The atmosphere is great. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of areas for jumping and doing odds and ends that other jump houses dont have. They even have a miniature top ninja course. Will make the trip back here for the kiddos to have some fun! Enjoy yourselves.

Very fun. Im older so it is very strenuous but it is a very good workout. Of course you can pace your activity too.

RUDE! Was our first time. We had reservations for 6:30 and was told that we would be able to go in till 7! Didn’t matter that we reserved time. The girl at the front was disrespectful and so rude. My husband was asking kindly how we go about getting refund. She walked off huffy saying OMG. Then came back being VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. We will NEVER come back here again! GO somewhere else not worth it!!!

Had a blast with kids there. Lots of areas and stuff for them to do. Decent price and didnt think toddlers could play for more than an hour but def. Will do two hours next time. Staff was nice, best to sign waivers before going so you can skip having to when kids are ready to go play.

I used to love coming to toddler time until today. I walked in and no one was at the front desk or anywhere to be found. I waited about 5 minutes until the lady came out, very rude. She asked how long we were jumping for and I told her we were there for toddler time. She said ok but how long I said probably an hour I’m not sure I have never been asked that when I come for the toddler time. She then charges me for one hour to jump and said sorry I’m new I don’t know. Now mind you we come every other week, and usually love the staff, so relaxed, fun, happy. Today was not, she kept muting the music was listening in on our conversations following us around making us feel very uncomfortable. Not watching from a distance. She was sweet at the end but it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Awesome! I had a ton of fun with my friend and his 4 year old. Fun for all ages apparently. Great Groupon deals and would be awesome for a kids birthday party!

So much fun!! My kids loved it and didnt want to leave!!! Even my 10 mo old who can only crawl got a kick out of it. My friend and I had fun on the obstacle course and the surfboard. Great time will def be back.

Such a fun place!! Weve been to several trampoline parks, but this was is the coolest. My kiddo had a blast. There is an array of activities for the kiddos and plenty of staff monitoring the equipment. Kiddo LOVED the Zipline.Prices are reasonable and the two for Tuesday is a great deal!

My kids had a blast at this trampoline park!!! We decided to try something new by going here instead of Canton and it was a great choice! You sign a waiver when first checking in, then pay to get a wristband, and off to jumping you go. My kids loved how open it was and easy for them to go from one area to the next and much of the time while still jumping from area to area. They also loved the obstacle course area on the right side and the Dodge ball in the back. It was much larger than we expected. I asked them if they would rather come back to this location or go to our normal location in Canton and they told me this they choose here! The only downside is the prices are a bit high. We jumped here on a Sunday and for 2 kids above 46, it was $36 for 1 hour. This included socks but....that is a big high! They also do not allow you to wear any gripper socks besides the ones they sell. Next time we will look for a coupon and hope they have one!

Kids love it!! Something to do for everyone. Parents and toddlers are even jumping. My kids always find others to play with and have made a lot of new friends. The price and size of GetAir cant be beat by the competition.... thats why we keep coming back

Loved it here my daughter had so much fun. The place was really clean and I saw staff checking the springs when we were there. The staff was also very nice my daughter tripped and a staff member came to make sure she was ok. Definently will be back.

I found this place by accident. My 7-years old daughter loved it a lot. The place is fairly clean and the staff are very nice. Im not sure about the price but I think $14 per hour is a bit pricy.

Dirty and unsafe. We paid for an hour and left after 15 minutes. Cashier person was absolutely miserable and it was awkward. There are pits that are empty and unusable? Place is just dirty.

Workers were smoking literally in front of the door to get in and then i walked in through the cloud of smoke and the other worker were rude. Horrible customer service

Trampoline parks are always a toss up between ‘well done’ and ‘half way attempt’. This place is definitely on the leading edge of well done. Immaculately clean and top notch equipment, very high on the wow factor with the kids (9,6, and 3). Many unique features and a lot of variety relative to other local places around here.Rules are reasonably enforced but not over the top. Many of the activities are accessible for all ages. Pricing is quite good compared to other facilities.Great experience all around, we will be back.Edit: I would highly recommend the ownership invest in some improved signage. The banner on front of the building doesn’t reflect the high quality of the facility, and may deter some suburbanites.

We booked a party at this location. I was very unimpressed we with the service we received. The party was from 3:30-5:30 (march 7th). None of our group got to begin jumping until 4:00 because it took our party host that long to check us in. He didnt seem to really know what he was doing. It was stressful and embarrassing for me as the mother of the birthday girl. My nerves were shot for the rest of the party just because of the disorganized manner in which our party was handled. Then, in our party area, a get air host of another party told our party to quiet down. If I really thought they were being disruptive I would have said something to them. Im very conscientious and considerate of others. I literally never saw our party host in our party area. We had a spill but had to leave it because there were no workers around for us to ask for paper towels. There should be a drinking fountain more conveniently available to jumpers. I had kids asking me for water left and right and I had none and didnt know where the drinking fountain was. Another party had balloons. Their balloons popping sounded like gunshots in that room. It would be so much nicer to have separate spaces for parties. My daughter and her guests had a blast which I appreciate. My daughters father had to wait 20 minutes in line to finish paying for the party. We could have just walked out. It seems like the host should approach the parents to get the final payment to avoid this kind of situation. I will never book a party here again. We will go to get air again because my daughter enjoys it, but I am positive that I will never subject myself to that party experience ever again.

