Great place for a party. clean as possible-felt safe cool rides attractions for all ages. watch your kids by the busy front door because there is not security. would definitly go back after covid is over.

Great environment for kids of all ages. Restrictions on weight but y’all know that. Wonder job with social distancing in place. Great trampoline place and more! Urban Air is a place to get physical. Bouncing is only part of the fun. You can rock climb, use bumper cars, zip line, and more. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The snack bar has a variety of choice and even beer. I think one of the best features is that parents can join in the fun with their kids for under $10.

We went to urban air today as a spur of the moment decision for my sons birthday. It was FABULOUS!!!there were 8 kids ranging from 2-16 and 5 adults. Im not sure who had more fun , the kids or the adults The building was clean, the staff was BEYOND friendly and over accommodating!! We are actually from PA, but drove to meet family to the Akron location and I will definitely make it a point to be back there the next time we are in the area!!Thanks for making it an amazing day for a boy turning 8 and his family!!

Went for my daughters birthday. We all had a blast. The ninja warrior course was hard, but fun for all of us. Saw staff cleaning harnesses, bumper çars after every use. Staff members were also cleaning the pads and high traffic areas.

2 stars for closing the attractions that we paid for extra, 15 Minutes before closing Time and the basic attraction remained open till the end. Also, kid was quarter of an inch short to ride the zip line and they didnt let him. Although At the desk he measured at the line and that’s why we paid more. Overall it’s ok but workers needs to show more enthusiasm when working with kids instead of being all serious and act as referee. It’s a little overpriced for little kids that can’t ride all games.

Me and my kids always go to Urban Air mainly on weekends. We went on essential worker family and friends night and we had a blast!!!! I would like to thank the manager for being so accommodating in adjusting our reservation. The customer service is wonderful from staff! And there facilities are always clean. Thank you all for making sure my kids have fun and are safe while they play each and every time !

I went with my grandson. The place was so much bigger inside than it looks on the outside. Everywhere you turn there is a place to play, jump, spin, race, throw,drive and a place to eat too. I really enjoyed watching the kids play. I couldnt keep up with them, lol I love running with the kids, but, I worry about others getting my kids too. So, there are a couple tables in the front, and a couple lazy chairs to watch at the doors.

This place is far from being nice. You get a 2hr pass to play but not enough staff. We waited 25min to order food and water because they only had one child working behind the counter so that’s 25min my kids couldn’t play. Than for each attraction we waited so long because they have kids running it and can’t put each group on a time limit. Let’s not forget the place was nasty. Food everywhere. We couldn’t even sit down to eat. People just left their food on all the tables and no staff cleaned up the whole time i was there.they did not enforce the mask policy. So many kids and adults didn’t have masks on. They didn’t promote social distances. They didn’t disinfect each ride after kids got off for the next set of kids.i was so upset and demanded a refund but staff told me there was no manager on duty that day but they had a police officer there on duty but he stayed behind the desk all day he ain’t enforce nothing. So i guess the police officer gets paid just to stand behind the check in counter all day. I’m pretty sure a outbreak of Covid 19 will hit this place soon. If nothing changes i will never ever send my kids back or recommend this place to anyone.

The lady at the door took my temperature from 4 foot away. No way that could be accurate. No one was wearing masks inside and saw no one cleaning anything, tables or equipment. Kids looked to be having fun at least but needs to be better in the current times

The kiddos love this place but I just feel okay about it.The rules arent always the same so thats confusing to the kids when the staff isnt the same. The kiddos I take are between the ages for 8 and 14 and all of them have ADHD and/or ODD. So the rule thing is hard and can cause some issues. Some of the staff isnt nice or attentive. Its frustrating to the kids and me when they want to do something and we have to walk around to find someone. But it does keep the kids busy and getting in some active time. So thats great!

