinking cap more than normal.

Since Tony took over the course, this golf course made a lot of improvement! Golf course looks fantastic and its enjoyable. Not a walk friendly golf course.

Great course... Well kept... The greens were pretty bad though... Look like the just got punched. If you never been to the south... Make sure you bring some bug spray

Went to a wedding reception there. Great service.... awesome sit-down meal. Their Chef was really really good! Plenty of room to accommodate 150 people. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cash bar available.

Kudos to the owner and his maintenance staff in the attempt to keep the golf course in excellent condition with all the rain that we are having here in South Georgia even with those golfers that ride on the course when its 90 degrees only and do donuts in The fairways

I had my wedding at riverpoint 6/9/2028 and throughout the planning Angela and Tony were the sweetest people. The prices were great. The food is delicious. My guest are still talking about it. If I had to do it all over again I will choose river point.

Very nice 18 hole course with a challenging back 9. Bring lots of ball as there are water hazards on most holes.Great staff and reasonable prices.

I always enjoy my round of golf at River pointe, and to me its one of the best courses in South GA hands down. Tony and Angie the owners are always there to help you out with whatever you may need and the whole staff are also friendly and nice. Greens are in great shape and the course over all is in great shape. If you want to enjoy a round of golf and have fun, well River pointe is the course to play.

Its been a while since I played here, but Ive never forgot it. Great layout, terrific rates, pretty easy to walk, nice condition. The only negative I can remember is that there are a couple holes which dont drain well.

River Pointe, my home course, suffered lots of tree damage during hurricane Michael but the owners [Toney and Angie Bowles] and many member volunteers got the front 9 open and the back 9 will be open by the weekend. Great folks. Beautiful course.

Just a great golf course. The people are down to earth, friendly and helpful. This course promises to be a top must visit experience in Albany Georgia.

Enjoyable experience, staff was pleasant, and communicated well with golfers as they came in and out. Course seemed to be in pretty good shape for the weather that we have had recently.