The place was very clean, the kids loved it. we had to leave a half our early because of a group of kids came in and started disrespecting the staff members and also 4 or 5 of the kids were starting fights with the other kids including our grandson. there gardians were also very rude with us when we told them about there kids..This place wont last because these disrespectful kids and parents . just like the mall across the street. its a shame

Kids loved it here. Clean, super friendly staff, lots of things for the kids. Would be nice if they had a snack area. Had pop and water in vending machine for 2.00-3.00 a bottle. Had snack vending machine too. But kids were hungry after jumping for 2 hours.

This is a great place to take your kids and have a good time with them. Also the staff (two young ladies) gave us the best service I ever had in Ohio. This place is worth every penny of your money.

I took my family here for the first time this week. Ill start off with the Pros: Get Air has more fun things to do in comparison to Sky Max and Sky Zone. The establishment itself inside was nice, minus the non working computers to sign waivers. The Cons: The workers are NOT paying attention at all to the kids or anything for that matter. Very unsafe!! I witnessed little toddlers falling in the foam pits almost getting suffocated until a random customer came over to lift him out, all the while the workers are on their phones, looking around bored twirling their lanyards, sitting down. The zip line wasnt watched AT ALL the whole time I was there and while one kid was getting ready to jump another was holding on to the ropes and they were yanking things and little kids cutting in front. Not a worker in sight cared or monitored. People drinking drinks on the equipment. Kids kept jumping when others jumped in the foam pits. None of the workers cared if kids all went on things at once which could result in injuries. No one cared if people were cutting. Management, I hope you read this! This could be a really awesome place. Nice activities and party room. You need to crack down on your employees and make sure they are doing their jobs. Sadly even though this place was more fun to my kids and their friends than Sky Zone & Sky Max we wont be back due to the lack of supervision or care from the employees. I had to follow my kids around and monitor everything they did so they didnt get hurt, have a kid jump when they did, a toddler run in front of them and get hurt, suffocate in a foam pit etc. You should monitor the lazy workers!

Great for older kids and the prices are super fair. Dont waste your time if your child is under 46. Tiny little corner with not much for them to do. Plus my older child wasnt allowed to come play with my younger child since she was over 46.Editing: We came again and they let my youngest play wherever and just warned to watch for the older kids. Much appreciated!

My daughter had her birthday party here today and everyone had a blast! We were very happy with our entire experience. The manager was really friendly when we arrived and they had everything ready for us when we got there. Our hostess Germaine was very kind and helpful and all the other staff we interacted with were friendly and patient with the kids as well. The kids had sooo much to do because they have a lot of cool obstacles in addition to the standard trampolines and foam pits that other places have. The layout of the facility makes it very easy to keep an eye on your kids and still relax and have conversations with the other parents. If you come for a party, the pizza you get comes from Guys, which is really good! Everything was very clean, which is always appreciated when you have a bunch of kids running around. My husband and I ended up getting passes to jump with the kids because it was too fun to just watch :-). We will definitely be back for open jump!

It is a great place for students who are taught online at home or straight home schooled. It is a good way not only to get in the Physical Education requirement, but to where off that excess energy.

We planned on going bowling tonight but apparently Thursday’s are for leagues only so we diverted and thankfully ended up here. Me and the kids (two 13 and two 15 year olds) had a TON of fun! Everyone agreed that it was way more fun than the other jump parks. We will be back for sure!Any exercise classss in the future? And can you put a clock somewhere so we can keep track of our end time?

Awsome place for kids

Unlike skyzone, very little supervision of jumpers. there are 3 year old kids running from square to square while older kids are doing back flips and tucks. The guards dont intervene when they see a problem. They have clearly little training in safety. No secure area for belongings, few places to sit as an adult, no food or coffee, drinks to purchase. Daughter bought Gatorade from the machine and it had expired last August. This place needs help fast to survive.