Terrible!! Manager Dan was rude and dismissive. Temps were taken at the door but we all know you don’t need to have a temp to have COVID. People who weren’t eating or playing didn’t have on masks. And I don’t see the purpose of having to book a time slot if the place was going to be this crowded during a pandemic. I will be calling corporate and 19 action news. RidiculousMaybe since the owner has time to respond to all these reviews they should Be there on the weekends assisting because the whole time I was there I didn’t see any staff cleaning or wiping anything down. Tables were not even six feet apart and there were no markers on the floor telling people where to stand while waiting in line. And trust me the only reason I didn’t leave is because I had children, a cake and no where else to go last minute for my daughters birthday. Any parent would understand that!

This place was awesome! Had my daughters 8th bday party here. She and all the guest had so much fun. They could barely stay in one spot for to long. Lol. Deff a night to remember. Check out online and watch the video of this place. Some of the bumper cars could spin you upside down. It was wild. Zip line, rock climbing section. Seriously so much fun. So many things to do that didnt get old.

I was here on October 3rd 2020 for my sons 5th birthday. I was here for 30 mins before I went back to my lockers 07 & 08 to get money out my purse to feed the children. When the young man came to open our lockers our things wasn’t in the lockers I asked them what happened & no one knew for the first 5 mins I was frantic brand new Jordan’s, coats, & purse everything I paid over 100.00 & didn’t get the service I paid for the manager Dan Potts who told me he could not give me any confirmation for my return nor could he give me any type of proof. Now me being a business owner I knew he was lieing & being very spiteful however he still gave us a business card and told me to wait a full 5 business days for a full refund the date he gave was Friday October 9th and I still haven’t received my hard earned money & today is October 13 2020 nor have any one reached out to me when I call I get left on hold & they also gave me the wrong number for corporate I have currently filed a dispute with my bank. I had to send over proof of time frames & photos this is crazy unprofessional & I can’t believe they are able to service the community this poor service Do Not Take Your Children To THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH IT & you’ll be treated poorly even when they are wrong they have the nastiest workers customer service poor & they will scam you. Oh and I am working at the moment but when I get to that recipe I will upload it & pictures as well In a few this is eating me up because I do no harm to no one so why try to take my money for services i didn’t receive it’s sick I had to get In the reviews & express myself but from the looks of these reviews I’m not the only one who was treated poorly.

Went Thursday July 30th 6-8 PM.Incredible staff.There was a female in the wall climb area by herself. 5 or 6 kids, every 30 seconds asking to change climbing walls. She was patient, and urgent to move and help when she could.Will be back!

I had a ok time. Flaws: sprained ankle (DID NOT GO TO HOSPITAL) and got detached on the skywalk at the Cincinnati, OH location.

I was only there for 1 hour and they charged me $60 for 3 kids that couldnt Even get on everything cause they said that our wrist band was expired. I couldve took my kids to the park for FREE for the stuff they did. I feel RIPPED OFF

Sweet!! When grown ups are allowed to play too, all is good(6 bucks with a paying child pass). They even have massage chairs for adults, relaxing while kids are at play. They have a small snack and drink place with quite a few options as well. This is like a discovery zone meets a sky zone... Pretty fun!

Urban air is a great place to go to have fun, there are great high school teens there that make everything so fun. When I was there for my brothers birthday party, this young man Micah was a gem and made me have the best time of my life. Highly recommend urban air

This place is a blast. It has fun stuff to do for all ages. Kids can climb walls, fly through the air, and jump on trampolines. There are even Ninja warrior ball pits for kids. My son left exhausted so definitely a win.

My son was at Urban Air today, he now has a swollen lump and cut on his forehead, from doing an activity. My son says it may have come from playing in the basketball area. I reached out to Urban Air to inform them of my son injury, the owner said the hoops edges are padded. Moving forward I would advise maybe a extra look from staff to make sure all areas of safety is maintained. Overall my son enjoyed his time at the facility. The owner of Urban Air was responsive and helpful with my concern.

