Been over a year and maintenance has yet to come and fix anything, landlord is vile and maintenance is half brainteasers. The only time they do anything is trying to cut peoples grass and charge them for it when its the owners responsibility to cut as its rented and not leased. They have no idea what their doing here stay away.

We enjoy it here; we live out at the Devils Lake park; very nice neighbors; office staff is great and they help alot; new maintenance guys are awesome and they have always responded to our maintenance requests in a timely manner! Will probably be here a couple of years, but we like it!

Seems like a nice safe place to live. Theyve done a wonderful job cleaning it up and Im impressed with the current management. Very friendly and helpful to speak with and they at least answer the phone when you call for information on whats available for purchase. Also the pricing is quite reasonable

The park is upgrading. Newer trailers and better management. Lesser riff raff

1 is still generous when it comes to this park. Water stinks horribly, is yellow with little black particles.. They dont fix anything or care. The lady in the office park manager is completely unprofessional and soo rude. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Management lies. Make sure you get everything in writing. As soon as you dont and you think your safe they will use it to screw you later. The WATER is NASTY!!! comes out gray, black, orange... Any color but clear and smells like ROTTEN EGGS, it will stink up your entire kitchen or bathroom when you use it. They say they just got a brand new water tank for there well. But in reality they dont have a well, they use rain run off and collect it in those tanks and they do a piss poor job at keeping it clean.

Live in the other park owned by them on Devils Lake and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The communication amongst management is awful, nothing gets done or fixed. They will try double charging you rent, charge you for structural upkeep on a rental unit, and some units have complications including black mold and electrical issues.

The people are nice and thing get done. Currently going through a facelift.