Everything was going great until they throw you out without notice. Suppose to be 2 hostess only seen one for which she was very nice but I had to go find someone to get the drinks when I went to find her she was on the register ringing out customers. Short staffed? Or not we only had one hostess and was doing different jobs. And the large pizzas are really medium only 8 pieces pre pizza, not a large, large is 10 pieces like I was told so I had to run out real fast accommodate and run to get 2 more pizzas just so the kids and parents could eat, and no one said anything and I had to waste my time away from the party to do this, to get charged 50 more on the bill already. 320 was my initial total but came to 416 plus the food I had to makeup from them not having the right pizzas order. And still no one said anything! At the beginning we was told that we could have brought other stuff in that their more leinate there than when you call the main number???? Only notice we got was a guy coming back there not being nice at all, everyones mouth dropped when he started talking the first time he spoke, very sad to act that way in front of children 5 and under. I would hope you wouldnt treat paying customers like this in your establishments. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years and a manger for over 8 years and I can personally say this employee was very rude and wrong for the way he acted. The he stood there watching us rush the kids out like he was gonna fight or something not pleasant at all, and making rude comments, we even helped clean up and still got treated very bad. And I be calling first thing tomorrow to talk to someone about this. If I would have known this would happen I would have spent my money somewhere else, I paid over 425 plus for 2 hrs to get the whole thing ruined just from this guys actions. not sure what hes used to dealing with but this was a 5 year olds birthday party and sad we had her classmates and other children along with her teacher so if you would like to speak to them they will tell you the same thing I did. We came for the grand opening and this us why we chose this place but that was a very big mistake and sad situation to a place that we would have recommended and continued to visit this establishment but you definitely lost ours plus others coming to your establishment. It could have been a great birthday party but just from ones actions ruined the whole thing by being mean and rude. Plus some parents with toddlers payed extra to help their children play but we had no issues until the guy came back and totally went off on our party for no reason very unprofessional.

I am only giving it one star because I absolutely have too, in order to leave a review. So this Saturday we went to celebrate my sons birthday. He chose Get Air against me better judgement I took him. The waivers weren’t taking we had to fill out the form more than once. Finally get to the register and he charged me for 3 adults when I had a 1yr old with me. Again it’s my sons birthday and he wanted to be here. So whatever I tell Darren (manager) that he charged me incorrectly and he fixed it. Cool. So we get the socks for the kids and it took 20 mins to get the sock on because it’s one hall small hall at that. We get on the trampolines and we asked where the kids spot was no help do we found an empty square and let our 1yr jump. The *Lifeguard* asked us to move him we said sure we just didn’t know where it was. So we take him to the little corner . My daughter was jumping with him again he is 1! So there’s a *Lifeguard* named TT is wat Darren told me. She come over like kids over 46” can’t jump I’m like okay cool. So I see another family jumping w/their toddler climbing the walls on the trampoline WITH HIS SHOES ON. So he leaves. I climb up and let my nephew slide down the slide wall. TT comes over and says “I told you three times adults can’t be on the trampolines” I’m like what? You haven’t said that to me, how is he supposed to get up here he’s one? I just saw a dude do this exact thing for 15mins!” She’s like get down i already told you 3x I’m like who are u talking to? She’s like you I’m nah your not. This 16 year old proceeds to talk to me aggressively. I climb down and wait on Darren to come speak to me. I tell him like yo i did t know it was a issues he’s 1 how is he supposed to get up there he’s like you guys are fine it’s no one else over here. This 16 yr preceded to say worry about yaself! At this point i tell Darren like yo shoot me my money back we can leave it’s my sons birthday this is unacceptable. Y’all know this 16 yr old walked up on me as i was going to get the rest of my family and Darren did NOTHING. Nothing about this girl jumping in my space, nothing about how she spoke to me NOTHING. So my son is crying at this point because his birthday is ruined. I’m at the register asking for the manager number (who has not returned my call y’all know this 16 ur old TT continued to try and get in our space!? Like who hires these people mad unprofessional. My sister asked Darren “at what point are you going to say something because she is still up there antagonizing the situation while we are checking out? Darren of course had NO RESPONSE. No one apologized for her behavior. She still has a job. We cancelled my daughter birthday party we booked for next month. I told my sister and her organization not to use this place for their end of the year field trip, i told my daughters high school to pick a different location and as well as told my church to change their option for the location for their youth outing. If any one asks i will let them know this is a no go and tell them this situation. No one apologized to my 8 year old who’s birthday was ruined because of an unprofessional 16 yr old and the manager who did nothing. Horrible just horrible. He was looking forward to this outing he counted the days just for it to be ruined

After 30 minutes the kids ranging in the ages of 5-12 became bored we had 8 kids and the place was basically empty not sure if its any better on the weekend. We went on Presidents day.

Zip line is always broken or breaks down a lot. Try using a gift yard gift is a joke. They have no way to tell what’s left on it from last use. Staff don’t enforce rules on getting out of the foam block pits after someone jumps. Staff walks around like robots and don’t interact with customers.

Unorganized. One way in to get to party rooms, aisle is clogged with lockers, shoe cubes and benches. You cant get in or out if folks are in the aisle changing their shoes. Smell was awful, I know people sweat when there, they need to invest in air cleaning machines.