I LOVE this brand new indoor adventure park and I plan on bringing my out of town visitors here for fun. The staff is very friendly, which is always an important factor in my book. I initially thought of this place as just for kids, but I was chatting with the owner and found out that they recently hosted a 21st birthday party. Apparently AFTER you are done playing on the equipment (for obvious safety reasons) you can have drinks. Cant wait to return!

My kids just wanted to jump around but this place was a but to extreme. As soon as I walked in a child flew over my head on a monorail type of zip line. Its very cool but for smaller more timid kids it limits you to a few small areas. Its cool for very adventurous kids but to take advantage you have to purchase the more expensive package otherwise they will not be permitted to enjoy the more advanced attractions.

Took my kids this past Sunday for the 1st time, which was the day after they reopened due to the pandemic. It wasnt crowded at all and it was so clean. My kids got to get on everything (except the zipline by choice). The staff was constantly disinfecting the bumper cars and other surfaces. There were hand sanitation stations and one staff member sprayed guests hands with spray to kill germs. They take your temp when you walk in and all staff wore masks. Didnt like the pizza that I purchased an hour before closing-- not enough sauce/didnt taste fresh and I wish the bumper car area was bigger, but besides that we had fun and will be back. We were there about 4 hours. Strongly considering purchasing a membership.

Very friendly staff for the most part, although youll want to make sure you understand the pricing. I was able to tour the facility with my daughter before committing, which was super helpful and appreciated.The activities are fun, but are tiered depending on how much you want to pay.

Great concept but it was over crowded, VERY LOUD, drink/food prices too expensive. I believe they allow too many people in at one time to be able to experience all the great things they have. I also did not like that the entrance/exit is not manned to ensure the saftey of the children, ensuring that who they came with they left with. They need to come up with better ideas to make it more enjoyable for all

My son and his kids had a blast there..need to go when they open, not so crowded. So many different things to do there for all ages.the price was very reasonable for everything you get to do. We will definitely be back there.

Place is great for kids but needs better structure on staff

It was amazing there was so much to do. Compared to places like Sky zone it completely blows it out. With the ninja course, the dodgeball which was actually organized unlike other trampoline parks in the area, zip line which actually feels safe, zero gravity area was so fun, bumper cars which are like nothing I’ve ever seen, and the thing I liked so much they all are funny and do their job correctly.

I took my daughter here today and we had a blast. Very reasonable and easy to kill 4 hours of a Saturday there. Fantastic place! Highly recommended!

My nephew and his friends had a great time. However, food is not good. I waited over 30 minutes for a veggie tray. I had a buzzer that was never buzzed. When I recieved it, it was wet and slimy. I asked for a replacement. Same thing happened. My sister ordered a pizza. She also received a buzzer, and was never buzzed. The pizza hardly had any sauce or cheese on it whatsoever. We both agreed it was hardly mediocre.The lines for food, and the wait, with 2 registers going,and one person having to prepare something in the back, needs better management, more help, and better quality food.

My family went on 12/30. It was completely overcrowded, overbooked. I would have no surprise if it was over maximum occupancy. Every single attraction had a line of 10 people or more. People everywhere you turned. The water fountains didn’t work & you had to stand in another line to attempt to buy water. It is a great idea but executed very, very poorly. $45 wasted.

Urban Air is a wonderful place to take the family for some great wholesome fun. They exceeded expectations on the activities.

This 6yr olds loved it

Took my 3 yr old there for a Valentines Day play date. We’ve been to many play centers, this was our first time here. Her first expression when we walked in was Wooww We spent 3 hours there lol so much to do and that’s with her height restrictions. They also serve wine and beer for the adults

The facility is very crowded and severely under staffed considering. Older kids run around using foul language and not following rules. Older kids not using equipment properly resulted in an approximately 17 year old falling directly onto my 8 year old. Had the facility of been staffed properly, this could have been avoided. Great concept though.

This place is really everything the website says. I recommend that if youre planning on visit, Go on the website and sign the waiver before you arrive. This place has everything for the whole family.

Everyone was having fun...BUT....as a parent this place scares the hell out of me. There needs to be more safeguards in place at the front door, I was on the massage chair (yes they have those for parents,) near the front door, and saw 2 children run out the AUTOMATIC DOORS into the parking lot, I place blame on the parents as well, I would have given it 4 stars if it wasnt for the safety issue.

Fun place! Great concept, but very understaffed. I felt bad for the one worker that had to work so hard to process a 45 min line, and the 2 employees trying to keep up with the snack bar. No one walking around cleaning tables, floors or area by pop machine which were a disaster. I’ll come back bc my son had so much fun, was just expecting better from this new addition to Akron.

Amazing place for kids, a few tips....I have hosted AND attended 4 birthday parties now for my kids, so I feel that hopefully my comments can help :) First, we absolutely love Urban air for a family place that burns energy! Coming on an early morning weekday or after school is a different experience than midday weekend, though my kids love each equally. They are 7 and 8 years old and I feel very comfortable with their safety as long as I stay with them and watch from the sideline.For birthday parties, I hosted my daughters at 10:30am on a Saturday and it was wonderful. We rented two party rooms and her whole class came. I made sure to have more than enough waters and pizza for the group (ordered ahead of time over email) and knew what to expect. It was flawless, thanks to our amazing party host, a younger male with light brown hair. His name could have been Tyler, but Im not 100% on that, Im sure you know who he is! I saw him again today and waved to him, so he deserves recognition. He checked on me every 10 minutes during jump time to see if we needed anything, and stayed in the room the whole time the pizza and cake were delivered. We ended up staying 7 hours because of how much fun it was!The OTHER parties we have been to, the hosts have not been good and things were insane. We have had to flag the hosts down to get water, extra things, etc. This is most likely because the parties were held later in the day. The announcements also dont work in the main area, which is concerning because half the kids in the party today didnt get their pizza and cake. They were waiting for the zipline and couldnt hear, so they missed out on all of it. Also, kids can run in and out of the facility at all times. I would have the management tell parents that children under 10 must be supervised with a parent or chaperone during parties. Half the kids today were running rampant in and out the doors with no parent, and the party parents didnt even know which kids were part of their party. I like how Chuck E Cheese only allows people in and out with the time and name stamp.If you can have both the announcement speakers in place as well as some kind of security at the door, this place would be amazing!!

Great concept and kids have a lot of fun. But...It is Christmas break and they are SEVERELY understaffed. 2 people working the ticket counter so I used the self service kiosk but still had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get wristbands and socks. So much for self service. The cafe hands out pagers to notify you when your food is ready but dont bother to page you. My friend ordered a pizza and was never paged. Waited a half hour just to go up and find her pizza sitting there for 15 minutes. Only 2 people working the cafe counter during LUNCH hours. My son waited at least 20 minutes in line for an Icee. Also, there is not a staff member supervising each attraction.Very poor management when you cant staff accordingly for a rainy day over Christmas break and there is not another indoor adventure park in your area.

Great place for kids...one bad thing is no security at front entrance. The best system I have seen is at Chuck E Cheese...maybe they should check it out. The way it is set up now it is prime for a child abduction...management take heed and do something about this.

I tried to buy the Black Friday deal that was$50 for a $100 gift card. I tried for several hours. Called the store and spoke with a lady that said it ran through that evening. Still couldn’t get it to work. Then it said expired but it was still the day advertised. Very upsetting.

Very confusing the first time you go, and it’s not well organized at all. But it’s a very cool place. Very easy to lose your kids which needs addressed in some way.

Super fun for my family! Kids loved it and lots of activities for everyone. The staff was helpful, upbeat, and friendly!

What a great place for all ages!! Well lit, Friendly knowledgeable staff, Appropriately priced, TVs to watch the game that are well placed to still see the kids, Several food choices at a good price, Activies for all ages that are truly for all ages. The Membership makes sense if you plan on coming back more than once a month (and we do) and I am so excited for a place like this in the Cle/Akn area!!
